Walked in last minute on Valentines Day and walked out with something really quickly. Loved that they even had something in stock. Hard to find Companies serving something quickly on the busy holiday. These guys were great

I ordered an arrangement that was $90. At first, I thought it was expensive, but after giving it to my family members for a small gathering we had, I was glad I spent the money. Everyone was raving about how perfect the arrangement was, quality of the fruit. It became a fun way for us to all snack together!
I have ordered 3 times since Thanksgiving. Each order was received timely and the fruit was fresh. Upon ordering one of my arrangements, the manager, Krista, helped design exactly what I wanted. The delivery was smooth and my recipient was more than thrilled. Thanks for the good job and great customer services.

They have a huge sign posted out front that says “curbside pickup available just call.” I call the store when I arrive to pickup my order and they say it’s not an option anymore and to come in. Well, the only reason I ordered from the location was for the curbside pickup option. I had my 7 month old son in the car and I was very inconvenient to have to go in there simply because one of the 6 employees there that day couldn’t be bothered to uphold there own policy. Also, one of the employees came from the back where the food prep is without a mask on. Needless to say, I won’t be giving them my money or referring business there again.
Was pleasantly surprised to see this place open during COVID-19. Not only are they open, but they delivered. I asked the Manager the process and they said, they do contactless delivery now, which is just perfect for this time. Very happy with their professionalism.

I needed a last minute gift and I called and spoke to Krista. Told her what I was looking for. She suggested a box of assorted chocolate dipped fruit. She was very helpful and very patient with me, in very indecisive. The fruit was huge and fresh and delicious. I had to try 1 of course. Great experience!!

Well where should I start I guess first to any customers or future customers please note you may think that youre getting fresh fruit but you are not every single order is made at the very least the day before and if it falls on a holiday you can guarantee that its made two to three days prior Also during holidays all fruit used in arrangements is prepared the week of the holiday.. sanitation there is none if any fruit happens to be dropped on the floor dont worry itll be used in your arrangement. the manager Krista has no personality so therefore there is no customer service You will be guaranteed that if you have any concerns there will be an argument the customer is never right If you complain that your fruit is a little rotten, old or has no flavor the attitude is oh well or youll be argued with and told youre wrong they use old ingredients the fruit is dipped into the same old chocolate over and over..they do not practice safe food handling no one wears gloves no one wears hair nets. There is fruit cups and chocolate covered strawberries in the front case that are days and days old and only replace when it smells or theres fermented stuff oozing out of it The owner and the manager are unethical and will do anything just to make a buck The employees are treated disrespectfully so if youre looking for fresh fruit or dipped chocolate your best bet is to make your own especially when you get day old arrangements that are outrageously priced and dont think that you can go to the one in Drexel Hill because the owner owns that one as well As far as delivery youre lucky if you get your arrangement And when you dont its your fault and yes they lie and say your order is out for delivery when clearly it is not so who knows when you will get yours so if you are thinking of choosing edible arrangements on Naamans road you can take the gamble You may be happy but most likely you wont be good luck
I ordered an arrangement for my wife and her coworkers last week for Emergency Nurses Week and they all loved it, she said it was gone halfway through the shift. The staff at this location was so friendly and helpful with picking out an arrangement they’d love. I will definitely order from them again .
I ordered an arrangement today for my daughter’s birthday last minute. The customer service I received was great in helping me pick out the perfect gift. It was delivered in less than an hour and she called telling me how beautiful the flowers were and chocolate strawberries were delicious. Thank you for a great experience.

This place is horrible. They canceled a delivery that someone sent to me on day one because their truck broke down and when I went to pick it up the next day they closed early. They had the nerve to call me on day 3 of my gift sitting there to tell me that it would go bad if not picked up. As soon as I opened the wrapper I could smell the sour fruit. Poor customer service all the way around.
I loved my arrangements, however the lady that spoke to me never asked me what I was there for when I went to pick it up. There wasnt any notice on the website about the renovations that they were doing in the store and the note on the door was one of a few but not noticeable enough.
This store must be lazy. They couldnt deliver an arrangement today 4/3/2018. They told their customer that the store I work Can take the order because they couldnt. Now It will take 25 minutes to get it there over 10 miles away and its less than 4 MILES from their store. I figure the Franchise owner would be Mad because his or her employee took business away from his or her business.AGAIN 3/26/2019 SEND ANOTHER ORDER BECAUSE YOU SENT THE #DRIVER HOME. Time and Miles waste of Money.
I ordered several items for delivery for teacher and staff appreciation week. They were so wonderful. They called me if they couldn’t find the house and then they also called or let me know once the items were delivered. They were very thorough and professional and everyone loved their yummy treats. Thanks for wonderful customer service especially with my large order.

Called in my order for several people in my office, the manager took ownership of the entire experience from start to finish. Everything came beautifully packaged, looked fantastic, and was greatly appreciated by everyone! A friend turned me on to them before saying how great of an idea it was, he was spot on! This is my first and last time having Edible Arrangements deliver. In anticipation for my two year anniversary with my wife, I decided to get a chocolate covered fruit platter for her and her coworkers at a veterinary clinic. I placed the order two days in advance and encountered no issues up until delivery. On the day of, I tracked the order, which said it was out for delivery around 1030am. I was hoping it would get there either at noon or around there for lunch. Unfortunately, it never arrived during lunchtime. Now I understand that delivery time can vary up until 5pm on business days. My question...why claim that the fruits were prepared and out for delivery at 1030am? I called around 3pm to check on the status of the delivery and somebody told me that its definitely out for delivery. Im glad...considering I assumed it was out for delivery around 1030am. Now...if they do actually end of delivering before 5pm...everybody at the clinic will be going home. Thanks for ruining a simple surprise anniversary gift.
Ordered the arrangements that had pineapple, honeydew, and Cantaloupe for my wife for our anniversary. It was a hit. All of her coworkers complemented how pretty it was. The fruit tasted really fresh also. I also found out they have some very cool and unique popcorn flavors which I added to my order. They must have changed their menu from a year ago for the better!
Poor customer service. I attempted to order something through this location this morning. The woman on the phone was rude and could not have cared less about helping with my order. As a result, I ordered from a different location. The response from the owner was that I reviewed the wrong location because they did not find an order from me. The review is correct. There is no order in your system because I ordered somewhere else due to the poor customer service at this location.
Worst customer service ever ! Wasnt home for the delivery at 11:15AM. Called the store told them we were home. We were told we had to pick it up at the store. Went to the store around 2:00, the order was still with the driver. They would not deliver again, but couldnt give me a time to pickup the order. They close in 2 hours! We will never use them again!
My order was left 2 doors down from the house and 2 days early,, because none of the drivers wanna come in on the day it was supposed to delivered!! Will try @Sharis berries next time!!
I recently ordered an arrangement for Boss’ day from this location and he loved the fruit arrangement and the dipped fruit box.I initially forgot about Boss’ Day but I was able to call this location last minute and they delivered it on the same day. I called the other location in the area and those locations said they can’t help me. This one however went above and beyond to to help with my gift to my boss. Thank you guys. Will def use you and recommend
I’ve only tasted edible arrangements because majority of the time, I’m always getting them for my lovely girlfriend. She RAVES about the chocolate covered strawberries so two days ago, I switched it up. I decided to get the variety dipped strawberries (some with cookie crumbles, white chocolate, etc.) and the look on her face (through FaceTime because of social distancing) said it ALL! Absolutely loved them!!! Thank you to the Edible Arrangements Crew, who make it happen even during a time such as this.

Not only did they get my order wrong but then accused my employee of fraud after requesting her to send a copy of her drivers license and card which I did only for them to still tell her that they could not process the order after they had already took her money. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Please go elsewhere!!! I will also be contacting the corporate office regarding this matter in regards to your store know that because we do not accused of fraud!

Purchased a last minute arrangement for my wifes birthday. Not only was the fruit so fresh and the quality great, but they delivered on time and with such short notice! Great place for all gifts.
Great customer service and fast delivery. They need to make a change to my order at the last minute and called to let me know offered a higher priced item as a substitute. My Mother loved her Edible Arrangements and was so excited to get it, she started eating it before taking a picture of the delivered item!

I ordered the fruit on the stick combination with the dipped chocolate to be delivered to my aunts shiva. When I arrived my cousins could not stop ravaging about how delicious and beautiful it was. I will never order flowers again. Great place to deal with, thank you !

I Would give zero starts to this location. Driver and inside staff dont communicate. My Arrangement was never deliver . Make sure someone is home when you Order from them. Woman extremely Rude. Dont use this location. They tried to lecture you on how they Operate. Like you should know or like if you work for them. Awful Customer Service. Then you call and they put you on hold forever. I hope they really monitor the lady who called me yesterday morning and get rid of her. You need the business not us. This is how you survive. Be nice to your customers!

The nut variety chocolate and caramel dipped Apple was awesome but the small arrangement was supposed to have dipped pineapple and strawberries and there wasnt any chocolate on even one piece of fruit...very disappointed. More melon than shown in photo. But most of the fruit was fresh. My husband had a hard time communicating with the employees so didnt bother asking them to fix it.Went for second visit 3 weeks later. Store empty of employees. Banged on employee door twice (couldnt see anybody through the small window in the door) and then rang the bells hanging from the doorknob for a few seconds. After more than 5 minutes a face appears in employee door window and she is on the phone. Waited only to find out they dont have smoothies. Not sure how they stay in business...variety of products for walk in purchase is very limited. Found out the arrangement I was supposed to get at first visit for half price and valued at $59 had been substituted with one they gave me with no chocolate and less pineapple valued at $39...somebody messed up or they porked me. Either way, I will specify another store if possible when ordering for delivery to friends and wont be giving them any walk in business again.

IF I COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD. Extremely POOR SERVICE & a very RUDE female operators/Managers - for the 2nd time no less. Edib Arrangmnt left a fruit & chocolate PERISHABLE at my apartment door while I was out of time WITHOUT CONFIRMING a body would be there to receive it! I found it 4 days later ROTTING & MELTING, & SMELLING in the hallway! I Wonder how they even got into a secure building ??! When does common sense prevail regarding appropriate delivery procedures. The first time someone sent an arrangement to me the fruit was 1/2 raw & Unripe. Store manager could care less and offered no replacement or credit. Ive sent out an email & text blast to my friends and family NEVER TO SEND AN ARRANGEMENT because more than likely it will come from this 1714 Naamans Rd location. This store is a disappointment 😡😡 to the Chain .
Older lady was extremely rude because I wanted the color vase that was advertised online....her answer to me was well you still have one and my response was I paid 57 dollars I would like to have the color I thought it would be because thats my wifes favorite color. I drove 30 minutes to get here and my experience was unwelcoming possibly because of my race but my money is the same color and they accepted that! Crazy world we live in....stay away from this place

I sent a fruit bouquet to my mother for her birthday. She had to throw away every strawberry in the arrangement. How can you deliver fruit and half of it be inedible? Better name is Inedible Arrangements.

Tried having a gift delivered to my girlfriend today. I pre-ordered and pre-paid the first time the stopped for the delivery when they knocked she did not answer the door due to the fact that she was upstairs with our new born so they left a “sorry we missed you” note on the door. Perfectly understandable and normal. When she called the number to let them know she was intact home they told her they would try to deliver it again and if they were unsuccessful that someone would have to pick it up at the store. Again perfectly understandable and normal. Not wanting to drive to the store we made sure we were home, had her parents over for dinner in fact. We were in the living room all night next to my front door, where the note was hung the first attempt. As it got later I decided to call and check up on the delivery only to be told that the driver knocked on our door, the one we were all next to, and when no one answered they left it at our door. So I said oh cool let me take a look only to find no delivery. I was told I would be called back once they sorted out the issue. When they called me back they told me my order was picked up to go to a funeral..... After a lengthy time on hold the manager, Krista, came on to explain that they made a mistake and my order wasn’t given to someone else and was in-fact delivered, which it was not, she then proceeded to keep saying “We’ll get it out to you tomorrow ok?” trying to force me off the phone. My girlfriend took over the phone call because she could tell I was getting agitated. After my girlfriend was done she handed me back the phone and I was put on hold and then was disconnected, it happens I understand, I called back was immediately put on hold after a little bit was disconnected again, third times the charm, called back again straight to hold. Few mins disconnected, and I’m done. I call back before they can put me on hold I ask to speak to Krista who reluctantly answered my call and when I said I was disconnected/hung up on three times her response was “No you weren’t” to which I said yes I was but regardless I wanted to know what was happening with my $64 order. After a conversation that got out of hand very quickly I was told “Whatever we did our job it says delivered!” my response was “If you did your job it would be in my hands!” After being told “Whatever” I immediately demanded a refund to which I was told have a nice day multiple times every item I asked “are you going to give me my refund?” And then was hung up on. So I called back and a very nice young lady answered the phone and I told her strongly what happened and to put Krista on the phone, I apologized later for raising my voice to her. Krista, being the very amazing manager she is, hid behind this nice young lady and had her tell me my refund was going through. I thanked her and told her to have a nice night and she did the same. I’m currently a manager in retail and have managed many stores. If I was Krista’s employer she would swiftly be let go for treating a customer, who had already paid for services and used them in the past and would have used them in the future, in this manner. I strongly recommend not using this facility and will be spreading the word about how I was treated.

I tried to place an order and accidentally gave my new address for my debit card instead of old address. From doing this they called me and told me they would not make my order and I have to go up there to order it. I asked if I could provide my license or anything and they told me no and to come to the store. They said its their owners rule. Im going to the other edible arrangements in p.a. I feel like I was racially profiled even though I had proof to show that I am the card holder and owner of my debit card. This edible arrangment on naamans has definitely lost a good customer. I will shop where my money is appreciated. Plus there are still two pending transactions on my account from them.
Okay arrangement but I specifically asked for a hot pink vase for the Mothers day special. I repeated this aspect 5-10 times when I placed my order and I still ended up with a green vase. Vase Color really did make a difference in the presentation.
