I took my sons phone there for a cracked screen, I paid for it in advance. I then went in the next day to purchase a second phone, and they gave me a discount and asked for my repair ticket so I could get a discount, I gave them the slip but kept my receipt. 2 weeks later, though I was told 1 week the guy tried to keep my phone, I ended up have to pay 90 for the repair 20 for the discount second old phone and 90 again to get my sons new 300 Samsung phone back, they had erased all his info and was going to sell it. There are many places to get phones fixed. I would never go here again, and I will never trust them.

This store is a RIP OFF; my daughter took her iPhone 6plus to have the screen replaced; this store charged her $90.00 and less than 24hours, the screen cracked again in the same place. My daughter did nothing different than usual with her phone, put the case back on it and placed it in her purse where it is always. The next morning, the screen was cracked in the exact same spot. The ower would not replace the cracked screen his so called fixed less than 24hours ago. He said it was her fault and I could atest to it that it was not. He wanted to charge her an additional $70 to fix a phone he just fixed (supposidly) less than 24hours ago. I am in the process of sueing this store for negligence. Customer service goes a long way and the owner should have fixed the device FREE OF CHARGE. I WILL LET THE COURTS DECIDE WHO IS RIGHT OR WRONG.... THEY JUST TREAT FOLKS ANY WAY THEY WANT TO AND THEY CAN AND DO BECAUSE WE LET THEM. I AM TAKING A STAND, WIN, LOSE OR DRAWAL - IT THE PRINCIPAL.
