So this sign is outside which lead my friend and I to believe that we could wear a mask or not, just don’t bother preaching to others on our choices. Seems reasonable, so we didn’t wear masks. Upon walking in, the manager decided to tell us to put a mask on. Again, reasonable. I simply asked for clarification on the sign as it did not state masks are mandatory to enter. She said to me “maybe if you could read, you would have understood it says to wear a mask”.Had they simply asked us to put one on, there would be no need for this review. These girls were rude and while I was simply suggesting to change the wording of the sign, the manager walked away from me slamming a door in my face as I was speaking to her. So my friend and I left to spend our money elsewhere.Terrible terrible customer service. I wear a mask anywhere that it is required, again that was not the issue here. The customer service was appalling. My friend and I will not be back.

Great experience today. Good selection of products. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I entered and all questions were answered. I was also given a $10 off card for my next visit. Will be back tomorrow. Thanks ladies!

I had a great experience here. The employees were super helpful. I loved how they had the reminder on the front door to cover your nose with your mask, it made me feel safe and I will certainly return to any establishment the cares about the health and safety of others!

Super friendly staff! Barry has been in there both times my husband and I have gone in. Hes made us feel welcome and is very helpful in answering any questions weve had.

Everyone working there was so nice and helpful! They had wonderful sales on very well made sexy costumes and an okay selection for plus size but i nonetheless enjoyed it!

If I could rate a 0 I would. Worst customer service. Bought something, got to the car and realized it was “one size” instead of “small”... it was very misleading. The sign at the desk said it could be returned within 7 days so I turned around and brought it back in. I was out of the store for less than 2 minutes. The girl said no returns because of “covid” and I pointed to the sign and she flipped it around and pretended like it wasn’t there. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to call. I will never come here again.

Wow I spent $100 && I did not receive any bonus bucks. Do you only pick certain people or what? I was going to come back today but after seeing that I will no longer shop at this store. Other than that its a nice store. They have something for everyone. But not really a HUGE selection. But overall I do like the store. The girls were helpful but its an awkward silence in there and your usually the only one in there so its even more awkward. They need to spice it up a bit. I feel like Im shopping for sex toys in a morgue.

Far better than the comments.My girlfriend and I went in for the first time. We were both a little nervous but the employees said hello at the door and gave us space until we got comfortable. They asked if they could help and held items at the front so we wouldnt have to carry them around the store.The experience spiced up our relationship. The only downside is its more expensive and less selection than online, but that was expected.Overall great experience very casual and comfortable.

Ive recently discovered this store, so naturally I had lots of questions. The staff was remarkable they answered every question and helped me find something perfect for my partner and me. Lets be honest guys, this store is awesome. There is always something new, weekly the staff told me every Thursday...which is fantastic. I am not one to go out and write a review but Ive had such a fabulous experience here. Reading the past reviews I feel like these people must be those impossible to please women because I just cant see it. So to the entire staff and company I just want to say thanks! Well my first impression was the best store apperiance was very well kept clean from the moment I walked up to the door.The ladies that were working werent approaching me to force a sell which I think is great i found a variety of classy toys and out fits for my wife is was able to move freely with out feeling like Im going to steal something very comfortable experience thank you

This use to be one of my favorite stores. They use to carry a nice variety of plus size apperal and corsets. Went in tonight with my daughter she was shopping for some apperal .Terrible selection of what was in the plus section. Most all was to big or they they only had one. Store use to carry all.sizes and all inngood quantity. RUDE STAFF will not be back. No hello welcome when came in the sales woman never said anything .

I used to love going to this store. They used to have friendly, helpful staff. Two young girls just stared at the floor and each other when I came in and I gave a friendly hello! - no acknowledgement. I browsed for just a minute before taking my business down the road to Pricilla McCalls, where I spent a good amount of money.There were several customers and these two looked like they would rather kill themselves than help anyone. Totally unnessisary to have two people staffed when all they do is completely ignore the customers. Smh. Terrible. Customer service was so bad that I wasnt even interested in the merchandise after planning to go there all day.It was Black Friday, of all days.

Not only was I completely embarrassed when I went in there but the item I purchased stopped working within 30 days. But I had such a horrible first visit there I dont even want to take it back.
