My experience at this clinic was second to none. The staff is so kind, receptive and happy to help. Dr. Stephenson did one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had! She is as so patient and helpful in ensuring I am as fitted for the absolute perfect contacts. Being new to the area I am very fortunate to have found such a great vision establishment ! I had a small mishap with a practically brand new pair of glasses which they were able to correct and adjust as soon as I walked in the door ! Dr. Brigman was FANTASTIC and really made my husband and I feel listened to. I work in IT and am staring at the computer most of the day, she was able to get me a Rx for glasses that really helped my eye fatigue.

By far my favorite place to get an exam and glasses.They are the most thorough place with their exam and you know they actually care about your needs.Dr. Brigman was so impressive explaining exactly what was going on with my eyes and what to expect in the future. I felt so much more reassured after leaving there.My wife had a very similar experience so we highly recommend Atlantic Vision.

This was the first time visiting this eye doctor. I needed an appt. fast prior to leaving town, for a medical eye issue. They were able to get me in within a day which I was very happy with since my regular eye doctor could not.If I am to rate the doctor I saw, I would give her 6 stars. Dr. Sara Brigman was awesome. She was personable, knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly.Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to be seen. At first I thought it was because they fit me in, however, there were other patients waiting as long or longer to be seen.It is very frustrating when Drs offices dont respect peoples time.Im not sure if the wait here is always this bad or not, but if you dont mind waiting, at least the experience with Dr. Bridgman was excellent.

I traveled from CA to NC to visit a new baby in the family. On my last day, I somehow sat on my glasses, bending the frame and popping out one of the lenses. It would have been nearly impossible for me to successfully navigate the airports on my return the next day with only one lense and a bent frame.(Not to mention how ridiculous I would have looked!)I called Atlantic Vision Center and Amber told me to come on in. Kim adjusted my frames and replaced the popped out lense. I am grateful for their kind and efficient service, especially as a desperate tourist.Thank you Atlantic Vision Center!

After 20 years of the going to the same eye doctor, I was hesitant to look for a new one when we moved here to Wilmington. I feel so lucky I found Dr. Brigman at Atlantic Vision Center. The exams were very thorough, the staff was so friendly and Dr. Brigman went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I unknowingly had a scratch on my eye that had been killing me and she quickly identified what it was and how to help. Between that issue, my annual eye exam and ordering contacts, I was scared about the total cost. I don’t have vision insurance and found them to be very affordable! It sealed the deal and I’ll definitely be going back for the next 20+ years!

Dr. Sara Brigman is the new doctor on the block at this practice. My husband and I really like her so we followed her there. The office is nice and clean and well organized. All staff presented professional and did an excellent job during my visit. I highly recommend this practice for above average eye care.

I am 62 and am starting to have complicated vision issues.Dr Stephenson and her staff were excellent in explaining how to treat my early signs of glaucoma. I also need to use my computer for work and have had great difficulty finding the best solution. Dr Stephenson explained several different options available clearly and with empathy that I have rarely seen. I didnt feel like just a number at all, and the entire staff was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Professional, knowledgeable, and i felt my needs were important to Dr. Brigman. She was very thorough. Her positive attitude and up-beat personality was refreshing.

My eye exam was thorough and Dr. Bridgman was professional, courteous, and carefully explained every aspect of my exam. I couldn’t have been more pleased. My complaint is with the front desk. When I called to make my appointment I clearly stated my insurance provider and was told that they did accept Humana. When I came in for my appointment, I presented my insurance card at the front desk along with my photo ID. Either of those two occasions would have been a good time to let me know that, while they do accept Humana, I would be charged a specialist copay and my vision coverage with Humana (which is a zero copay and a $300 allowance plus 20% off anything over that amount) was not accepted at Atlantic Vision. I was not told that until my exam was completed, my prescription was written, and I was presented with the cost of my new prescription (which was well over $500). Now I have to find another optometrist and start all over again.

Always a great experience here. Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Stevenson is brilliant!

DR. SARA BRIGMAN listens. She has never rushed through my appointments. I aways feel like I’ve had a thorough visit. Dr. Bridgman is kind and knowledgeable. I’ve seen her for acute eye problems as well as follow up visits. *She fits scleral lens for keratoconus*. I was referred to her by Intracoastal Eye.

Ive been seeing Dr. Klaus for almost two decades worth of eye care and Ive enjoyed every visit. If you want it done right, and thoroughly, then Atlantic Vision Center is where you need to come. Its complete eye health, and thats peace of mind, as well as quality vision care.

One of the best dispensing optometrists Ive ever been to. Dr. Stephenson is very thorough, making sure you get the correct perscription. Shes also very patient, and doesnt rush the exam. My glasses came out perfect, and I can see better than ever.They also did a very comprehensive glaucoma test, making sure my eyes will stay healthy.They may be more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. I have never had a optometrist dedicate the time and effort she has with me, she really has a passion to make sure her patient’s needs are met.

Great private practice. I am sick of corporate clinics. And this private clinic reminds me why. The physician and staff were extremely competent and carrying. The were concerned about doing the right thing, not corporate protocols.

The day of my appointment when I went they were extremely busy. Even though they were very busy the staff was super friendly and very thorough. The doctor was explanatory on all my tests and extremely friendly. The price for my new glasses and lenses was very reasonable. I highly recommend if you are in need of an eye exam or new glasses to please check this location first.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Nelson Klaus, who I met in the St. Therese parking lot after Sunday Mass. He actually save my right eye from p.a. nurse family doctor i went from doctor cosgrove.. If i had waited 24 hour my right eye will be blind. She gave me medicine for pink eye which i didnt have it. cause whole damage to my eye then Dr klaus. Save my right eyeWith stronger medicine and laser sugery right away.Im glad i had good eye specialist .

Dr Stephenson is the Best. Very professional and caring. The appointments are not over booked, giving plenty time for each patient with very little waiting between exams (Unlike some of the larger offices) All the staff are courteous and professional treating you as the only patient.
