Online says he’s open till 430 but he was closed. since the post the owner addressed the issue. Had to check this place out! And to correct the 1-star review ‘Childers’ deemed appropriate. I forget the owners name but I was relieved to find his shop, while going to UNCW at the time, to request a guitar stock be jointed that I was restoring. No need to negotiate on terms, because of genuine character I encountered, I was further impressed by the craftsmanship and humble style I received, no matter the lead time or demeanor. I am not living in the area anymore, unfortunately however this shop stands alone with plenty of unique things we can learn about if we ask and demands our support to at least look! One can certainly appreciate what we might lack the time to study by trusting and adhering to the professionals. Especially because most of us aren’t master carpenters or tradesmen. EXCELLENT place to find hard to find wood for that special project you are working on. Do NOT go there if you have an addiction to exotic woods! You will leave with wood but BROKE, you have been warned, lol! Besides, its all MINE!!
