We were helped by the kindest associate! I wish I had gotten her name. My daughter and I were trying to find the most reasonable twin mattress for our 3 year old her first big girl bed. My daughter asked her on the floor, and she found the perfect one, and even loaded it in the car! Store 130 assoc. 6101(?). She was awesome+

Big lots has strong vibes of kmart before closing, trying to figure out what it is, dollar tree model? But with more space and pushing cheap couches? Its fun to walk around but something feels very different than big lots of five years ago

Always can find amazing deals on furniture and home goods. Hard to find some prices, would be good to have price checker.

They have some fairly cheap stuff here, but there are many things that are higher price than what you can get at say walmart. Just do your research if youre trying to save money. Not a bad place to shop, but you can for sure go home with more than you expected.

Purchased a Broyhill reclining sofa & love seat .... I had an issue with the love seat... the left seat back was loose and had a wobble to it.. I contacted the store and spoke with an associate ....which I wish I could remember her name ... she helped me without hesitation and I had a replacement love seat the very next day. The great thing is I checked furniture stores in my area and the wait due to COVID was 4 weeks to 4 months out. I highly recommend this store.. and the associates I have dealt with are amazing 😀

Cashier today was not at all friendly, more concerned with her coworkers and whatever “bee” was chasing her. Couldn’t understand that I wanted to exchange and not return. Then questioned me when the picture frame I purchased last night had no glass and was broken. I didn’t realize all of that until today when I went to wrap it as a present, that’s why I wanted to exchange it. Love the location and never had any bad experiences before.

Has things you need. Quick in and out. A little of everything. Prices good. Quality good. Dont sell cigs like used too.

When the desired item wasnt in stock, the clerk called another branch that was 6 miles away. She determined that there was an identical unit there. They held it for us, and we were treated quickly and efficiently upon arriving. The transaction was made, and we were on our way in short order. A very good buying experience.

ALSO, I HAVE A CAR SO I CANT FIT ANYTHING BIG IN SIZE. THEY SUBCONTRACT DELIVERY SERVICES, BUT BEING OVER 30 MILES FROM THE STORE THEY CHARGE EXTRA; AN EXTRA IM NOT WILLING TO PAY. IT PAYS TO DO A BIT OF GOOGLE SEARCHING FIRST.

Big Lots..Wow,Just wow. Clean friendly personnel. Have just about anything one could ask for. Furniture, hygiene items, flower bars, picture frames, make up, commputer items, towel, washcloths, rugs, hardware, paint, crafts items, an assortment of food, snacks, holiday items and the list goes on. Fairly reasonable although some things a little high. Recommended.

Askes for assistance in furniture and a employee came it was 8 45 and we ask if she could check to see if they had what we was looking at in the back she sighed and got a attitude and said we are getting ready to close and i m counting money and said that we could come back tomorrow and someone would check to see if they had more in the back. We said that the store doesnt close until 9 and she said have a nice night and started walk to the front of the store. To us that is very bad customer relations. We will not be going back to this store

Weird and wonderful mixes of different things. They even have a refrigerated section ! Sometimes checkout process is quite slow but otherwise a great place for random, affordable home goods.

Excellent.... above and beyond customer service at this location. When shopping on Saturday, July 12th, I mistakenly left part of my purchase on the bagging carousel. I called the store and spoke with Nancy letting her know of my problem and that I lived 45 minutes from her store. She contacted the store in Shallotte, closer to my home, so I could pick it up there. I picked it up in Shallotte this morning with no issues. Thank you for great customer service!

I cant get out of this store without many bags...lol even just going in for one or two items I end up with a cart full. They have great deals and the store is clean and organized. Thursdays everyone gets 20% off? Say Yay!!!

Decent prices. However you better be prepared to wait in line. It was a Saturday evening picking up a few items. A line formed when Kimberly was checking people out in front. The line begin to get longer with several people standing and waiting. Then up comes 2 other employees from the around the store. No, they were not checking anyone out, just asking where another employee was at. Our check out was a good 10 mins with many others behind us waiting as well. I hope someone sees this review like Larue District Manager. The big lots in Ogden is better, but if you dont want to travel that far this big lots will do. Big lots is great I always find things cheaper then at other stores. Every once in a while items can actually be cheaper at walmart. Sometimes if you get in there at the wrong time there can be a long line and only one employee checking customers out, it can be annoying
