This place rocks! Super friendly and helpful. I bought one bike. Then last minute decided to buy a bike for my son. They went out of their way to put a rush on an order for my son so we could pick it up the same day! Fuel ex8 for myself and 24inch precaliber for my son. Couldn’t be happier. Would have bought a bike for my wife if they had one in stock for her to try out first. Love this place and their bikes! The tech guys are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond! I traveled from Brooklyn NY! To this store. Delaware has no sales tax! So I saved $300! On tax alone after tolls and gas!

I thought I had the tools to complete a pedal removal and install, but didnt. I called the local Trek store in Wilmington and they did the entire job in minutes and made minor tweaks to the bikes drive. All done within 15 minutes and I was out the door. Very pleased with Trek!

The shop is really clean and well organized. There is also a good selection of anything you could think of needing for your biking adventures. And the guys working there were really nice and helpful. I took my daughters bike to have the tires replaced, and even though it isnt a Trek bike, they put the tires on for us. They werent busy at the time, so we were only there for about 20 minutes - apparently going during the week is the best for getting in and out quickly. Plus, the tires are great quality and my daughter has already noticed a difference in how much better her bike moves now.

Great people and service team. My Trek Madone came in with a slight fracture on the fork and the fork would not allow me to ride it. They re-ordered another fork and got my new bike ready ahead of schedule. She rides like a dream. I was referred by George Corbin-Trek Ambassador.

Helpful, no pressure staff with excellent knowledge, who listen to your particular needs and answer questions. Caution on availability (my bike arrived early!) and good advice on features. Full assembly and installation (and calibration) of extras. A good experience. And love the bike.

I placed an online order for a bike and quickly received friendly calls with updates on progress from confirming the order to bike assembly and ready for pick-up at my convenience. Once I arrived I was helped quickly and efficiently. I had planned to add a DuoTrap sensor and kickstand to my new bike and was personally assisted in locating the items. They were installed quickly while I waited. The entire staff was very friendly, ready to answer any question, and I felt genuinely appreciated. Due to the shortage of bikes, I had to drive over an hour each way to this location and was not disappointed at all for doing so.

The entire crew there is super helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a bike at the start of the pandemic knowing well it would take a while to get to me. They constantly kept me updated on any set backs, and the day I got the bike I had a small issue when moving some hardware from my old bike to my new one. They took care of everything. From check-in to check-out, I was informed of everything that was going to take place. Very professional review of my bike when I brought it in for service, I left with an understanding of what the cost would be and what factors would result in a change to that price. I was given a date that the bike would be ready and you beat it by a whole week, thats awesome.

Overall amazing service, I was able to try the bike before buying. They helped me picking all the maintenance products I needed, how to use them and how often. I was also given app recommendations for trails, etc. very helpful and insightful. As a new rider I felt confident going into my first trail with the information given.

Manny even went above and beyond by offering to allow me to ride his personal bike since there was not a similar bike in stock to test ride (due to the pandemic there are hardly and bikes in stock at all). Trek 202 Wilmington, DE, is the best bike store in Delaware. The store focuses on pleasing the customer. For over 20 years, I have bought bikes and had bikes serviced by them. They always give you more than you pay for. The bike service technical support and staff of top in the cycling repair class. The store always has a great selection to choose from.My recent experience was exceptional. I brought my bike in for service. The store is a little out of my way from home but I had to send my bike to them. The stores in my area are awful and rob you blind for any bike service. Going to Trek on 202 was a no brainer. They fixed up my bike, 1000 point service and it rides better than a new bike.Thank you to everyone at the Trek store for a quick turnaround on the repair. The bike rode like a dream tonight.As everyone knows, right now, it is hard to find talented bike staff and wonderful service.Awesome place to buy and repair any bike.Well DONE.

I took it into Trek and had them do the middle maintenance package which included cleaning and fine tuning the gears, etc. Its like a brand new bike! I needed a quick adjustment to my shifter on my Trek bike. Even though the service department was swamped and backed up for weeks, the young man took my bike in and said, let me look real quick and If I can do the adjustment while you wait I will knock it out. I was so impressed that he took the time to get me back on the road even when they were so busy. I will definitely be going back to this store, and will be sending all my friends and family to this Trek shop going forward..

Trek bicycles are a work of art. The designs and colors and amazing. I recently purchased a Verve 2 here and staff at this location is professional, courteous and extremely friendly. Visiting from Florida. 1st time on our bikes since leaving home 2 weeks ago. Husband got a flat on New Castle after a few miles. Drove to Trek and we were on our way in 15 or 20 minutes. Great, friendly staff.

We had a great experience at Trek Wilmington on Saturday. We walked into the store and were greeted by Ritchie who helped us for over 2 hours in making choices about new bikes as we were upgrading from our older Trek bikes. He was so thorough and not pushy about what we needed to purchase at all. The test drive experience was awesome! We were able to try out any equipment that we were considering purchasing and walked out of the store with 2 new bikes plus some new accessories.I cant stress how friendly and professional Ritchie was. He gave us such good advice not only on our purchase but also on riding habits, techniques, etc. We learned a lot!

We had two recumbent trikes that were not purchased from Trek that needed servicing. Our prior bike shop stopped providing services for bikes not purchased at their shop. We received a complete estimate of the work prior to initiating services at Trek. The repairs were performed as requested and completed promptly. I look forward to utilizing Trek for all of my future trike serving and repair.

I need you to pick up wake up on the 23rd but they were shut down because of covid related problems but they were up and running by the next day and willing to help everyone to make sure that everyone got what they needed for Christmaseven though they were short staffed they made sure everyone was taking care of to the best of their abilities with what they had to work with they definitely want above and beyond what they needed to

They are also very friendly and patient, willing to take as much time as you need to make decisions or just to chat. Jim, the head mechanic, is absolutely top notch! He, Dave and Richie provide outstanding customer service; I feel more like their friend than just a customer. In late November 2018, I was struck by a car while riding my 10-day-old Checkpoint sustaining a concussion and other more minor injuries. Ben, who was the manager at the time, got together a care package and had Richie hand deliver it to me at my home! It actually brought tears to my wifes eyes and choked me up as well. That type of caring is unheard of and goes well above and beyond any expectations. It is that kind of treatment that has made me a completely loyal customer since 2017.The store is well stocked with a large selection of bikes and equipment, and they are happy to order whatever item you need if its not in the shop.Trek makes a great product that they stand by, with the best warranty in the business (life-time on frames and defective parts). In my experience, you wont find a better bike shop than Concord Pike Trek.

I had issues with my cleats and I believe it was Ben who helped me. He put the cleats on my spin shoes and they fit great! I tried putting on myself but he did a way better job than me! So far I’ve been there three times and twice it was Ben who helped me, he’s knowledgeable about spin shoes and cleats and how they should fit!

I walked in looking for a road bike under $1000, and the gentlemen that assisted me was able to find me a bike that was on clearance. They answered all my questions, let me test ride the bikes and made me feel more than a customer. Definitely will come back for a mountain bike soon

By far the best bike store I have shopped and purchased from since the 80s. Super helpful and friendly staff. I have purchased 3 bikes there in the last 6 months and would not go anywhere else including other Trek locations - this is the one! Regardless of rider level and budget, they will help you get the right ride at the right price. They are also quick in their setups and servicing.
