Their phone customer service reps were polite and professional however I was given misleading information. Was informed yesterday that a technician could do my replacement today. Per their instructions, I was expecting a phone call from the tech, never received it, and so I called them only to be told the part was not in and to reschedule for tomorrow. Boo. I could have had this repaired by now with another company but chose Auto Glass Fitters due to their mobile services. Because of this, I will not go through with them any further.

I tried to get them to install a piece of glass for an old vehicle and they won’t. A piece of glass that they CANNOT provide themselves!

If I could I would give this place zero stars! They came out and they fixed my window and they didn’t push the seal on the inside far enough in and the window was leaking heavily into my car when there was a lot of rain. They came out and tried to fix it again and they sliced up the seal on the front of the window and told me that it serves No purpose and would not affect anything. Now a couple months later it is all buckled up and they told me that even though the whole thing is sticking up that it is totally normal and they will not come out again. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!
