This edible arrangement is awesome! The Fruit arrived chilled, Sweet, and Fresh! The packaging is very nice complete with Bows. The keepsake bucket is good quality! If you are thinking about getting an edible arrangement for someone you definitely should! You may even want to one for yourself. I received one on my Birthday and This made my day!

My husband went and planned ahead of time to get me edible arrangement delivery to my job on 2/14/20!He picked the platter with the cookies in the middle!He also paid for a balloon to go with it!Here’s the kicker they deliver the platter but not my balloon they had ran out of the balloons but never called to tell the customer that information!I called and talk with the manager on that following Saturday and she assured me that she was going to get my balloon delivered that Monday it never happened!The one in Wilson is very unprofessional and they never refunded my husband money back for the balloon!I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there!

Very unprofessional, I drove all the way from goldsboro because they weren’t answering the phones, and well, they were sold out of everything except one little box of strawberry’s dipped in chocolate, for $55. They should have definitely been answering phones to let customers know, they still had hours left before closing.

Out of business.

The lady made made me a wonderful smoothie, but during my encounter at Edible Arrangements I witness, I guess the owner, continue to talk badly to the girl when she went into the back. The man was a real douche and will not give the guy anymore of my money. I know my $5 a week won’t hurt his paycheck, but maybe he’ll be out of employees if he keeps it up. I know I sure wouldn’t be talked to like a dog.

They messed up the whole delivery. I paid extra for February 14 delivery and she got it two days early and on top of that all the money I spent she couldnt eat the strawberries because they had gone bad. DONT WASTE Your MONEY!!!!!!!

Very poor service ordered a 12ct box for my fiancé she received a 6ct. I called the very next no manager available. The woman that took my call said she would call me back but never did I had to call her back (over 3 hr wait). Then I was told by her not the manager that I needed to send them a picture of the box as if I was lying smh. They will NEVER get my business again. I just ordered chocolate covered strawberries from Shari’s Berries so this particular edible arrangement will never get a dime of my money again.

Service great...fruit drinks refreshing and very good..pineapple on a stick..ummm so good...if you want something good this is the place to go.

Ordered from this location today, and it was delivered within a couple of hours. Chad, the delivery guy, was awesome! My mom was pleased with her chocolates as well as the service, and so was I. Definitely will be ordering from here again! Thank you!

I ordered two fruit boxes to be picked up on Friday at 6:00pm (after work). When I got to the store at 6:05pm, the employee would not come to the door. So I called the store and the lady told me that they try to close early if they are not busy!! (They normally close at 7:00.) Today I went in the store at 6:45 to order a smoothie - again, they close at 7:00. The lady apologized and said they had already finished the deep clean on their smoothie machine so I would need to come back another day. This is ridiculous!! How can you expect business when you fluctuate your hours without public notice and then refuse to make a smoothie because you close in 15 minutes??

Ordered a heart shaped box of strawberries for my mothers birthday and she received a terribly packaged rectangular box instead. Lady on phone did nothing to fix this issue and the store didnt bother calling before hand to confirm this change was okay. Presentation is important with any type of arrangement, this was a huge dissapointment.

The fruit looked feozen and leftover not fresh. I was embarrassed to give the gift.

Hair was everywhere and the fruit was not fresh; they had the nerve to tell me to send a picture/tell the person I SURPRISED to bring it back in which is a hour drive I’m not satisfied. The lady was real nasty when I told her about my experience talking about “accidents happen” oh yea?! Never again

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! SUPPOSED TO BEEN DROPPED OFF LIKE 1:30 PM AS A SURPRISE FOR ME AND ITS 7:05 PM AND STILL NOTHING! WAS TOLD IT WAS ON THE WAY ONCE AN HOUR FOR SIX HOURS STRAIGHT. THIS WAA SAD AND RUINED MY BOYFRIENDS PLANS OF A NICE DAY WHILE I WAS AT COLLEGE NOW IM AT HOME STILL WAITING! IN A DIFFERENT TOWN FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY SINCE THEY SENT IT BACK NUMEROUS TIMES. IDK IF IM BUYING FROM THEM OR WANT FROM THE WILSON NC LOCATION AGAIN SOON OR EVEN EVER!

Google shows that they close at 7pm, I made it there at 6pm and apparently they are already closed. They need to fix their hours if its saying 7pm.

Ordered a day in advance and sat home all damn day waiting and checking my status getting the same your order is being arranged message only to receive a delivered messaged at 10pm on VALENTINES DAY when nothing was even delivered. Not a call, text, email or delivery notice or anything. THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAY
