My friend and I stopped by the store today for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they carry so many products. While looking at everything, a young man came from behind the desk, and asked if we need any help. So he proceeded to answer questions and explain the chemicals to us. Boy he taught me a lot of things about their products. He was very polite and knowledgeable, it was the best experience of the day. And we will be back.and thank you for the best service around.

I come into dawnchem all the time, Yesterday was by far the worst experience I ever have had in my life. The front counter people where really nice and did there job great you guys have great product. But your office girls need to keep their gossip to themselves. I could hear the speaking bad of me. Now mind you i have never spoke to either one of these girls, they simply just did not like the way i looked. As a customer i expected to be treated respectfully no matter what the thoughts of other are. After buying my product I asked for the name of the 2 girls. I cant remember both names at this time but one name was Megan and i know the other stared with either a C or a K.

If you work in this industry and are around the Cleveland area this is the BEST place to have your equipment worked on. They also offer road call service if you are unable to bring your machine to them.
