Left work early specifically to stop by and discuss the purchase of new equipment. Stuck in traffic and admittedly arrived about 20 minutes prior to closing. One customer sitting and talking with the receptionist. I was never acknowledged, spoken to, or even a quick Hi, someone will be with you shortly. Walked around the empty showroom, gathered brochures, and looked at the antique tractors. One of the parts guys said hello on his way by, as did the guy unloading the money from the Pepsi machine. After 20 minutes of still no acknowledgement or single word, I left. Not the type of customer service that makes you feel good about spending six figures, even if it was late in the day. Never had a problem with buying parts from AgPro. I will try again at a different location this weekend, and on a much smaller scale. Wish me luck.EDIT: Received a nice apologetic phone call from the manager of this store advising that they can (and will) do better in the future. I did visit another AgPro store, had a very good experience, and agreed to purchase a piece of equipment. Nice recovery guys, and I am raising the number of stars on my review.

They didnt have the Cub Cadet part that I needed, but that could be expected since they are a John Deere dealership. But the staff went out of their way to help and even directed me to someone that could help me.5 stars to the staff.

I would avoid doing business with these dishonest people if possible. I had called prior for part availability and given a price for said part. When I arrived a few days later to pick it up, the employees were all sitting around like a bunch of hungry vultures. Upon asking for my part, 1 of the 2 extremely large vultures recognized me from my previous phone call while the other rang me up. He quoted me a price $100 more than I was given during the call. When I called them out on it, you could see on their faces that they had been caught cheating me out of $100. Now I know why there wasnt 1 customer in the place during my visit and they lost all possiblity of me returning all because the sales reps were starving to make a buck. I could have given them a ton of business because of my place of employment but due to the greedy, dishonest ways they do things, I wont give them another dollar and wouldnt recommend anyone else doing so either

The general manager is a true professional. I brought my mower in for service and there were some issues in getting the repair done. When all was said and done he made sure that I was satisfied with the service I received. So few companies out there that care about customer experience, it was nice to find one.

Ive been to this store a few times in the last 2 years. They have always been courteous and friendly, and they have had the parts I need in stock. I have a JD mower and one that isnt a JD. They cross referenced the oil filter number for the mower that isnt JD so I could use a JD filter. Which was cheaper than I could buy the filter at another store. Ill be visiting the store soon so I can get what I need to have my mowers ready to start mowing my lawn in a couple weeks.

JD Equipment in Wilmington is a great place to get parts. The manager Kent Beam always greets me by name when I walk in. The parts department is very knowledgeable and friendly. Generally Robin or Ed help me get the correct parts quickly and get me out the door. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all John Deere products. They are quick to offer assistance as soon as we walk thru the door. They are always willing to research and locate any product not readily available in the store.

This is probably the best all around dealership I have ever dealt with in my plentiful years around equipment. They have about any part you may need for your John Deere, Stihl, or many other brands of equipment in stock or it will get it for you the next day. The parts and service personnel are courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to get you back to work fast. Keep up the great job JD Equipment.

I had a John Deere mower with a very unusual problem. It wouldnt restart once the engine got hot. Ive been a mechanic by trade for almost thirty years and it had me totally stumped. I felt bad for the mechanic who had to work on it, as I already knew it was going to be like a bad dream, but I just had nowhere else to turn. Well, he figured it out, fixed it, and its run like a top since. I gave the guy a tip, just because I knew what a tough diagnosis that one was going to be. I spoke with the service manager a few times through it all and he was just awesome to deal with. I would never hesitate to recommend this shop to anybody. I even went back and bought another of the same mower from them to keep at my mothers house. Theyre just good people to deal with at both ends of the store.

Called twice once for parts another for a new or used mower. Never got a call back either time. They do have a great selection of new and used mowers but really hard to buy one when no one calls you back. I will have to find a John Deere dealer that needs money I guess.Update: The owner did contact me and I appreciate that. Maybe next time I will try again. Ended up getting a new Honda mower and Stihl trimmer from Lebanon John Deere dealer. May want to call up there and learn some customer service from them.

I have an industrial frontloader that needed service. JD Wilmington came to my house and picked the beast up. A day or two later, I had my loader back in service. Excellent customer service!

Drove over an hour to this location for a Gator they said they had in stock (even checked that morning) but was sold when we arrived. Also, its quite evident that they dont take care of their inventory. Most of the JD equipment outside was clearly neglected.

Last major purchase was a 3210. This is proving to be an excellent machine and at a comparable price to the economy tractors out there. As for parts, they usualy have what I need for our 1959 530 so I am sure they will have what we may need for the new one.

They unknowingly stole me from another JD dealer down in Hillsboro, because of their knowledge, parts availability, and frankly...friendly customer service! Not only will I be doing all of my JD and Stihl parts business there from now on, but when I get ready to trade in that GX335 Mower, Ill run straight to them with a trailer to take a new one home with!
