My husband and I started looking for our new flooring in mid November. of 2020. Everyone at Adams Carpet was so friendly and helpful, as well as patient. I always have a hard time choosing when I have numerous samples to choose from. After bringing home a couple of samples and rejecting them, I finally found what I wanted. Brittany (who had been helping us) put our order in and it came in just 2 weeks before Christmas. She asked if we would like to have it installed before Christmas and we really did (even knowing how busy they were just before Christmas). The installers who did the installation on Thursday of the week before Christmas were amazing, professional, friendly and answered all our questions and shared options. We are so happy with the services from Adams and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for new flooring. And the cost was extremely reasonable. We are so VERY happy with our carpet and floor. They did such a great job and took their time and took the trash with them as well. I would recommend them to anyone. But most of all how humble they are and respectful. You do not get service like this that offtend. I will again use them. I give them 10 stars if I could.

Had a salesman from Adams come to my home to measure and provide quote for laminate flooring . Said he would contact me next day and provide quote. Never heard back, poor customer service.
