I took my twin girls to Hibbett Sports in Wilson today to purchase basketball shoes. We were the only customers in the store. Not one person looked up or greeted us. There were 5 employees - one was a lady who looked like she could be management. We stood in front of the shoes for a minute or two and she finally looked up and asked if we needed help. I responded “yes please”,she looked at one of the employees and motioned for him to help. He comes over and his mask is below his nose and barely covering his mouth. I looked at the other four employees including the lady I think might be management and they all had mask on below the nose. Don’t make me wear one if you are not going to follow the rules. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the product nor the conversion sizing of women/men shoes. He bought out a pair of shoes and walked away. If I thought I was going to sell a $200 pair of shoes or maybe two pair - I would have been a little more helpful. We left the shoes on the bench and proceeded to leave. Not one person including manager asked if we needed anything or thanked us for coming in. I will not be visiting this store again.

They should consider hiring new retail associates because the ones working there (not naming names) lack hospitality! I couldnt even get a smile or thank you after I made my purchase.

They have a lot of nice shoes there. Its nice when you can catch them on sale. The people there are very nice.

Dont do it . If you are gonna do an online order they lie and say 7 days but you are gonna wait at least 15 days like me but they will get their money on the 1st day that you make your order.....Im still waiting for my shoes
