Ordered shoes May 24th. Shoes never came never got any correspondence about order until I reached out june 3 about my order. They kept giving me the run around then I find out june 6 they cancelled my order. Didnt call or send email to let me know. I will NOT ever shop here again. Had to place order with Champs shoes will b here the 12th. This review is for the order placed ONLINE!!!!!!!!!

A best price for youth shoes!

I went into Hibbetts Sorts at the independence Mall while visiting the city of Wilmington. I got there like 5 min before the store closed. I wish I had more time because they had a great supply of items I was interested in. As it was I found 3 awesome sports shirts. and purchased one in each color they had. Heather and Amber helped me out with a problem I was having and I was delighted with the special attention and customer service I received from them. Apparently it was snack time for one associate while there was a line. Messing around on your phone and eating at the front of the store in front of customers is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
