Tried to rent a Uhaul dolly to tow my car and they sent me here to pick it up. The dolly had no wiring harness for lights and the owner said they get stolen all the time so i would have to go buy one. Uhaul instructed me to go get a refund and go to another location. The owners wife said corporate would have to reimburse me until I told her I had just gotten off the phone with them then she said her computer was down. I told here I wasnt leaving and the truth is she just didnt want to. Once my resolve was established I received my refund and said thank you at which time the owner said F#$K you. I managed to be polite and leave but if he represents uhaul I will never do business with them again. I used Penske to move from New Mexico to NC and never had an issue. This place has no business existing. Three people who looked 16 came in and bought beer with no id and the place reeked like someone was hitting a bong in the back room. Dont go here ever for any reason.
