Went to get some drain cleaner but had to wind up calling deer pump service a week later anyway I was using mobile cart than dies on me in garden center but the staff was so helpful they carried my stuff to the car for me as I use a cane .

My little sister just told me how bad her birthday cake was and for just over $30. It’s not the correct colors, is lopsided and the cardboard is showing. I have a picture if I could be contacted directly, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sweet Staff. This location was a heck of a lot faster pushing through than Walmart. hectic crowd. I really liked the meat selections and its fresh deli made section of the store. This location also seems roomy and easy to navigate.

Good service but pricey on everything

Went in after work at 8:10 pm and the guy wouldn’t let me purchase a sandwich I always get. After I stood there a few minutes and was just ignored. They were right in front of me with a thin wrap over them. I said they are right there. He said once the manager signs off he can’t sell them….can’t sell food that is right there. Really? Thanks for the effort. Where is the customer service? You’re not going to sell food because you’re busy trying to get off your shift. Yall just lost a loyal customer of 8 years

Very clean and organized. Public restrooms inside. Staff is friendly and professional. The store is fully, and neatly stocked with a wide variety. Love their little herb station where you can cut what you need. Their Sausage works station has a unique variety. Love their bakery setup too! Also, the macaroni salad, grape chicken salad, and rotisserie chicken salad are my favorites to order at the deli, along with their boars head meats/cheeses.

Employee Nikki showed amazing composure with some difficult customers. Very impressive and some of the best customer service Ive ever seen. Lowes is lucky to have her on the team.

Always great and a great variety of things you dont find anywhere else! And their cakes and decorators are the best! I get all my birthday cakes there!

I’ll give it a 2 for having what I wanted, but the service was terrible. I came in for what I thought I could Hold in my hands, but decided to grab a few items more due to a good deal. When I asked a young man if there were any extra carts he could get me, his response was “nope”. Horrible customer service. I don’t expect people to do things for me, but goodness. Not sure if you all want this young man working for you as had he gotten me a cart, maybe I would have bought even more.

Nice grocery store. Lots of great extras that you wont find at the other grocery stores in the area like a bar, fresh meat and seafood counter, great bakery...I think the meat counter makes their own sausage. They have a really large wine selection, although Im not sure how it is organized. Where they have a huge selection with some items there are also some things where the options are very slim. Their frozen vegetarian food section is a joke. It took me 5 trips around the frozen food area just to find it because it is just shoved in a corner and not labeled. Their produce is probably the most expensive in the area, by double in some cases. People that work there are very friendly and helpful. All in all a good store, just on the pricier side. It will be nice when things are back to normal though because Id love to have a beer while I shop!*I tried their sushi. Posted a picture. Im not sure if I read the ingredients wrong or it was made wrong but from what I read there should have been some kind of seafood salad inside with tuna, crab, avocado, etc but the only things in it were tuna and cucumber. Kind of a disappointment. Boring and not what I expected. So maybe just double check the sushi before buying or just avoid it because it might not be what it says it is

Close to my house and they have meats and produce that I like. Good quality.

I came 4 hours away to come to the beach and stopped in here on my way home to get something to drink and use the restrooms, upon entering the store one lady waved that worked there and upon entering and leaving the bathroom to checking out we were followed (even in the bathroom!)as if we where stealing or criminals, my only assumption was because we were black people in a predominantly caucasian environment! This should not be tolerated and better training should be implemented. Everyone should feel comfortable and welcomed.

Just a heads-up if you have young daughters, the new manager (Pat, I believe is his name) stares inappropriately at my 13 year old every time were shopping. I was a regular customer here but I just dont like the vibe he puts off.The sushi is great tho, so I gave them three stars!

If you want quality you come here, if you want reasonable priced groceries you do Not want to come here. It would be 3 stars but the quality is that good to make it 4. 1 star off for expensive.

Always a great place and most of the time you are greeted with a great smell from the deli section. When you go in and look to your right you are hit with a great selection of fruits and vegetables and even a hodge lodge of things., By the way.. the deli will give out free samples of anything to help you be sure you are getting what you want. Very friendly and no employee pushes you off to others. If they dont know it, they walk you to someone who can help. Great place and great specials too

Great place to stop for food. Easy access and ext onto College/Carolina Beach road. As with all Lowes foods. Prices and the products are compatible. This store has very large beer and wine section. ( We are at the beach) Staff is helpful. Didnt have plain tea in a jug of any brand, so 4 stars.

This market has everything my wife and children need when it comes to specialty foods (gluten free and more) also prices are not bad compared to other stores with the same product. Thanks for having these products. My family will continue to shop there and save.

Decent grocery store however watch the cupons and specials. You really half to hunt for the discounted or near dated items there not all in one spot if you are into that type of shopping.

I got 2 birthday cakes from the bakery in lowes and BOTH cakes had air bubbles in them.

Lowes Foods is one of my all time fav food stores to shop.They have the best hot bar! Theyre rotisserie chicken and chicken pot pies are phenomenal.Their fresh produce and fresh cut veggies and fruits are so handy and always delicious.I highly recommend this grocery store.Just wish they had a little more selection sometimes.

The staff is fabulous. They keep the store clean and they always have a very local vibe. The Lowes Foods brand products are great too. Very good quality. Theyre organic brand is exceptional. The gas rewards are nice plus as well. The nice touches include the beer Den where you can sit beer and Shop and I do like how you can clip your own herbs. I enjoyed their food demonstrations and recipes and the butcher shop is reminiscent of when you were a kid and you went shopping with your mom. That butcher was always happy to give you a slice of something. Its that same Hometown feeling.

Great locations, produce and wine selection. The beer den is fun and a great fit for a grocery store. Prices of almost everything though are much higher and that is why I didnt rate it higher.

A good place to shop if u can afford the groceries. They are usually better than your Wal-Mart and common Grocery stores usual products. Depending on which Lowes you go to but some times the customer service is great and some times its not. Great food just more expensive than most stores. Have you ever heard of a walking around beer? They have those here, and were talking microbrews and local stuff straight from the tap. Now let me tell you about Thursdays, the beers are $2.68 (1/2 price) and they dont accept tips. Alright, now onto the store itself, always very clean, friendly staff and good selection. Large produce section, lots of prepared food options in the deli and beautiful steaks in the meat dept. I like to go on Thursdays;)

Staff is amazing. A manager found my wallet once. She, obviously,put it away. I saw her at a gas station. She recognized me and told me that she had it in the office. Much love! Saved me a headache.

Great specialty departments but not my first choice for kitchen staples. The staff is friendly to the point of uncomfortableness. The fresh produce is exceptional. The prepared foods are mostly not to my taste, but seem to be popular. There is a beer bar in the middle of the store where you can get plowed while you shop.

Lowe’s has, by far, the best & most reliable online pickup service I’ve found with the nicest assistants ever 😊

I tried all 3 chicken salads. The one with grapes was too salty and the grapes should have been cut in half. The one with almonds and cranberries was too salty snd not enough cranberries. The baby bear just right one was the rotisserie chicken so I went back today for more. And the elephant t ear pastries are delicious.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and well maintained. Restrooms could be cleaned on a more regular basis.Parking lot is clean, shopping carts are brought in. Although there are no trash cans in the lot, there is something better in front of the store: separate bins to place plastics, cardboard and trash.

I love the hometown feel of Lowes Foods. They always have lots of fresh, great-tasting deli and bakery options. You can get about any type of cake by the slice at “The Cakery”. There’s fresh meat and seafood and many grocery items not available at some other grocery stores.

I love this store! Great produce and meat selections. If youre a salad person, you have to get their salad bar!! Its better than most restaurants!!! Everything is cut fresh, the soups are great, and the selection is awesome.

For grocery shopping in Wilmington I love this Lowes Foods. Since their major remodel a couple of years ago, its like shopping in a new store. They added so many new offerings, its by far the best grocery store in Wilmington. I highly recommend the pick and prep station in the produce dept. Select from the wide variety of fruits and veggies already cleaned and cut up or choose your own produce and drop it off with your instructions on how you want it processed and then go finish your grocery shopping and then go back to pick and prep and they will have your produce ready for you. Lowes has the best grocery store cakes around. Choose from their already prepared cakes or order a custom 🎂. I assure you that you wont be disappointed. All of their canned food is grade A quality unlike several other grocery chains in the area. YES, there are different levels of quality in canned foods, even in the top brands that we all are familiar with and purchase frequently. Lowes is one of the few chains that always purchases the best of the best. They have a great selection of organic foods if thats what you look for when shopping. Top notch butcher shop with incredible steaks. Excellent seafood dept. Fantastic deli serving Boars Head meats and cheeses. Be sure to check out their fresh sausage shop and dont forget to get your refillable beer growler. Buy a rotisserie chicken and enjoy the chicken dance.All of that with great and friendly customer service. Personally I have never had a bad experience in any Lowes Foods and Im especially fond of our store at monkey junction.

They have a growler filling station and you can get a tap beer to walk around and shop with. They have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. This particular store underwent a renovation and it is pretty upscale now and the prices reflect that.

Got here at 9. Waited about 30 minutes for NOBODY to come to customer service, then was told by someone “oh she said the cut off for money orders is 9” when I was there at 9 what a joke

Although the parking lot makes it a bit tricky to see coming from the north side this is an easily navigated, clean, fresh grocery store with ample parking and a helpful staff! The added bar area with the super knowledgeable manager is great and gives way to a welcoming aethetic.
