Very supportive staff and friendly. They have music lessons as well
Cool spot. Decent selection of various instruments. Has 13 practice rooms but unfortunately are not allowed for lessons due to the current pandemic. Either way definitely worth checking out; staff was very helpful!
Great experience, the dude Ronny knows what hes talking abt and knows how to find the product you want. He was patient and really obviously cared abt making.me happy. Great staff
Awesome service!!! Great folks!!!
Best place ever.
Great place sat 3pm was crowded and they only had one staff so longer then normal for service.
Good prices, great small spot. I would love to see shows come back after the beer bug is gone. if you like classical instruments this is more of a spot for you along with acoustic guitar. the amps selection is solid. Great sale on PRS guitars today btw
Not good.... I am new in town and looking for a new music store and when I arrived here the store was dirty with parts and equipment laying on the ground. Then when I found someone and asked about a mic stand they showed me they only had 1 which was way over priced for a cheap stand then when I went to ask another question I was ignored so I just left... I really wish I could have utilized this store instead of driving to guitar center :(
Great selection of equipment and lessons
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Called up with interest of purchasing a 3K-4K guitar they had online. Was willing to buy immediately. They were rude, short, and unorganized and actually acted like they didnt have time to discuss it). Im glad I didnt purchase or move forward. You would think if someone was in the business of selling guitars for a living that a purchase that large would take priority over ...I dont know, selling $10 Ernie Ball Strings? or music CDs.Claimed they were ESP vendor, yet werent on the approved list (this info is available on ESPs site). Wouldnt send images of guitar close ups either (as opposed to hard to see online thumbnail). Red flags all point to some questionable practices going on here. Would recommend buyers to look elsewhere, and not take a chance with your $ here - too many fakes online, and sketchy practices - lots of legitimate guitar buying systems online as alternatives. Just because a seller has a web page, doesnt mean that the purchase is legit . If you are checking reviews before purchase, then I am saving you time, money, and hassle - nothing to see here - move on!
Great stàff good people nice school plans
Ronnies the man hooks my geetar up just fine
The gentleman in the store couldnt have been nicer. They helped me with a guitar and got it working great. They know their stuff. Great guys. Will always go their for any thing I need for my musical instruments. They have amazing prices as well.
Had a great amount of attention and help from two of the gentlemen (Ron and Roger) that were probably the most friendly and polite music staffers Ive ever dealt with, and were also able to work out some good deals for me. Many thanks to these guys, will definitely be back!
Very friendly and helpful!
Ive been dealing with Accent Music for six years now, and have found all of the employees very cordial and courteous and willing to make sure you are given the respect a customer should expect, I have met many of the teachers over the six years and enjoyed listening to there stories as well, I would recommend stopping in the store and browse and ask for someone to assist your needs.
I went to grab stings for my husbands guitar. The man at the counter was very rude and did not help me at all. Acted as if it was a chore to speak with me. This store used to be great but after my last experience Ill be using Music & Arts store from now on.
Never had a problem going to this store before but today when I went to rent an instrument, the guy I asked for help (manger I guess?) had this attitude of theres no way you can get this. First when I asked him for the instrument he said they didnt have it, then he found it. Then when I showed him my car he said there was no way the instrument would fit in there just by looking at it. I had to ask can we at least try and when we did it fit. Lastly when It came time to pay he wouldnt let me proceed b/c I didnt have a credit card which is understandable and fine but the tone he used and the way he talked to me was really not called for. The whole process I just felt like he didnt want to give this instrument to me, it was as if he was trying to find every excuse in the book to not let me have the instrument ugh! I guess Im mostly bothered by the way that he talked to me and his unwillingness to try everything he could to try and allow me to rent the instrument. Towards the end it a little better, he said he would hold the instrument for me but I dont know about going there again, it was just bad customer service. I work in a place I have to deal with customers all the time and I never talk to them the way he talked to, I didnt deserve to feel like there was no way I was ever going to get that instrument and thats the way he made me feel. I dont think he meant to make me feel that way but that is indeed how I felt after my visit today.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Have used Accent 2 years in a row to rent band instruments. They are reasonable and have quality products.
They tend to charge list price, but will usually come down to comparable prices if you argue with them. They frequently dont have what Im looking for, but they get 2 stars for a total lack of other options in Delaware. Better off driving to the larger competitors in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Ive had good service at this store. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The staff at Accent Music on 202 has little concern with customers needs. I was given every excuse in the book why my item was not ordered from the manufacturer when I could have ordered it myself and gotten it days ago. No tracking #? No ETA? No resemblance of customer service. Im sure they like to sell things but just not to me.
People are so nice and they owner (I would guess) always tries to give me discount, very good place to go for your music supplies
I went in to get a guitar amp and the guy helping was super helpful and nice! They have a lot of stuff and a nice store.
With all of the music stores closing in our area and the only ones being Accent Music here on Kirkwood Highway and Guitar Center up in Brandywine Town Center, I much prefer Accent Music as it is more intimate, the staff can spend much more time going over things with you, and you dont have the selection anxiety that you would up at Guitar Center. When I bought my Blackstar Amp a little while ago when I had my Epi LP Custom, they had to order it and they couldnt have been nicer. In fact, when I was a kid and Accent Music were in Brookside, I first tried to learn violin and still remember that location. Local music stores are few and far between and if you can find a good one, stick with them. I just wish that Retro Fitness werent so close.
I love this place. I have been buying guitars from accent and accent only. the staff is knowledgable and very helpful with all questions regarding music and instrument appropriatness for kids. Long time customer, I wont go anywhere else.
Feels Like Home
Dropped off an instrument for repair. Told an estimated 2 weeks. Called after 1 month and could not even get an answer as to if the instrument had even been looked at! There was no one at the store that could even answer a question as the three staff members I spoke to stated they had no idea! Horrible customer service!
Selection is pretty low for almost everything. If you need a starter instrument, lessons, or basic supplies then look no further.
This place is only good for school music rentals. Staff is not knowledgeable, instruments are over price and customer service is less then desirable. Stores are broke down and dangerous. Shop elsewhere....
Fabulous service!!
Ordered a bass amp there a month ago and it still has not come in. We were told it would take 7 business days to get here and every week we go back its a new story well this week are getting our money back and going to guitar center where they have always told the truth and we have always received our products promptly !!!!!!!! Sorry but the service there is the worst ever!!!!
The gentleman assisting me was absolutely a delight
Phenomenal store, excellent staff. Been there for over 10 years!
Good selection of instruments and sheet music.
Easy in and out, knowledgeable sales associates
