Called yesterday and spoke to DeeDee about my broken torsion spring on my garage door. She gave a quote and told me they would come out the next day to fix my garage door.Steve came out today and did a great job fixing our garage door. I also had a busted cable which he replaced as well. Steve was great and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Would definitely call them again. They also have a 5 year warranty!

I called about noon and the garage door opener was fixed that afternoon! I was impressed that they dont charge a service fee for coming to my house to tell me what was wrong. While the service provider was here, the door opener worked properly, so Steve serviced it and was getting ready to leave (with out charging me a fee) when it finally broke and wouldnt close. We asked him to replace it and it was done in less than an hour. Great job. I definitely would recommend them to everyone!

Single spring replacement for single car garage door without struts. I picked WeFixIt because they were most normal on the phone and didnt have any $75 service fee for coming out for an estimate if you didnt purchase anything. Just on principle. Not sure they are the cheapest. Was expecting $200-250 based on limited research and a few calls. Had a first tech and time window scheduled. That morning, got a text that different tech and time window was happening. She quoted $275 but said she would accept $250. Work was fast, effective, and knowledgeable. Five year spring warranty included, for however likely it is that anyone will need that. Our original spring lasted 25 years.

I have used WeFixIt 2 or 3 times because of garage door issues. On each occasion I received courteous professional service well beyond my expectations. On the last occasion I had to have my garage door completely replaced. When the job was completed my technician was not completely satisfied and said the company would also replace my door tracks (not part of the original quote) at no additional cost to me. Truly exceptional service!

WeFixIt Garage Door Installation and Repair did a great job. I had originally called my home warranty AHS and scheduled a tech to come out, but they were unwilling to really look at it and said over the phone there was nothing they could do. So I googled garage door repair and We Fix It came up first and had 5 stars so I called and they sent a tech the very next day. They listened to my complaint, looked and diagnosed the issue. The communication was thorough and the service tech was knowledgeable and polite. I was quoted $225 to do the repair. He was there for 15-20 minutes. I figured it would be close to :45-1 hour at that rate. I understand I was paying for experience and knowledge and there are business costs to sending someone out but that is a little over the top as it was just labor and no parts.

The problem needed a repair & they happened to have someone in the neighborhood. He came right by, diagnosed the problem (motor burnout) and fixed it on the spot. A delightful company to work with! Had used a different company 9 months ago and really wish I went with these guys. Paid the last company $375 to replace a snapped spring and it already stopped working. Turned out they put on the wrong size spring for my door. Had Jake from we fix it come out and he instantly identified the problem. Luckily he was able to simply turn the power setting up on the lifter to get it working. He didn’t even charge me and gave me a quote to replace the spring in case it needs it and it was $125 cheaper! This is definitely the company to go with, great prices with better customer service.
