I took my truck to tad locks castle Hayne rdI called them to get a estimate on alignment they tell me 75$ labor 5$ tax so 80$ flat and I’ll be out the door. I drop my truck off pick it up later the bill was 180$ Because they had to add aftermarket parts to get my alignment 100%. I don’t have a problem with that. But i would have liked a call first about a price change (like i said not a big deal)Then come to find out they broke a few lug nuts off my truck and didn’t think they should replace them they sent me home on 3/5 lug nuts. They charged me 90$ for 40$ worth of parts that’s the only part o had a problem with. Other than that my truck drives great. I need to go to ford and get lug nuts now cause the mechanic gets impact happy.

It was not me but my friend who I suggested to go to Tadlock. They have done work for me before and done a great job. They repaired his truck and he says it drives better than ever. Good work at a fair price.

Based in my experience in auto services this guys are the best in town, I have 3 work vans that Ive made services there as brakes, suspension and alignment, and what I like most is the honesty, speed and quality, if they verify that some part doesnt need to be replaced they will tell you and save your money, and besides that the price is fair.I recommend them.

Overpriced and condescending. I pulled my car into Tadlock with a brake emergency. I knew I had done some damage and was going to need a good amount of work done. What I was not prepared for was the $1200 price tag (On a car not even worth $2000). Was told labor was $180, and new brake pads, rotors and calipers made up for the rest of the cost. I don’t know much about cars, but I do know that those parts don’t equal $1000, anyone with google can figure that out. The women who called me with this quote, Diane, was condescending and rude on the phone. So with that, I had my car towed to another location, who after evaluating my car, told me the work would be $400-$500. My full brake job was done great and efficiently. If you’re willing to pay more than double what another shop would charge, than this is the place for you! If not, do some research before taking your car here.

Had them do a DOT inspection for my work truck. This is the forth year Ive used them. I have also had them do alignment work on the same truck. They are always friendly and give prompt service. There alignment work is spot on, drives straight and tire wear is even. I will continue to use Tadlock for my medium duty truck needs.

I took my truck in for brake issues I was having note I had all new rotors and pads on my vehicle after there evaluation they needed to turn my rotors stateing the back were warped the problem went away a few months later it came back again I made a appointment to have them look at it again they put all new rotors on and stripped out two of my lug nuts and told me that it was my problem not happy about the outcome at all and the owner was very rude to me and walked away never going to be dealing with this place again not professional at all not to mention the $500.00 dollar bill for four new rotors what a rip off. Not to mention I had to go out of my way to order new lug nuts from the Ford dealership and come to find out when I was replaceing the original ones that they totally destroyed by going insane with the impact gun they were never even tightened down properly I cant even begin to tell you how much dissatisfied with the the work I am do you realize that 99 percent of the lugs put back on after the work were luckily at about 20 to 30 foot pounds I mean you have got to be joking me a two year old kid could have been able to get them off I knowing this after having to replace all of them scares me to believe that you are going to send me down the road driving my vehicle when the wheels are not properly secure does this review help anyone and further more I wonder how many other times that this has been going on I cant see a family going on a road trip with the kids for a long weekend and not knowing what could happen it absolutely upsets me to know that they would send me off knowing that I could be killed or someone else I should turn them in in not a hatefull person but my trust and safety was put into there hands and I have to say that I am very dissatisfied

Balanced my tires I was not happy with work. So he was not happy with me and wrote not happy with work on receipt and told me not to ever come back. Old disrespectful man. I had to go to another shop Hess in Bladenboro does great work and there is no attitude. Went behind them and fixed what they messed up.

Went to this shop, needed a rear axle changed out to a newer and larger axle.Owner told me he could do the job, brought vehicle and new axle to him. Told me he would do research before starting, called me a day a half later say he could not do the job.The vehicle was at a point i couldnt move from his shop. He rebuilt the stock axle, and over charged me. I would not charge labor for work that i cannot complete.Then he wanted me to give him the vehicle for the work he had done.Rebuild axle was not i wanted to spend my money on.

We had recently bought a new motorhome and while traveling out west we learned that the front end was out of alignment and that we had irreparably worn out the two front tires. When we returned home we had the tires replaced and took the motorhome to Mr. Tadlock to align the front end and also speed balance the two front tires. The motorhome now runs smooth as silk. Mr. Tadlock is an old school professional. He believes in providing excellent customer service and I was truly impressed with both the work done and his caring manner.

Ive had work done on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500HD Cummins twice. Both times the work was done timely, correctly and at a good price. (U-Joint replaced, and all ball joints replaced)Id recommend Tadlocks to anyone. I was very pleased with their work.

We came to get our alignment done and one of the workers said one tire had more wear than the other and was pulling to the right, and that is why we went there in the first place. The worker argued that there was no point in fixing it and so we left without getting it fixed.
