This is the worst experience Ive had with a company Ive ever done business with in the 20+ year history of owning a business. In short their MO is to sign you up for a contract that auto-renews, not provide you a copy of it, then fail to provide services. Their billing is inconsistent, incorrect, and yet the only place they actually put effort. Phone calls, messages, and certified letters go unanswered. I wouldve been ok if they had simply provided what we signed up for. Apparently their customers are the only party required to abide by the contract. I will NEVER do business again with them and I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Here at Delaware Bulldozing we find Chris, our representative from Syracuse, to be outstanding in his work ethic, very personable and does everything in his power to make us happy.

Decided we no longer needed their services at my company (After 2 years of service) and they are now saying that we have to purchase each shirt that had been made at a staggering amount of $180 each. This company is a ripoff and are so hungry for money its not even funny. I would advise everyone to stay away from them.

Great company to work for. You have the ability to grow your territory into your own, and take control of your own career path.

I would not recommend Unifirst to anyone.Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Tried to cancel last year, was told the contract wasnt up until September 2017 so I waited the terrible service out to avoid their buy out charges. I called to cancel the service yesterday and was told it autorenewed for another 5 years! I did not give consent to renew the contract. The manager called me and all but threatened me with the Legal team. Avoid this company like the plague.

Love my job at National Accounts

Extremely Dissapointed. Placed an order for ONE shirt online. Noticed that at the end of order, there is no choice for upgrading shipment. Called Customer Service and was told it would take 5 to 7 Business Days to PROCESS the order, and then an additional 2 Days to ship? So ten Business Days for one shirt? I asked if this could expedited because I needed the shirt sooner than that. The answer I received, Im sorry sir but theres nothing I can do about that!I find it slightly ridiculous that a company of this stature, Cannot do anything to speed up the process!
