I’m not too enthused with Verizon, and the stars are for the lovely employee who helped me they are NOT aimed towards Verizon AT ALL.. but I will say my visit/experience with Ms. Jessica was fantastic.! She was so welcoming and polite, she has a very friendly vibe and I absolutely loved working with her.!! She is a definite asset to the company and deserves acknowledgment. She helped me get what I needed super quick and without any issues. She took the time and spoke with me about upcoming changes and credits I would see on my bill and explained the whole process. She made sure the CUSTOMER was taken care of and also made sure I would be notified when I could come get my phone. I look forward to working with her again in the future. The wait was a little long today . . . But with them being the only open store in Wilmington, it was to be expected. I wish they had a check-in system to keep the line organized without us having to stand in order. But they took care of our requests quickly and knew what they were doing. I walked out feeling like i got a deal instead of like I had just been had.

I was not here to purchase anything, I was here for assistance with network service. The sales guy was fantastic, he helped me, talked through a couple of options, and decided to change out the SIM card to see if it would help. It did not. But he tried and was a great representative of the company.

She should get a raise, dealing with the public can be very frustrating, but she was respectful and pleasant from beginning to end.

Nick,the Sales Rep is outstanding in helping you in anyway he can finding a phone for your needs. He is not a Rep to just push a product on you to make a Sale he really wants the Customer to be happy and to get a phone that they can afford and will be happy with all at the same time, and great explaining how and taking the time to show you how the phone works. I will send people back to Verizon if I know they need a Cell Phone for their phone service and Sales Dept are great.
Brandon worked very hard to try to help me recover my Apple ID so we could get my iPad and iPhone up and running. I will certainly work with this store again. I have a friend who also told me they had the same great experience at this particular store.
Went to return a new phone still in the box unopened and the Alex told me that I need the paper work that came with the phone to return it . So I got that for him then he proceed to tell me that the phone has been delivered over thirty days they couldn’t take it back. Theses are some of the worst customer service ppl. Lazy and don’t want to do there jobs. I don’t understand what is going on in the world that you’re would tell me a lie . I am done with verizon

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! The guy was so rude, disrespectful and talked down to us when we went to get issues on our phone fixed. Was mad at us and said that we were rude to bring phones that we got from another location to them, said we knew nothing about technology and even threw his phone down on the desk. I would not recommend this location at all they only care about sales and not the customer

The worst Verizon Wireless store I’ve ever been to. Checked in to curbside for a pickup and waited for 50 minutes before I decided to walk in because I saw 5 customers walk in and get helped before myself. The store is too small to accommodate more than a 4 person line. Other stores I’ve been to have a check-in with a questionnaire so customers are given a number and seen in an organized order. Seems like this store was thrown together.I should note that this review has absolutely nothing to do with the friendliness of the staff. They were very nice and pleasant. They are the only reason this review is getting 3 stars and not 1.
Took my phone in because my sim card is messing up. I have insurance on my phone so I thought easy fix. Walk in and the man ask me what I needed I told him this is my husbands phone and he doesnt want a new one because he like the size. He say we have some that size that is new. I gave him my information he comes back and tells me he is eligible for a new phone. Then says he has to help this other customer with and up date and would be back. By this time I had been there 20 minutes and had enough. All I wanted was my sims card fixed not a new phone. Why do they sale insurance if they dont want you to use it? The phone is good just needs a new sims card. He could take the time to look at the phone. All he wanted to do was sale me another phone. Very displease.

I highly recommend this Verizon. Originally, I had tried to go to the one on S College road and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Went to the Oleander location right after and there was a huge difference. Great customer service, Chase was very helpful, and I had a new phone in under 20 minutes.
I needed a new iPhone and knew which one I wanted. Because it was close to the holidays I called ahead to see if the IPhone 12 pro I wanted, was indeed available. I spoke with Chase and he was very pleasant, even offered to set it aside since I had already been to two stores and was driving over at that moment.When I arrived at the store location Oleander rd. Wilmington, NC Chase was with a customer, so “Austin Adams” said to come to his desk. I must say the customer service went extremely down hill from there. Austin was obviously not thrilled to be working and didn’t crack a smile. He treated me with an extreme lack of respect. When I would ask him a question regarding the phone or service it was all he could do to answer it. When I asked if there “were any discounts being offered on accessories”, he said, “if that’s what I have to do to get you to buy one than ok” Wow!! I did buy the phone cup holder, however not sure why! Austin never explained any fees or costs to me, so when he asked me for $135, I had to ask what it was for.I asked him to remove the fee for the upgrade/ activation because I was quite capable of doing that on my own at home, no problem and I would like to save the $35. He didn’t like that and proceeded to look up my past purchases and tell me “I paid more than that on setting up my last two phones in Dover NH” Still thinking, I can’t believe how incredibly rude this rep. Is, I explained to him “that those were not my purchases, that my husband and daughter bought those phones and they probably needed help activating them.” (Not that I think you should be charged for that service, after just spending thousands on cell phones, but they were)I have never experienced such a total lack of good customer service. Id like to suggest if Austin gets paid a commission for selling the phone to me, he shouldn’t!! Chase deserves the commission and if I had known what type of service I would be getting I would have def. waited for Chase to be free, so he could help me.

I recently visited this location hoping to replace my mother’s broken cell phone. I walked in dreading the process, imagining that I’d be unsuccessful & be required to bring my elderly mother to complete the transaction. However It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! John & Ryan provided greater assistance than I anticipated.

Brandon Kaiser, who is one of the reps at Verizon Wireless, Oleander Dr. store in Wilmington NC, is the best. We saw him 3 separate times to help us solve our complicated 5-line transfer issues and even though it was tedious to reach a solution with all the calls he had to make, he did it with a smile on his face. He is very knowledgeable, cheerful and genuine. We are going to upgrade our phones in December and Brandon will be our man!On the other hand, if you go to this store, make sure you dont see Jessie. She is another rep that works there and we had the misfortune of hearing her rudeness. She scolded us and Brandon for spending too much time together over our several visits. She is so unprofessional and rude and we think that Brandons customers should be his business, not hers.

My experience was A1 with Verizon #4209. Jordan is the best. I came in with my mom to help her with getting a new phone and we both came out with a new phone when we were not planning for I to get a new phone. He helped us tremendously and for a more than reasonable price. Not to much he is nice and hilarious. He upgraded me from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 11. It was great to be shown only those phones that might be appropriate based on what we had told him. We could not have had a better experience. Truly. My husband and I purchased our son a gizmo watch from Verizon’s corporate store. We were unable to get the gizmo watch to function properly and took it to this location for assistance. Liam went above and beyond trying to fix the issue for us. He spent about 45 minutes on the phone with tech support, all the while communicating with me about what was going on. I truly appreciated his patience and determination, as he was dedicated to spending a large part of his morning on this frustrating task. Liam and his customer service are certainly an asset, not only to this location, but to Verizon as a whole.

Eli was very courteous when I came into the store on October 8, 2017. I was greeted immediately. He answered all of my questions with speed and accuracy. Theres a great group of employees at this location. After Hurricane Florence hit us; 3 employee /team-members came in anyways and all worked off of a generator, while no other Verizon was open in town that day. They all kept a professional attitude, demeanor and delivered customer stsatisfaction, with smiles on their faces despite the HOT, HUMID weather and still no A/C or electricity; They had one box fan, two phonelines and the three computers.... If that only Verizon store was not open that Day... I would not of had a phone after Hurricane Florence. Thank you for all your help and hard work Verizon!💪👍
