I was in a car accident and made the mistake of taking my subaru crosstrek to excalibur. the car should have been totaled out, but progressive and excalibur work together…seems like someone needed to make some money. instead of doing the right thing and totaling out a car that has structural damage, excalibur made me wait two months for my car to get repaired . kept pushing the date back, screwing up my entire life for two months. shady business, i should have had it towed to where i originally wanted it but my mistake

Excalibur did a great job - they were polite, professional, and they kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Not only can you not tell that part of the hood was repainted (due to a scratch/chip in the pain), they returned my car cleaned, waxed, and the inside was cleaned out as well. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

After getting three quotes on the damage that a stone wall caused to my rear quarter panel, I determined that Excalibur was by far the best price and felt very comfortable going to them as several friends recommended them and they are just down the street from me. I would have given them four and one half stars for a minor concern that I expressed to them later, but I certainly would not have lowered my review to four stars. Though the repair to my vehicle was supposed to be done in two days and ended up taking four I am very understanding of the help issues that many companies are struggling with during this covid recovery. I would definitely go back to Excalibur anytime in the future and recommend them to friends and family members.

The car looks brand new. They did a great job even adding the grille modification I fabricated myself back on to the new bumper. It was a nice touch!

Ive brought my 18 Mazda in three times for some pretty extensive work from several accidents. Ive been impressed every time! The drop off is convenient (and theyre great with the on-site Enterprise car rental, should you need it); I got text updates throughout the repair process to let me know what stage they were at and when I could expect my vehicle. Professional and courteous interactions, great quality work, and its always been a fair and reasonable cost! Im extremely glad my insurance works through Excalibur and pointed me in their direction! Highly recommended, and I will remain a customer (...but I do hope people stop hitting my car and forcing these types of repairs!)

I brought my truck there when I was struck from behind. I have had work done with Excalibur before so I knew they would do good work. It took a very long time to get the part for my truck due to back order, but they kept me updated and once the part was in it was repaired in no time. I would (and have) highly recommend Excalibur for their great work and professionalism.

Ordered interior carpet for my car, that went well. Asked for price on a different part never heard back, set up an appointment for August 16, called August 13th to reschedule, left a message, no response. I called again on Monday, said they would transfer to Gary to schedule, went to voicemail, no call back. Called Wednesday to reschedule, was put on hold twice, some lady answered the phone from Geico insurance now to reschedule I have to wait a whole month again to get my bumper replaced. Not a happy camper.

I had excellent service. When I came in for an estimate, the staff treated me wonderfully. They also gave me a great estimate that was within my price range.

If your looking for a place to treat your car like it was their own, this is not the place. I took my car in for a dent. All new parts. They could not align the quarter panel with the bumper and there is a giant gap. They offered to glue it. Glue it? What are we in 5th grade? There was also a scratch out in my car. They claimed it was already there. I beg you to take pictures of your car if you do use them.

They fixed my car in a very timely fashion. The work was impeccable. They also returned the car to me washed and detailed. inside and out. Thank you. I will always use you in the future.

Excalibur did a great job and alot of body work that needed to.be done after i was ran into by another vehicle in an accident no fault of my own. They also did a bunch of under body work like the struts tie rods ball joints control arm replaced rim and tire got my car looks great and is driving nice again thanks alot

Other than some delay and some overspray. There is a misformed piece of rubber molding. All I wish there was more communication. Some body shops show progress on their websites via cameras, pictures, etc.I will still give them 5 stars for quality of work. Car came in close to totalled and between them and insurance worked their magic. The cars back on the road.

Horrible experience.Clumsy workers.Terrible paint job quality with no quality control.We took our car in to fix 6 small chips and dents and respray pretty much entire driver side since the damage was spread out all over the driver side. The car is 1 year old with no previous damage.They said it would take about 5 days to fix it which I had no problem with.I believe 3 days later we got the call that the car is all fixed and beautiful and ready to be picked up.Our excitement quickly disappeared when we got there. First of all there was a huge scratch mark on the passenger side (opposite from what was supposed to be fixed originally) mirror which I know for a fact was not there when we left the car. 2nd thing there was a nasty overspray on the driver side rear door and the paint run was clearly visible(I wish I took the picture of it). I would be embarrassed to return the car to the customer like that. But not just that, some young office lady (Im trying to be nice here) tried to convince me that this is how its supposed to be and that paint run that I could see is not actual paint and it came like that from factory. I wanted to say so many things to her at that point but again Im a nice guy. She got quiet after she checked how that exact spot looks on the other side of the car and compared to the fixed side. I refused to pick the car up until everything was fixed. I believe she called someone and they agreed to fix everything.The next day I get the voicemail that everything is fixed. They fixed the mirror that they scratched up and fixed the paint run to almost acceptable degree. You can still tell that the new paint layer is thicker but at that point I let it go. However they did make a new small paint chip damage at another spot but at that point I did not wanted them to touch my car again.This is getting long but the best (I should say worst) part was that they left me a horrible surprise. Me and my wife had a baby 2 weeks later after we picked up the car which we used only couple times. We made it to the hospital (thank god) but when was the time to go home with the 2 day old baby I could not start the car. After opening the hood I found out that one of the battery terminal connections was completely loose and never tightened up after all the work was done at the shop.Really this is beyond careless, I have no other words for that.Your shop is a joke and every department lacks experience and professionalism.

Gary communicated with me constantly, either by phone, text and even sent pictures of the progress on my car. My car was ready within a week. Made sure everyone gave me immediate service including enterprise car rental. I could not have asked for a better service, a great representative or a better experience.

Brought my brand new car here after being hit during a hit and run. They worked hard to make sure everything looked exactly as it did when I drove the car off the lot! And to make it even better, the car was ready to pick up 3 days earlier than anticipated with consistent updates during the process.
