My mother she is 73 years old went into this Sallys and asked the lady who work there do you have a texturizer she took her down the aisle and left her but to all the other customer who was not her color the lady went out of there way to help them 100% and never came back to help my mother so if you are older and need African American products dont go to this Sallys on lakeshore

Kayla provided me with such great customer service. She has a lot of knowledge with the products they sell. She helped me choose all of the right products and even wrote on a piece of paper instructions for me! Hard to find service like that anymore, will definitely be coming back in!
