The sliding patio door was of heavy-duty quality with Low-E glass panels. The installers were hard workers and knew what needed to be done. The salesman is knowledgeable and the owner stands behind the work they perform and he responds well to customers needs. I was quite satisfied.

Windows and decorative shutters were installed 5 years. Superb work and quality! Wind loosened 2 shutters. Contract Exteriors guarantees their work for 10 years (YES, TEN YEARS) and they MEAN it. I had to have 2 panels of my vinyl siding replaced do to Mickey Mouse chewing through it. I had my house resided by Contract Exteriors in 2018. Eugenia made sure I got help fast! Matt came out the next day and replaced the siding in like 10 minutes! He was also helpful in advising me how to prevent further Mousecapades. Definitely recommend this company and their staff is great!

I call them numerous times if i get them on the phone they said they will have a roufer look at my brand new roof he finally came by did a awater test it likes down from the bathroom exhaust fan he said he will get shingles and have not make it yet this going on for two years i borrowed the money to pay them .

They were really nice and explain everything and where they served and my I luck they dont come up to my area.

Doesn’t return phone calls and when you get someone on the line, the response is “We are only doing work in Southport” post- Hurricane Florence. Such a shame because you installed the roof in River Lights. Can’t believe you wouldn’t come back. Has NOTHING to do with crews not being there yet. We are fine with waiting until Wilmington crews are back and until it stops raining. We understand that safety come first... HOWEVER should say that up front and not after you’ve been called out on Google Reviews. You’re changing your tune real fast.

Im pretty pleased with Contract Exteriors and the work performed on my house, huge new doors leading out of from our bedroom to the upper porch, new covering on the porch itself, and some roof work......but, when I contacted Contract Exteriors on the 27th of April due to rain coming into our bedroom from underneath the doors, carpet wet, etc.....and to this day, no return call.....very displeased with the so called warranty. I really could care less how busy you are, a return call is simple.Update: Thanks Shannon for the call, it may have been I was on a flight and did not receive the call, appreciate the follow-up and well see you Wednesday.St. James/Southport, NCWell...the saga continues, Contract Exteriors is not stepping up to the work....blame it on the company doors you installed poorly.
