Good prices, good tools, as good as any in its class. Very friendly management. If you work on your own stuff these are the only tools you need. Ive even seen mechanics with h/f tools.Theres a wide variety of about anything you need. 90 day return policy if you use your phone number they will have your receipt.Some tools have lifetime warranty.I bought my tool box there it had a dent in the drawer they marked it way down I ordered a new drawer and replaced it I saved about 4000 off what I would have spent on the same snap-on or mac.

This store is always fun for me because I always find interesting things. They had the one item I was looking to buy and I ended up buying 2 other items. The staff is always helpful.

Love this place! I’ve been looking forever for an attachment for my drill to wax our new boat and I finally found it at Harbor Freight. I also found something that I failed to find at Walmart for the back of my car for wet stuff since we are taking the boat out almost every weekend. It’s a heavy duty plastic been for mixing cement and it’s perfect for putting wet stuff in when we get out of the boat. I would have never have found it, but when an employee asked me if there was something I was looking for, I described it and he knew exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. So happy I ran into him that day, but every time I’ve been in there they are very helpful. If I could only sing one song for them it would have to be, “Working Man,” from my “Love Our Life” album. Maybe I could shoot my music video there???? Thank Harbor Freight Tools!

Terrible Exchange Policy:Tried to exchange 4 unused casters for a larger set. I was ready to pay the difference and had unopened casters for exchange but with no receipt and because I didnt rattle out my phone number the day of the purchase, no exchange what so ever. I will not waste my money at this joint again.

The staff isnt very friendly or helpful and the store is dirty. I never support any store that is rude to their customers and I will shop for now on at Lows or Home Depot.

Was looking for some cotter pins that showed they had in stock but didnt have any on the floor. Manager went in the back and found them for me. Man went out of his way to help me and made sure anything i needed he would help find. And he was a super nice guy. Made harbor freight one of my favorite places to shop now.

If you dont know Harbor Freight tools by now then you must not use tools. Their tools arent all bad for occasional homeowner use but I would not recommend them for tradesmen.

Possibly the worst run/managed retail outlet on the planet. If you have to buy, do it online or pack a lunch to eat while youre waiting in their huge checkout lines. Which are that way because the cashiers have to spend 5 minutes trying to upsell each customer. Clusterf*ck.

Im really getting into these new Icon Tools. weve all known for years as mechanics that harbor freight carries the worlds crappiest tools. But this new line of Icon tools might set a new standard for harbor freight.

If you are looking for an item that they sell the associates are very helpful. But if you need management for anything they act like your bothering them and they cant help you. Management should be setting the bar for customer service. Not avoiding it. Also when hiring part time help they should realize partimers have full time jobs and should be more flexible.

This place is a great way to get started in a very wide range of hobbies. They offer some very affordable tools to help get you started. They also have some really great sales. The staff is always willing to help and incredibly friendly. I dont think I have found a place that is more hassle free when it comes to their return policy.

On this visit everything was fine. I found what I was looking for and at a good price.

The prices are ok to good on most items. Their customer service is poor to bad, Jerry always wants to prove he is right or his point. This is running off on other employees. The experience in this store is always poor. They need to use active listening skills and be friendly...

There is one man that works here that is very diligent in helping people find what they are looking for. I wish I knew his name but he is a real go getter!

Everything you find at Lowes or Home Depot- just a cheaper, off-brand version. (Usually Chicago Electric.) Have yet to find a tool or shop item they dont have in stock. Great coupons and sales, always my first stop when building. They even have cute kids tool sets for your little helper. Next door to a Roses so you can get everything you need in one trip.

I was not impressed with the manager. My coupon did not work at the register. The cashier had one so I could get my discount. As I was leaving the manager told the cashier that helping me like that was unacceptable. Poor customer service on his part. I use the coupons on my phone. What does it matter where the cashier gets the number as long as you have a happy customer. All the coupons for a particular item or discount have the same number where theyre printed or online.

Typical Harbor Freight. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint is sometimes theyll only have one register operating while its really busy.

Good products at great prices, would have gave 5 stars but I went on line looking for a product and it said they had it in stock, when I got to the store they didnt have it on the shelf so I asked an employee, they checked the back and didnt have any in stock.

Coperate needs to educate their employees on the FACT that wearing gloves continually spreads germs! The only way to stop the spread of germs is to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer!

I have petitioned harbor freight to please invest in a few hoverounds I love shopping there once again I am a below the knee double amputee. Shopping there is very difficult for me. Because of my balance. (They need hoverounds seriously! And the doors are hard to open. It would be much better if they had. Automatic sliding doors.

Believe it or not I had never been in a Harbor Freight before. I thoroughly enjoyed just looking around at all the tools. Im not much of a DIYer but I might have to become one just so I have an excuse to buy tools.

This is a great store. Always busy, the staff & management are especially helpful and very kind in looking out for the customers needs. I would definitely recommend this harbour freight as it is the only 1 within 3 or 4 hrs.

Normally a good place to shop. Today witnessed one of there older employees that was carrying something that looked like a grabber one of them things to pick up stuff without bending over, he was using it to push customers around in the line saying they were to close in line. The one customer was on the line that was 6 feet apart. Let him try to push push me with his grabber. Whats funny he was less than 6 feet from customers while doing it. It was today 8-23-2020 around 1:00. The one customer tossed his items down and walked out didnt blame him. That older employee better watch it.

We do a lot of shopping at Harbor Freight. I asked one sales person for some help. His response was he would be happy to help me when he got back from lunch as he walked out the door. Its sad that the today people have to be so rude to people who keep them employed .

Great place until you’re ready to check out. Every timeI’ve been in this store they never have enough people to check you out. One cashier and a line back down the aisle. On top of that the cashiers are always engaged in conversation with the customers at checkout. It’s plain to see that this is of no concern to them at all. I’ve laid my items down many times and just walked out. It’s not unusual to wait in line up to 45 minutes. Think of how much business they lose because of this. Never is a manager watching the front to see when they need to open more registers. Place needs to get a clue on customer service.

This is one of my favorite places for inexpensive tools. The staff here is extremely helpful and theyre happy to take the time to help you understand the products youre looking at. They have a nice little welding section and a good selection of air tools.Theres always a 20% off coupon available somewhere on line so dont leave home without one. Most everything in the store goes on sale at some point. Dont be afraid to ask the staff about upcoming sales theyre happy to help.
