They identified part needed and had it ready for pickup w/in 2 days. The cost was less than buying directly from Whirlpool and they were very easy and pleasant to work with.

I just returned from Cashwell with a big smile on my face. Not only did they have the part I needed but they brought it to me within a few minutes of entering the store. They also had the part for about 17.00 less than another place I called. BUT.... during this Covid shut down they had the best protective system Ive seen in ANY business. Counters were blocked off except for one cash register, credit card payment on side aisle for no touch access, the only touch I had was the rep putting the box in my hands. My experience was about as positive as you could ask for.

These guys are the worst place imaginable. Totally ignorant about older appliances. Refused to take back brand new un-installed parts. Parts that they incorrectly said fit. THE WORST!!!

Very dishonest. My mother bought the wrong part and when I went to return it, I was told it has been installed and it hadnt. These guys will be happy to take your money but not refund it when the wrong part was sold. I would spend my money elsewhere if I had the opportunity to do it all over again.

I called ahead to ask if they had my dishwasher door gasket. They did. I picked it up 15 minutes later. Good, friendly service at the counter. No complaints - 5 star!

Great service! I brought in the heating element for my Kenmore Dryer thinking it needed to be replaced. They tested it and determined that I only needed to replace the thermostat, which saved me about $30! Also, gave me some tips on how to prevent this from happening again.

First time in America that I cant return an item that I purchased. The lady is rude, I dont see anywhere in the store that says all elecric parts not returnable. That is clearly a joke. Its really worth it to pay 48 dollars to give them a one star review, and they deserve it. What a bunch of racists. lmao 凸=.=凸 Thats not how you do business.

Talk about lazy and rude....Have a stove bulb in hand an counter fellas wont even try to look it up. It has part & model numbers on it but this fella says he needs make, model, year of appliance. I havent a clue what it came from....

Just left Cashwells and I am so very disappointed with their customer service. I needed a microwave bulb so I drove 20 minutes to their store, brought the bulb in and Atheena said she could not help me unless I had the model number. Its an appliance bulb and I have the one I took out of the microwave in my hand so I could compare it. She wouldnt offer to walk to the back and try to locate it, how incredibly lazy. She said if I had the model number she could locate a bulb to fit. I guess I will be ordering from Amazon from now on so I can save the hassle from driving 40 minutes round trip and wasting my time. So much for trying to buy local.

Ive always had nothing but success getting my appliance parts from Cashwell. The counter people have always been polite and shared any knowledge they had to assist with my repair!
