Never have what we want and it smells in here definitely needs more cleaning done in here sorry just giving my thoughts

I like this store for many household items and more! I always find fun snack foods, great cards, toothpate, and cute storage bins to help organize. Cant beat it. It is generally well organized too.

Don’t let your kids use the machines at the front of the store that takes quarters. It’ll steal your kids’ money and Dollar Tree doesn’t accept any responsibility for it. It’s not “their problem” and you’ll leave with an upset kid who lost part of her allowance. No sign posted either.

Great clean store... Lines are waaaaaay too long. Managers need to stop stocking shelves and smoking and help out the cashiers. Other than that one of the best DTs on the Eastside

This particular Dollar Tree in Eastlake Ohio has excellent customer service and is always stocked well. The staff is very courteous and helpful keep up the good work Eastlake Dollar Tree☺

Clean, and had people to help me locate stuff. They even noticed a broke item while checking me out. Nicely managed.

I always go to this Dollar Tree. They are always well stocked, the store is always clean, and they have friendly, helpful employees. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the card reader isnt working properly at this time.

Light are on and doors are locked at 6pm on a Tuesday.

Good variety of things I dont see at most DTs. Everything is organized. Only con is theres no frozen section...otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Everything is a dollar, lots of items in stock. Great friendly employees. I buy a lot of items for there when I need them. Aaleyah is a fantastic employee.

Dollar Tree has a variety of great products and a everything is only a dollar I love to stock up on different things.

They have a few Good things there that are less 300 % cheaper. I buy the same Hot sause for a Dollar where at Giant Eagle they are sold for almost 3 dollars. They have Quite a few neat stuff for dollar.

Dollar Tree is a great place to go if you are looking for inexpensive things that are made inexpensively. I particularly find thier selection of batteries and candies useful.

Busy but great place to shop for cheap stuff.

You can always find something at dollar tree. Spend a lot or spend a little. Your choice!

Danielle (Manager at Dollar Tree) is very helpful. We have a group that buys items for young Moms just starting out. Danielle see that we have all we need ahead of time, has it ready in cases for us and helps us load it in the car. We pack it up around Christmas time and hand it out to very thankful Moms that are in need. Danielle makes our work so much easier. Thanks to her and Dollar Tree for making it affordable for us to help these young Moms.

Make sure of your transaction because they dont do returns.I went to the shop and they told me to check with customer service, so I called customer service they tell no returns or maybe the branch manager might do an exchange for you. This is a complete disgrace

Im a DIYer & Crafter. Love the selection of items. The manager is always in the office or on her phone when you have questions. The cashiers have offered more assistance. Use to go in several times a week. Now? Maybe once a week. Store seems jumbled&disorganized.
