Had them install my auto start on my landcruiser. Possible battery issue started up over a year later that may or may not have been starter hardware related. The gentlemen there kept it over a week and tested it to troubleshoot and ended up replacing motherboard just to make sure it was not the cause of my issue— free of charge. Highly recommend

Soundtronics and Jason did an awesome job on my boat. Factory installed 2 speakers which are good when anchored on the sandbar but I wanted better sound for that and also speakers I could hear while driving. They hooked me up with an awesome setup(4 more speakers, sub, and amp) and the install looks like it came from the factory floor with how smooth it looks. The prices they have are great and the quality of the work they do is more than I could have imagined from dealing with boat dealerships. I have two companies I trust my boat with and thats my mechanic for the motor and Soundtronics for my electrical.

Jason did a killer job installing two JL Cans, 10” Sub, and amps on my boat! He expertly talked me through all of the options and helped me choose the best option for sound quality and control. I went in to have new J L speakers installed in my crossfire last Friday 4/30/21 the job was done right and it sounds so much better! There was a little price difference when i went to pay for everything,so i paid and left. That evening i wrote not such a positive review about my experience,because of the price i was given at the end,but the owner of soundtronics called me and wanted to fix the money defense,so he gladly reimbursed me the deference . I dont know too many people who would take the time to try and make all their customers happy. I recently bought a Sony touchscreen and some kicker speakers for my Jeep. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable! The installation was supposed to be about 2 hours, but they were done in about 40 minutes! My Jeep now has powerful monster audio!!!

Bought my boyfriend a backup camera for his camero. It fell off one month after getting the installation here. Scratched the hell out of the lens and is hard to see out of now. They never screwed the camera in, just used a sticker. Of course its gonna fall off!

Stopped in as i recently acquired a new sub woofer. Greeted by a tall bald guy who seemed lessThan thrilled to assist me, like I was a bother to him. They may have good prices, but initial greeting speaks volumes about a business. I went elsewhere. Found similar prices and much better customer service demeanor.Read the owners response. My son in law was in the place a couple days ago and felt the same way about this guy. He ended up dealing with someone else. Walking out to my vehicle does not constitute a great service demeanor. How else would you see what needed to be done. Had this guy seemed even a little interested I would have waited for a scheduled appt. He never offered to show me actual products or detail of options. Of course the owner will back the employee as he probably hired him. The only worse experience was at DES.

Quick and easy experience. Called three days previous to a radar installation and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I decided after much debate to upgrade the radio in my 2013 Subaru Outback. I went to several places, but ultimately decided Best Buy or Soundtronics would do the installation. Soundtronics quote for the installation was lower than Best Buy. I worked with Carter at Soundtronics. He recommended a radio. Best Buy had the same radio at a lower price. Soundtronics matched the price. They installed the radio and gave me instructions on how to use all the features. Carter was very patient with me and helped educate me on how to get all the benefits from my new radio. Highly recommend this business if you choose to upgrade your automobile.

Replaced my old, factory radio with new one with Bluetooth, touch screen, etc for about the same cost as repair of old. Plus, installed in about an hour compared to sending old one off to be repaired. Love the new one!

2011 Jeep Wrangler/ Rubicon Call of duty edition. Previous owner had a a double din radio with an amp and two 10” subs in a box. Previous owner let me know that when he installed everything the radio wouldn’t turn of causing the jeeps battery to be completely dead the next day. Took the jeep in to have the system looked at because the radio wires had no power to it at all and was stuck without audio in my vehicle for months now. The guys greeted me with a warm welcome and took care of all of my needs. An hour later they came up to the front and told me that everything looks good and they were able to hook the system back up with no problem. Now I’m back on the road with a banging sound system thanks to these guys. I highly recommend stopping by to at least see what they have to offer. These guys are amazing and also professional!

I went in initially to get a quote on installation for a new stereo and speakers for my girlfriends Toyota Corolla. They were very reasonably priced and I experienced extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Install was quick and looks and sounds great. After install my girlfriend was helped by a member of the staff with a quick overview of the features and operation of the new equipment. I highly recommend this place for your car audio needs.

Been here a few times now. Each time I go I notice 3 things.1) The staff acts as though they are being forced to work there. No interest or enthusiasm about sales inquiries or questions.2) The store doesnt really carry high end stuff. So go elsewhere for top of the line. Doesnt feel like a high end store.3) They charge high end prices. Installation fees are out of this world. For a stereo, 2 amps and 4 speakers I was quoted at over $500Also, As far as the custom wiring and work inside peoples houses? As a service technician for an internet provider I can emphatically say there are at least three companies in the area that do a much better job. Their work is typically very sloppy and just not professional, period.

I have been struggling with our car radio since we bought it (used) and had every intention of buying a new car audio system $300-500 from Soundtronics today. The salesperson was nice enough to check our antenna and other connections and was able to fix our problem with a couple minor re-connections and now we have a use-able car radio for $37! He very easily could have sold us what we thought we needed but just fixed a shabby installation. Thank you and we will be back when we want to upgrade our system!

I paid 165 in to wire a amp and subs in labor and my amp blew a week later. I dont think it was wired correctly and they told me I didnt need my capacitor which I think would have prevented the loan. I paid more in labor here than I would to get actual Mechanic work done. When I took my car up there they just tried to sell me another amp. No thanks. Mind you I did have this system for about a year which I wired myself and had no problems other than blowing a few amp wire fuses. 10 days after their install and my amp blows. Owner also commented on this post blaming my equipment pretty professionally then removed it. Pleasant guy.

The only place on the east coast (and Ive lived as far north as Syracuse, N.Y. and South as Gainesville, Fl) that is allowed to add or subtract to my vehicles. They are honest and straight forward. The Soundtronics team rescued me from the Big Box store (who will be unnamed but rhymes with Dest Duy). Test Tuy made me work very hard to pay more than I wanted for less than I asked for. Thank goodness they also screwed up delivery so that I finally came to my senses and cancelled everything before I wasted anything more than the hours and hours of nonsense they put me through. Went to Soundtronics and in 15 minutes I had purchased more than I thought I wanted and paid less for it. It was delivered for me free and was in my house in less time than my first shopping nightmare at Rest Ruy. The only reason I spent an hour at the store was because the longer I talked to the Soundtronics team the more useful stuff I learned. I do have to wait a while to get my delivery installed and set up. I sure hope they hire more set up and install techs soon! But even if they don’t, I won’t ever do business with anyone but Soundtronics again. I hope I get another invitation to review after installation.

Great salesmen but when you have a glitch they leave you cold. Bad HDMI cable in main room. They had fed the cable through the wall. Wouldnt come handle this simple fix FOR OVER 10 DAYS.

Xm/sirius radio not working in my truck. They checked out very quickly, found problem, offered solution, fixed expeditiously. Outstanding service, very pleased. Very fair price for work.

Do not get work done here! I had a radio installed yesterday as well as amp tuning. After the car was delivered to me, I found that the air conditioning thermostat didnt function. As soon as I went inside I was prompted to pay without even being asked if I was happy with the service. After I told the installer the problem he was reluctant to fix it! He said he would have to dismantle the dash again and it would take time. I told him I had time even though he didnt act as though he did. After only ten minutes my car was out again. The installer made a remark about not being able to wait another day which was out of line. When I got home to check the amp settings I saw that my gain and bass boost was set to the maximum setting which can cause damage to equipment. I consulted the manager on duty to discuss my displeasure with my experience only to be met with argument. If I need any further a/v work done I will take it to Sound Decisions where I had some home audio work done. I would recommend the readers of this review do the same.
