It was awesome has a little backyard with a fence that is always closed

Went for a baby shower. Clean and very nice for small affairs. The manager came to folks cars asking if they needed help bringing in packages. You have to park next door as the place really doesnt have parking. The affair I went to had 11 tables.. it waa a little tight but manageable to give you a feel of the size. If I lived in that area Id definitely recommend renting the place.

August 11, ordered a moon bounce last minute for a family gathering. Was so pleased with Sapitos customer service and costing. The children and adults too, had so much fun. Thank you again for a great service!

Excellent place! Antonio and his wife will go to great length to make sure costumers are ALWAYS satisfied! I wholeheartedly recommend Sapitos and Will do business with them again!

Worse place ever . I ordered a dress from them for my daughter, the lady said she would call me when it arrived . Never did and never returned my phone calls, but called me cursing me out because someone send her a bad review . I went to the store to see what was going on, she told me she dont got time to be calling her customers about the items that they order . That if people order things from her they need to stop in everytime they can to see if the order arrived . I asked for a refund since she found the need to curse at me and she said no .This place doesnt even deserve one star. People save your money it was a waste of $144.

Was there for a Birthday party and the place was in excellent conditions. The whole complete service was a 10.

Worst place ive ever seen. The lady is rude and will refuse a refund. If you want quality and timely service, find another place. I hate to see anyone have to deal with this company.

This place seemed nice, but the smiles were fake, the lady expects you to constantly call to see if your order is ready?? Who does that?? She absolutely refuses to give refunds!! Awful customer service!!

Service is horrible. You are shown and promised one thing and presented something completely different. Mediocre/hatched job. Avoid at all costs.

It is a pleasant place and highly recommended for small partiesUnfortunately my only complaints are for the chairs which were made very simple and afraid that they would break on the other hand, the floor of the place is a risk because it is very slippery and consequently dangerousAt the party I attended in this minimal place, 5 women fell and had to go barefoot because their shoes could not be on that floor.
