I first went to Bella Cosa to sell my Mothers sterling silver andy they were so pleasant to work with. Felt that they gave me a more than fair price. So I decided to have them reset one of my Mothers rings and I am thrilled! It is exactly what I wanted and I never felt any pressure to do anything differently. Would highly recommend Bella Cosa.

David provided excellent customer service. I needed a new battery and an adjustment to the wristband on a watch my wife had purchased as a wedding gift. David notified me by text when the watch was ready (the next day). Although this was a small issue, my experience is that people who do the small things right can be trusted with bigger things. While resizing a beautiful ring my husband purchased at Bella Cosa, Andrew and David also made my wedding set look like new. The prongs on my engagement ring had migrated and worn through 17 years of constant wear and contact with my diamond band, and I could no longer remove either of the rings. Andrew cut them off, resized them by adding platinum, and restored them to their former glory. They look lovely with my new Bella Cosa ring. I promptly got a manicure to do them all justice. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a solitaire diamond ring that I wanted reset on a more classic platinum setting. I brought in my ring and a vintage semi mount to Bella Cosa Jewelers in Wilmette. I was helped immediately by Andrew who is also the master craftsman. I stopped by late morning to have an appraisal done on an engagement ring. Joseph promptly greeted me, and answered my questions. After speaking to him I decided to have a couple repairs done on a gold chain and pendant I don’t wear often, but which has huge sentimental value.Pricing was fair...but what I really appreciated was the customer service, quick turnaround, and onsite repairs.I would recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

My 16yr old platinum engagement ring was in need of some repairs. Given all that needed to be done, it made most sense to have a new cast made of it. I was nervous because I love my ring and wanted the new one to look identical, only with improved durability in the tips and a little bit thicker band since it had thinned out over the years from having it sized bigger.
