Incompetence is an understatement for the quality of work that was done for items I had embroidered. I brought in polos and an Arcteryx jacket that costs a significant amount of money. Well those items are all ruined. And the store states they cannot refund my clothing. First, they got the colors wrong on the actual logo. So these polos are useless. And for the ones they did get right, they ruined the fibers so they had to stitch a background. Just horrible workmanship. Next, was the jacket. As you can see in the pictures, for whatever reason they embroidered the logo so high that it cannot be seen when the collar is down and it’s far above the factory logo of the manufacturer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are absolutely horrible.

Bought 7 T-Shirts with very short (less than a week) notice for my friends memorial service and they worked with me in that short time period when nobody else would. Instant Imprints has done some SUPER work for me. I have 3 examples: They did the embroidery on my racing uniform - I race sports cars, Beautiful in designs and colors. They did a number of vinyl ads that were applied to the race car. And, the most spectacular was they took a cool racing picture of me on the track, in the car, in a race, and blew it up and expertly applied it to the back of my enclosed racing trailer. They did an AWESOME job. That picture got tons of visuals while I hauled the rig to the races!!

I’ve used Instant Imprints twice in the last year. Both times were for specialty items. The first was for winter hats with a music logo we created and was embroidered onto the hats. This were Christmas gifts for my students at my studio winter recital.The 2nd was motivational posters I created and wanted on thick 8 x11 card stock paper for notebook handouts. Instant Imprints has always delivered quality results in a timely fashion. The customer service is friendly & easy to deal with. They have no problem making short orders of things like screenprinted T-shirts (which a lot of shops only make in qtys of 300 or more). They made my magnetic signs for my business too. Overall I think they are great and hope they stick around for a very long time.

I bought a large sign that turned out perfectly. It was about 5 feet by 8 feet and the printing is very clear and can be seen and read very easily from at least 40 yards away. Very nice work.

I wanted to have Bride and Groom T-shirts made for my daughters wedding but didnt want to use Etsy or other pre-printed sources due to uncertainty of what quality the products would be. Instant imprints had the quality T-shirts I wanted, both mens and womens cuts, and were able to create a font that I loved. Having a chance to approve the proof was so nice bc I actually wanted it scaled down a little bit which was no problem. The shirts are wonderful! And it was fast! I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had many different shirts, dresses and jackets made by this shop. These clothes are for resale so they must look, feel and be of a high quality. Some orders were very large at times and some were small due to obtaining customer approvals. This shop became my manufacturing plant. Ha, Trump brought manufacturing back. Anyway I got to know everyone in the shop, Boss, Customer Service, Designers, Print support. They guided me on materials, colors, sizes..knowledgeable crew, I must say thousands of dollars later. Yes I spent thousands there so they must be doing something right. I don’t part with my money easily but they gave me the quality and quantity I needed and bent over backwards if they were production delays.
