I own 7 Cutco knives and use them almost every day. I love the quality of their products and their service cant be beat. They offer free knife sharpening for the life of the product (just pay shipping), so I periodically send mine in. Today I received my sharpened knives in the mail and found that they actually replaced one of my knives - for free! Ive had the knife for several years and use it quite a bit. I guess it didnt pass inspection...so brand new knife! Who does that?! Awesome!!

I went in to drop off my 2 Cutco knives for sharpening. The manager set the expectation over the phone that it would take 1-2 days. However, they weren’t super busy when I went in and he was able to get it done in less than 10 minutes. Overall very positive experience!

I had some knives serviced here and was very happy with the experience! Chad was courteous, helpful, and provided a lot of great information. I would definitely go again for all my kitchen knife needs!

Hi guys I’m currently part of cut co and I was wondering if anybody knew anyone that want the cut Co set and would like to have a zoom meeting so I can explain how we make it and how our knives are so much different than other products

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Chad wad amazing and very knowledgeable with all the knives. Just stopped to have my knives sharpened, havent had a store to bring them too for a while. If you dont have CUTCO you dont have knives.

I’ve only had my knives for around two years, and had heard about the free sharpening benefit. Chad was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive - with an added friendly charm. I requested a quick turnaround due to my own schedule and he made it happen, so I could avoid another trip in traffic. I would highly recommend the Cutco knives, this store and their customer service. My entire family owns a set of these knives and my parents still have the set they got 40 years ago as a wedding gift, and they are used on a daily basis.

Walk in this place and ask for Emma! Shes the reason this all makes sense. Her customer service is above and beyond what you could ask for or expect from any company. Shes kind, considerate, friendly and respectful. When I left I really felt like I got more than I bargained for. I hope Cutco takes the time to recognize this young lady. Their customer service is impressive. They will fix, sharpen, or replace your knives for free under their forever guarentee and the service time is only about 10 days or less. You also have an incredible amount of personalization options. You can choose between red, black, or white handles and can also get your knive engraved. The knives themselves are well constructed. They have a full tang, 3 rivets, ergonomic handle and are also made of high carbon steel. The knives and the service that comes with it are well worth the steep price tag and are equal if not better quality than Wustof, Shun, or Henkels.

Very helpful staff - I learned about knife techniques and am beyond pleased with my knives. Awesome store and awesome product! (To help you find the store, it shares space with Oreck vacuums)
