Tim Smith is an incredible mover. He is well versed in the different techniques needed to get my property transported safely as well as a calm and professional employee. If I wasn’t made aware, I would have thought he was the team lead! Definitely provided us with one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had and I hope to see his face on the side of one of these trucks soon!

Miracle Movers (MM) moved me across town on 9/9/21. During the move, I experienced more damage than expected. The new home staircase and landing walls were damaged by furniture being moved upstairs. My guest bedroom bed was damaged badly and could not be reassembled. My three professionally framed diplomas were not wrapped or boxed; they were stacked and so all three experienced frame damage. I also experienced damage on items packed in boxes but not wrapped.MM did not reach out to outline the damage remediation process, much less to apologize. It took me three phone calls/emails to reach MM to initiate that process. Matt came out to repair the damage to the stairs and drywall, but there was nothing he could do about the damage to my belongings. I asked several times to be compensated so I could remediate the damage in a timely manner. Despite my electing full damage coverage (which is an extra cost), MM insisted they must repair the damage rather than compensate me.More time passed with no concrete path forward or timeline. I had a phone call with both Matt and the office manager, an extremely condescending individual named Robin Ross. Robin dismissed my frustrations and disregarded my request to speak to the owner of MM, stating the best customer service line I’ve ever heard: “You’re acting like we (MM) did thousands of dollars in damage.” Doubly ironic as the MM tagline is “Your property is our priority,” not “Your property is our priority, over a dollar amount we feel is sufficient to matter.” But hey, those diplomas only represented nearly ten years of my life, so who am I to feel like they are worth something? Thanks Robin.Fast forward to 10/5/21, and I finally connect with the furniture repair specialist MM insisted on. He was very nice and knowledgeable, but he almost laughed when he saw the damaged bed, stating immediately he couldn’t fix that. I sit here writing this review having not heard anything from MM since the repair specialist left my home a week ago to assess the damage. I still have a damaged bed in my garage, damaged diplomas, and the damage to items not wrapped when packed. It’s 10/11/21, over a month since my move. To not at least have a timeline to fix the damage that is fixable, or the compensation in hand for the items that aren’t, by now is not acceptable.Please think twice before using MM. They promise a lot, but will leave you out to dry if things go awry. The extra cost for full damage coverage is a joke. And don’t be fooled by the lower quote relative to competitors. Despite MM telling me they “quote conservatively,” my cost was much more than my quote. And that doesn’t include the nearly $400 tip I left. I regret my decision to use MM, and will never employ them again.UPDATE: Since posting this review, MM followed up and agreed to reimburse me the cost to repair the damaged diplomas at the original framing shop. The owner of the company, Chris, reached out to me personally and restored some sanity to this experience. He was genuinely interested in understanding the sequence of events, and was very receptive to my walking him through why, as a customer, this was so frustrating. He assured me he has provided some coaching feedback within the company and was very transparent in admitting MM dropped the ball here, but this isnt how they generally operate.I appreciate his candor and willingness to reach out. We discussed a completely fair amount of compensation for the bed, and Chris made good on his word to mail that check out immediately. I regret that it took this review to elicit final closure, but credit where it is due: Chris did not have to reach out to me as he did. Im upping my rating to 3 stars, and this experience is now officially over.

Had a great move on Wednesday. Zack, Andrew, and Joel were an excellent moving team. They were on time, courteous, helpful, careful, and knowledgeable movers. The took great care with each piece they moved. Hope to have the same team when the items are moved back from the storage facility.Office staff was helpful and easy to work with.

The Miracle Movers in Wilmington, NC did an awesome job moving my items for me from my place in NC to GA. I had large appliances that needed to be moved within a certain time frame and they were able to move them expeditiously! They worked with me to make sure my moving needs were met and complete. The gentlemen who packed us were terrific. Very careful with my things and asked questions as we went along. They worked tirelessly to get it done. All 3 were outstanding.The 2 workers who came to NH worked continuously through the day. Nothing was missed and nothing of mine was broken. They never complained about the stairs or how much stuff I had.I’ve moved 5-6 times and this one was excellent. Great company from the office with great communication, no hidden fees everything explained to the movers who called ahead and showed up on time. The moving guys Robert, Tim and little Zack, friendly and very accommodating, they moved everything we asked them to and put it all exactly where we needed it, they protected my new home with extra floor mats and they where very conscience of the walls, they didn’t leave one scratch anywhere. I hired Miracle Movers to assist in packing and moving (local move). Tyler, Richie, Josh, and Cory did a phenomenal job. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving, arrived on time, and once they started -they got right to work.Packing the house was efficient and systematic. All boxes were packed neatly by room with plenty of paper to avoid damage - and all boxes were securely sealed and labeled. Despite moving a whole houses worth of furniture, the team was very strategic in packing and made it all fit in one trip.Upon arrival at the new home - they took on 100% of the effort in unpacking the truck, unwrapping any possessions that were wrapped in moving blankets, and set up all furniture. For many boxes and pieces, they were quick to recall where it was set up in the former home.While packing and unpacking - the entire team was polite and courteous - and was very good at communicating to ensure our preferences were considered. If they were unsure - they made sure to clarify before packing.I could not be happier with how efficient and pleasant this team was to work with. It sincerely took the pain out of moving. I would hire them again - no questions asked!

Great bunch of guys! Made our parent’s move so easy and even fun. They worked very hard and fast and took great care of my parent’s furniture. You could tell that they really cared to do a great job! I highly recommend them!

Communication with this company is almost non existent. Scheduled a pack and go move, they changed it to just a load and go move and blamed my mom. They didn’t load everything before leaving and then said they did. They damaged the flooring and refused to fix it or pay to have it fixed. Upon delivery of stuff, many items were damaged or destroyed such as the glass top of the coffee table and the leg to a chest had been snapped off. There are many items that have mysteriously disappeared such as a Kureg coffee machine. The company has stopped responding to me as well. I sent them their required damage form and haven’t received an answer. Nor have they returned any calls. Worst company!

We had the pleasure to work with Brooks for set up who was always pleasant and responsive and day of move, CJ and Travis - 2 very hard working men (with a sense of humor, which is needed at moving time!). Professional, courteous, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend. The price was NOT low, so if youre looking for cheap movers this is not it! But if you want to trust that your stuff is well taken care of, go with Miracle Movers.

Dan & his crew did an excellent job. They worked hard to protect my furniture & were very responsive in trying to please me about furniture placement. Miracle Movers sent their A Team and really helped us move in a very efficient manner today. They had our house packed on the trucks and unpacked in the new house in less than a day. We have used Miracle Movers 3 times and all were great experiences, even the office staff were pleasant and organized, they even called the day before to confirm our move and the details.Our movers were Tyler, Richie and Marquis! They showed up on time and were pleasant, upbeat, organized, courteous and professional and they were willing to work late once we realize I had more belongs than I originally said I did. They were willing to explain everything in detail. They understood the importance and value of our furniture. They reminded me and my husband several times, they were there to take the stress off of our move. That meant so much since I had 2 kids and 4 animals to tend to. All of our belongings were safe, secure and without damage. It should also be noted that they had extra supplies on hand such as, extra boxes, tape, mattress covers, blankets, dollys, protective materials for our items and floor. They were nice, funny and pleasant to be around. Much to my surprise they also told me they do out of state moves! We are a military family and have used many movers and this is by far one of the BEST moving crews and companies we’ve ever had!In closing we will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone considering hiring a moving company.

Miracle Movers really saved my family. My father is 79 years old and very ill. Planning an out-of-state move was proving to be very overwhelming until I contacted Miracle Movers. Zack, Von, Robin and Chris helped us move from Denver, CO to Randleman, NC. Impeccable timing with the delivery, especially when you factor in driving cross country (delivery on the morning of the 3rd full day), consistent with pricing with easy pay options and great communication. True professionals that know how to get the really hard jobs done.

Miracle Movers took care of us all the way through! We had a last minute military move, which basically meant we didnt know when we would get a house and ended up having to change the dates because of that. Through changing dates, having them completely pack us, store overnight, and then having to deliver to our new house without us there yet, they took care of us. Jay and his crew were polite and professional, and did a great job. They showed up on time, were amazingly quick, and packed everything well. Upon delivery, Jay FaceTimed me to get direction for the large furniture and room placement, showed me where they put everything, etc. After reading so many horror stories about moving companies, I never expected to end up trusting them to deliver our entire household without us there, but I felt secure in their honesty and they proved me right. Plus, it ended up being way more affordable than I expected, and I had quotes from a LOT of companies. Miracle Movers is the way to go!!!

Miracle Movers moved my home furnishings into their storage while my house was under renovations. When they moved my things back in to my home I was missing a recently recovered swivel rocker, a bedside table, three lamps and the foot board of my four poster bed along with several other miscellaneous items such as the finial from another bed. I was assured that they would find these items and told they must have been inadvertently left behind. Thankfully the foot board to my bed was “found “ but nothing else. I called and checked frequently on the search and I offered to come down and look for my things myself in their wharehouse and was told that was not allowed. How did my things get separated and lost was a frequent and persistent question to which I never got an answer. I was then told by Robin, whom I had been conversing with on my move, that I needed to file a claim and that she would process quickly. I filled it out promptly as for most of the items I still had the original receipts. I then went back to the original store of purchase to give Miracle Movers the replacement costs. Not any more communication from them at all on the claim after months of waiting. I still was calling them during this time to see if they had found any of my items or if not what was happening with my claim. I then received an email telling me that my claim was denied because I had not included the weight of the items!!! Never at ANY time did they say to me that they needed the weight in order to process the claim! What they did offer me was a guesstimated weight value of 300.00. If I accepted their offer I needed to sign a release prohibiting me from saying anything about this on any social media. So what I am doing is forfeiting their offer of 300.00( the chair replacement itself was over 1500.00) to not be silenced. They had a chance to do the right thing and they chose not to take it but instead offered me some sort of hush money. Beware!!

CJ & Josh were incredibly friendly and very professional; they made the drive from NC to Kansas ahead of schedule. They were in contact with me constantly to ensure I was aware of when they would pick up and pack my belongings as well as deliver them to my new new home. Overall, they’re outstanding movers.

I was a military wife for 30 yrs. This was my 18th move and I have to say it was one of my top 2. The reason for that is Miracle movers moved me last yr. too! They are the best movers I have ever worked with. Professional, courteous, hard working, and friendly too. I have MS and am unable to do many physical tasks, the men helped me in every way they could. Miracle movers goes above and beyond.... and for a reasonable price. The move was across town. Huge house to very small house. Tyler, Calvin, Richie, chad and Vaughn did a great job moving things in. They even made several suggestions on where to put things to we sure the unpacking would not get overwhelming. They made suggestions on how to effectively place furniture for convenient use. They were very professional, uplifting and positive. We had an excellent move experience (when it could very well have been a mess with. SO MUCH STUFF).they did great.. very pleased with entire moving days!!!!!!! Thank you guys.The office staff did not mention the 3% fee for using a credit card. This was frustrating and put a damper on the move.

I have used this company several times now. From the estimation process to the actual move, they are professional and a pleasure to work with. Yesterday, Poke, Chad and James quickly and safely moved all my furniture back and did it with a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to accommodate every request. Very highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that the gentlemen that moved us were polite and worked very hard. We were please with their service. We moved out of state and had our belongings stored for a little over a week at their warehouse. While in storage, their storage facility suffered a leak/roof damage and several of our belonging were ruined, most notably a queen size mattress and a wooden piece of furniture. The piece of furniture was warped from the rain and the queen sized mattress arrived soaked and moldy. We were ultimately reimbursed $237.60 based on the insurance policy. I understand that things happen and that things are damaged in a move, however I think a major leak in their storage facility calls for special circumstances and should result in a more appropriate refund or replacement. They did attempt to clean the mattress but it was sitting in water for multiple weeks and got moldy. I dont want to put my daughter on this (still moldy) bed that cost us around $2,500. I just want them to do the right thing as this was a freak occurrence that could not have been foreseen and Im sure they had insurance on their building to reconcile any damages.Update- 2/15 Larry reached out to us and made the situation right. Very pleased with the interaction and how they compensated us for the damages of our property.

CJ and Earnest were fast, friendly and professional. They had our truck unloaded in no time and put things where we directed them, CJ even let me know that one of my pieces had broke when I had driven to where I was moving. I definitely recommend this company and crew for any move.

I wanted to give this moving company more than two stars but couldnt.Got a quote from their estimator Brooks, to move us from Kure Beach, NC to their storage facility and hold our furniture until we found a new home in Florida. Sold off a bunch of stuff after quote and had Brooks return to adjust his estimate for move .It was only $500.00 less than first but thats fine. On day of move the staff did an amazing job of packing us up. Next day I get a call from office estimator made a big mistake and our estimate has gone from $5200.00 to $7600.00 just to deliver to storage at their facility and monthly storage will now be $1050.00 instead of $650.00 due to furniture and boxes weighing 2000 lbs. more than estimate. And as garbage runs downhill our eventual move to Florida will go up by $2000.00. This makes for a total Mistake of $5000 in their favor. Now they have all of our things and feel like my property is being held for ransom. You have absolutely no recourse they have you furniture and belongings. Final cost for move was $5,000 more than estimate. Owner, finally returns my repeated calls and says I allow my estimator to be off by 20% more or less since he was off by 30% on my move he will offer a 10% adjustment for the extra 2000 lbs. The rest of the cost is not negotiable. They have your things and you have no choice but to pay. All of the I feel terrible and so sorry dont matter your still out $5,000 more than quote. I was hoping to be excited to find an honest moving company but instead found just another run of the mill rip off. I dont know how as the consumer, how to protect yourself from things like this but there has to be a way to be guaranteed the estimate will be honored instead of buyer beware .Nobody told me estimators allowed to be off by 20% thats a policy thing for each moving company. The response I got well we did the work is not acceptable for a $5000 difference between estimate and actual cost to get your property back once the truck pulls away. If you hired a house painter and he told you $4000.00 and when he finished presents you a bill for $7000.00 and says Well I did the work would you pay him? Employees are excellent, office staff great Brooks the estimator really seems like a nice guy but when the days over you the consumer get ripped off again and best adjustment from owner we got was a 10% discount on the additional 2000 lbs of weight estimator had made a mistake in his estimate.Oh I did get another moving estimate for $2000 less than Miracle Movers and didnt go with the local competitor because I really felt that estimate was way too low to be real. I also relied on internet reviews just like this one and still got ripped off.

CJ and Tim showed up early on moving day. They immediately got to work after reviewing paperwork. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently these two worked together. They had the entire contents of my house professionally loaded on the truck in a little over 3 hours!!!! They met me at the storage building five hours away the next morning. They packed it so I could get to the things I needed. I cant say enough about how well this move went!! I most definitely will be calling Miracle Movers when I Im ready to move my stuff out of storage. Thank you Vince C J and Tim!!!!!

Our move was scheduled for 5 pm. At 6:30 there still wasn’t a team finished so Robin performed a miracle and got two guys to come do our move. CJ and Jamel were incredible. They were gracious, kind, efficient even though our move was late!! We finished by 10:30 pm. But we were so grateful for Robin, CJ and Jamel. I love that they are local. I will use miracle movers for any move and highly recommend them!

Excellent! On time, extremely efficient movers - took very good care of our items. Moved us out of second home on Bald Head Island - they knew the barge system well, which is very important. Delivered our items the next day on the other side of the state - again, exactly on time. Pleasure to work with. Would use again for sure!!

The guys (Tyler, Richie, Rico and Haze) were very personable and professional. They worked well as a team and took great care of our baby grand piano to make sure it was moved without any damages. It was a hard move. They had to come down a huge flight of stairs and go back up another huge flight of stairs to its new location. Good job Miracle Movers! Will call on you guys again! Thank you!

There were two crews; one to pack and another to move the furniture within my residence. We are having our floors replaced and Miracle Movers were able to utilize our existing rooms without having to take anything to storage. All of the crew members were hard working and professional.
