I needed a new phone but had been putting it off. Since Ive always dealt with MetroPCS and was in the neighborhood, I decided to stop in this store. I am so happy and relieved that I did! I came in on two different days. Both times I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer. At the first visit it was just me being waited on. I was given the time and opportunity to make a informed decision by the kind customer service agent (Amir)who patiently answered my questions. When I returned in follow up a couple of days later, no Amir. This time I met Louie, who was engaged with a couple in-store customers and also speaking with service personnel over the phone. Yet he managed to acknowledge my presence with a smile. Im easygoing so it was no problem with me waiting until it was my turn. Again most excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store. Clean store. Clean small parking lot.

The kids kinda a kunt tbh used to be ok but hes not that helpful and short written his attitude. Next door is page plus same price same service better experience to about to change over because of said kid.

The two young gentlemen that work here are very respectful and will help you out until they resolve the problem, they also have fast service to get you out of the store quickly and happily

Yes I live in florida, I have a sick Brother in Ohio. My sister and I have been taking turns paying the bill. The woman who answer is nice. But there’s a guy who works there last month I tried to pay the bill and said he was with a customer. Took for ever too pay the bill, so this month I called on 5/12/21. He answered the same guy told me to call back in a half hour I’m with a customer. So I waited called back no answer. So I called today on 5/13/21. They opened at 10:00 no answer so finally at noon the same guy answered the same guy from last night. I said I’ve been trying to pay this phone bill for my sick brother and when I said something about last night he said he was busy. He said to me I need the attitude. Man I like to be on time. The bottom line is that’s terrible how I was treated. Thank you

I went to get help. The guy was rude. Plus could not get any cell phone service outside of the Eastlake area. So I switched.

Horrible store dont waste your time going there bought a new phone but wanted to keep the same number the guy that worked there told me I couldnt keep the same number and to get a new one.So I went to the Willoughby loaction and mo was able to give me old number back.

Employee didnt have his mask over his nose and I tryed to buy a new phone and extras but metro updated there computer system the day before and no one including the I.T. tech support couldnt figure how to set up my new phone so I got nothing after an hour and a half.

Out of the 5 times I went to that store 2 of them were good experiences. The store reps have absolutely NO knowledge of products, warranty, procedures!! They do not listen to what your issue assuming everything is fixed through settings, very rude.. I was going 2 purchase a aux cord here they were asking 20$ the corporate store 10 min away charged 10$ for the cord.. THESE PPL ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND A RIP OFF!!

The go to place for good cell phone service as well as customer service. Ive been a metro customer for almost 10 years and it keeps getting better all the time!

Not the greatest store bit they get you what you need. The employees are unreliable as they seem to make there own hours and never open when they have listed Ive gone there as late as 3 hours after opening and the light are off and no sign on the locked door
