I stop practically everyday for coffee and gas. I find the staff is friendly, coffee is always fresh and store is clean.

Went in for mt dew last night. It was super foamy and bubbly. Tasted and smelled super strong like pine sole. Made my stomach act up all night and after 10 hours the drink still has film around it like soap fizz. They may have accidently added cleaner to it or something.Line is always long and the worker there takes his sweet time and isnt that friendly. I usually like going there but after this I may have to find somewhere else to go to.

I have found the staff to be friendly and they usually have what I want to buy in the store. There is 100oct gas available as well if that is something that interests you.

Laurel was very nice when I spilled my coffee on the counter. She would not let me clean it by myself! Always nice service when I stop in here.

Store needs to be cleaned thoroughly on the inside and outside. The grill always has very old food on it. There are usually multiple cashiers when I shop here. Why is the store so filthy? I am literally afraid to touch anything with my bare hands. It also smells musty like body odor. Please fire current, lazy employees and hire people who actually do their jobs. Yuck!

Yeah this speedway might be one of the worst in the area. Always a huge line to cash out. The cash register person not a worry in the world taking their good old time. Slurpee machines are always broke down. When I asked them why they’re always broke. They said that’s how it is it’s a machine they always break. Never have any premade foods ready here. If there is it’s been sitting there for a day or two. Another speedway dump. Circus show in this places.

This gas station sucks. The pumps never take my debit card even though Ive used it at other Speedways. Ive heard other people complain of the same thing - that their cards dont work either. When I brought this up to the cashier, she starts rambling off all the card transactions to me like that was supposed to help my situation. Then proceeds to tell me it might be my card that is the problem. Again, used my card at other speedways, including two Mentor locations - and never once had an issue. Then I had a problem getting my receipt out of one of the pumps because the buttons didnt work. I had to have a cashier come out to the pump just to tell me oh, the buttons dont work. NO CRAP! Clearly they dont keep their machines maintained or even care to call when maintenance is due. I live around the corner and frequent this gas often. Its very frustrating to know I will have problems 8/10 times I make a visit there. It shouldnt be this hard to get gas.

Diesel quality is low. I get about 30mpg with this has station and 34mpg with other that I use. Found similar problem with gas on my Prius... One I noticed that the price for diesel on a big sign is different from the pump.

Clean and good service

Horrible speedway! Clerk wouldn’t allow me to use a coupon; same coupon I’ve used at several other speedways. The associate started being rude; getting loud and proceeded to hand me a sheet of paper posted on the wall with rules for the employees on it. I just wanted to use a stupid coupon! Geez! Asked for a manager and he told me he was the GM. After I gave up and decided it wasnt worth the dollar I was saving he rung everything up wrong. This guy is the definition of a tool! Not to mention the place is Filthy inside and out and the parking lot is a disaster! NEVER Again! Do yourself a favor and go to the Speedway at 91 & 20. Friendly service, clean in/out with a parking lot and fuel pumps that are easily accessible

I had to give a 3/ rating, not because there well kept Establishment, by the way it’s very clean even the restroom, never in all the years have I had any problems with one of the Employees, until I moved where I am now, in fact speedway is one of thee most friendly environments to socialize, But this one cashier always had a attitude, I over looked her for as long as I could, one particular morning, I had my grandson with me and she was so disrespectful, and there was when I drew the straw that broke the Camels back . All because of some speedway points, I can use my points any Dam well I please, and how I want to redeem them any way that I see fit, Thank you listeners ;

Disappointed that the gas wasnt $2.66 as listed on Google.

Terrible customer service, employees dont seem to know how to do their job and are rude. Very slow paced. Not worth stopping at. Not a friendly environment.
