From the very first day of walking through the doors the staff at Loggerhead have been nothing but gracious, helpful, and courteous. I scheduled a fitting and they treated me like a professional. Kyle was systematic and methodical with my fitting and within two shaft changes had me hitting my 7i about 15 yards further and much straighter. No pressure to buy clubs but just collect the raw data.Now, today, after playing 9 holes with my 11 year old son, I stopped by to get some insight for my son as he is struggling a little bit. The owner took him in the bay evaluated him real quick, gave him a few drills to work on and suggested some clubs to upgrade to as he has outgrown his current set, yet again.The passion the owner and staff of Loggerhead have for golf can be felt and appreciated the moment you walk through the door. I look forward to being a long time customer and friend of Loggerhead for the years to come.

I just purchased new grips for several of my putters and instead of installing them myself (Ive done a bunch), I decided to see how they do things at Loggerhead Golf.I wanted to save the Super Stroke grips I had on these putters because Im testing out some oversized Winn AVS grips. So they had to remove three grips and install three grips. The repair area looked pretty busy for a late afternoon but DJ (the store manager) and Breck (the repair shop maestro) quickly worked me into their repair queue and knocked out the install very quickly. The bonus was that I got to test the new grips on their indoor putting surface (more breaks on that thing than my home course!) immediately and made a few quick adjustments before the grips fully set up.So, great customer service throughout the store (front end - retail /back end - repair), very accommodating staff, knowledgeable and efficient people. I did not utilize their club fitting expertise but it looked like they have all the latest gear to do a thorough fitting.I recommend Loggerhead golf to any golfer looking for highly competent equipment repair/modification expertise, clubs, golf gear and golf accessories.Full disclosure: I have no affiliation with the store and was not compensated in any way to write this review (although for future reference guys I could always use some fresh Pro V1s!!)

Called to get a fitting for a driver. The lady that answered the phone was patient and was genuinely interested in what I needed. Evan fitted me for my driver. He was patient and knowledgeable. Overall great experience. And I love the driver that I was fitted for!

Ive been to Loggerheads a couple of times for different things. I recently got fitted for irons and the process was great. I went in with no bias towards any one brand and ended up with a brand Ive never played, but the expertise by the staff lead me in the right direction. Ive also had a couple clubs re-gripped and they were very quick and was a great price. Plenty of apparel as well, branded with their logo along with standard golf apparel and equipment. Great customer service as well when following up on when my clubs would arrive from the manufacturer. 10/10 recommend these guys for all of your golf needs.

New to the area and was told this was the best place to go for a fitting. What I took away from that was that this is a local business that cares about you and your goals and not forcing you into something you are not ready before. For this and more they have earned my business moving forward and I will recommend them any chance I get.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Had a full bag fitting and Darrell couldn’t have been more helpful and informative with all the questions I had about numbers, loft, lie, etc. The SAM putt lab was also a cool experience and helped me with a few things as well. I had a putter fitting session with Darrell using the SAM Puttlab. I highly recommend it to any golfer looking to get a new putter or improve their putting stroke. The PuttLab truly takes the guesswork out of finding the right equipment and Darrell explains the technical information in a way that any golfer can understand and use to improve their game. I was fit for a new set of irons today by Darrell and very happy with my experience! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of not only the golf club but the swing as well. He was able to put me in a new set of irons that are customized to my specifications in loft lie and shaft length and flex. I am looking forward to experiencing a new golf game thanks to Darrell. Went in for an iron fitting. Great experience! I’m about a 4 handicap but I’ve never been fit before. Staff was friendly and listened to what I wanted in a club and not just what they thought was best for me. Stayed about 30 min past my fitting time just to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re in need of clubs give them a shot!

Called in to the store to verify they had the new Ping G425 4 & 5 hybrid clubs in left handed to hit before possible purchase and the receptioness said they would be ready when I arrived. Keep in mind I am driving an hour and 15 minutes to hit these thing. When I get there Im told they dont have them to hit, and that the receptioness thought that I said right handed which I did not repeatedly over the phone. They they wanted to contact the Ping representative to send over a demo but no reply. Come on man. Something was a little off with the service. Lefty players need assistance too. They will not have to worry about me coming back ever. Ill drive 2.5 hours to Myrtle Beach to the Superstore to get some equality. Thats what I get for loving this game and GWB. Some may get that. The one positive is that they have a nice hitting bay. I hit the the ping G425 3 & 5 wood and left didnt want a wasted trip.

Walked into the place at 4:50 pm with my son to shop for a couple of sets of irons and didnt even get both feet in the door before being told by the guy working that he needed to close early so we had 10 minutes. The stated closing time was 5:30 and we had driven 30m to get there.We looked around for a few minutes while he prepared to lock up for the evening NEVER to be acknowledged by him again..Being TOTALLY ignored doesnt get my business.

I had previously gone in for an iron fitting to see if I needed to change shafts. On my first trip I didnt receive any documentation from the fitting. The owner Darrell Posey reach out to me after providing some feedback and invited me back in to be refitted. He went above and beyond to make sure we dialed everything in. He spent 2 hours on the fitting to make sure we had all the right specs. I really appreciate Darrell reaching out to me and making sure I had a great experience. Thanks again!

I wont shop for golf equipment anywhere else after my experience in the last week. I went in to buy a driver and the customer service was outstanding. Kyle spent 45 minutes with me and let me try multiple drivers with multiple shafts until I found the one that was right for me. On top of that, I took my putter in, that I bought years ago elsewhere, to get fixed because an insert on the face was coming out. They told me it had been recalled and sent it off and got me $230 putter for free!! Customer service is unmatched. The first thing they did when my buddy and I walked in was ask out names so they could get to know us. I cant say enough about how great this business is. Thanks guys!
