This particular store is a pleasant place to shop for your car’s spare parts need. Their staff attend to customers promptly. Whether you have a question or want them to help with simple fix on your cars like installing windshield wipers, recharge your battery etc they are there to help. Good customer service is also a thing to reckon with. They pickup phone calls and help with your questions, orders etc. You can rely on them for your parts need and returns.

Fast service, was helped right away upon entering. Prices were good also. Will be back.

I love Autozone, they always have car guys and gals that are willing to dive in and help you with whatever it is you may need. I looked up their average pay and those employees deserve far more than an average income of $11.91 an hour... especially from a corporation that had a revenue of 4 billion dollars in the 3rd QUARTER of 2019 alone and averages over 10 billion dollars a year.

Good inventory, had everything I asked for.

Car wouldnt start, so I brought the battery in because I was hoping that was the problem. Instead of just selling me a new battery, the person I spoke to insisted on checking my old one first. Battery ended up being in great shape. Very friendly and amazing customer service.

I am always treated very well at this Auto Zone. The staff has been very courteous & seem to be knowledgeable in what they do. As we all know, too many places are not. So thumbs up to this Auto Zone!

I took my 2015 Honda Accord with 44,000 miles in last night about 10-15 minutes before closing. I had what I figured was a dead battery after having Honda Roadside Assistance come out & give me a jump. I was hoping to get a new battery as I am healthcare worker & needed car in morning. Employee brought out tester, said something about 60% charged & told me it was my alternator??? He then directed me to a mechanic right next door & stated he stays open all kinds of hours. The mechanic next door promptly & efficiently told me I needed a new battery & had it installed within minutes. He also said there was no indication of an alternator problem & it would be unlikely with no warning lights, etc. AutoZone lost close to a $200 sale as I suspect the employee was anxious to close vs. assisting someone really in need.

Overcharged my card, didnt get anything the yet they charged my card for $243. Jason was unhelpful getting the issue resolved.

I cant get any Kia Optima parts here. Every time I call they say that there is some kind of feud or bickering between supplier and consumer and that its hard to come by. When I call Oreillys and ask for the part they have always had it. The first part they gave me BS about was the outer tie rod arm which they said it would be hard to find. I called Oreillys and picked it up right after I left AutoZone. I called about a loaded strut and that didnt have it but guess what Oreillys did. And they have it in stock.

I went to autozone to get powersteering fluid. I thought my car needed it because my steering wheel was very hard to turn. They sold be the fluid only to find out the next morning that my car doesnt have powersteering fluid. It is all electrical. I feel when you go to a auto part store they some should have knowledge about cars. They should at least know if a car needs some kind of fluid or not!

My first time there to get oil. The price on the shelf was $5.99 it rang up as $6.29. I told the cashier what the price was on the shelf, he rescanned it and it rang up as $6.29 again. He said no its $6.29. I said Ill just get a cheaper one then and we both walked back to the shelf where the oil was. He put the oil right back in the shelf I the same location that said $5.99. This upset me. He clearly saw the price on the shelf was marked $5.99 and wasnt going to sell the oil at $5.99. I worked in retail, if the price is clearly marked lower than what is is ringing up as, it should be sold at the cheaper price not the price the it is ringing up at. Poor customer service!

Just like to say AutoZone the gentleman he was so helpful he showed me where to put the antifreeze I knew exactly where we went because I went to Walmart and I said the antifreeze is pink is not green he said you know what maam I want to say thank you he said sometime people will just go with what they think and I looked at him and I said well I have a 2015 Dodge Dart and I cant afford for anything to go wrong with my car so Im going with the color thats in the residue and he said thank you maam so he show me what to get and I purchased it and plus I got the other things that I needed to get an oil change and then right Thank God.

The counter person was helpful oh, and they had the tool loaner tool for the job I needed. I was very happy about that and it was a brand new set

I went to the Mayfield AutoZone and the rep there obviously didnt want to assist me with replacing the bulbs in my car. He even told me that the light would shatter if opened due to the cold. However, when I called this location they were so nice and very helpful. Dan assisted me with the replacement and assured me that my light would not shatter. I am so glad that I went to the Wickliffe location!!!

I bought a pack of locking lug nuts and to say the least they were defective. i tried installing one onto my wheel & it got stripped. the box said to torque to your vehicles torque spec and i didn’t even get close to that before it was stripped. i went back to autozone because i couldn’t get it off. for an autoparts store they didn’t have a tool to use to help me get it off. Jason the store manager basically told me i was screwed. and kept beating around the bush without actually using logic to help me like you’d think a store manager should. then when i tried to return them, i couldn’t because it was missing a piece, you know, the defect locking lug that was stuck to my wheel. beware. and don’t buy locking lugs from them...

The people here are always nice and helpful.

Its a good store you can buy what you need maybe not everything but you can I like that store.

I so appreciate them testing my battery, alternator and starter to let me know that it was the starter that was failing. I like going to a mechanic armed with with the knowledge of what is wrong to avoid being ripped off. Thanks AutoZone!

I called at 7:30 when they opened because I needed a part as fast as possible and was trying to see if they had it in stock. Julian answered the phone with Jesus Christ we just opened. Then put me on hold saying he was getting a different phone. Never found out if they had my part.
