They have recently moved certain sections within the store around and added an additional register. Most things are still in the original area, but the store is much more organized. Best place in Wilson to purchase oversized fleece blankets because the prices are truly unbeatable. The small appliances are well worth the money. The only negative thing I have to say is -They really ought to pay their employees more.

People at the service register shouldnt be there when theyre just starting their job!!!! Been twice and same thing and theyre not trained well enough. Only 2 registers open and lines of customers due to the employees being new and having to call the manager every 5 min for help. Need more and better training!!! The handicap carts look ridiculous!!!!! Looks like they was pulled out of the dumpster.

Im handicap and I dont enjoy shopping because I was recently injured in an accident and it left me not able to get around like I used to so a lot of stores dont have riding carts. Im not able to do my own shopping so I have to ask for help from family. But I was surprised that Roses have riding carts and that made me feel good about my shopping experience in the store

Great place.. if you are looking to find items at a very reasonable price.. this is your place. It is good.. but they got to work on their service. May be they are a bit unconcerned. Since they are moving out of business.. given the collection and the resources.. they can really do gud.. may be their Choice of location sucks... may be people have to support these people.. who actually benefits the customers their their better pricing..

This particular Roses is huge, its like the size of a Walmart. They sale everything from living room furniture, to kitchen dinette sets, to bedroom sets and all. It was my 1st time visiting this one and the staff is beyond courteous and friendly. The manager and an associate helped me out greatly with these hangers I wanted and someone had torn off the paper that went around them. They went above and beyond to make sure my need were met as a consumer. I would rate this store 5 stars without a doubt.

Roses has beautiful spring memorial flowers and yard decor along with outdoor rugs. All items are good quality and affordable prices. Most definitely will be shopping here again. Give them a visit, if you havent already!

Wow! Been a long time since I have been here. Its close to Christmas and just browsing and found so much for family, friends and me. I think everyone will enjoy something here for the scrooge or hard to buy person. They have low cost clothes, electronics, kitchen stuff and toys. I counted about 20 items that I wantedAnd didnt know I wanted. Take a break from the overcrowded malls and big retailers and stop in here for a visit. Who knows, you may become the hoarder in your neighborhood.

Absolutely horrible place...this was once a place for a good deal. How about 20 minutes from closing two cashiers rush to tell me closing in three minutes while other people shopped. Never again.

I found everything I was looking for. It was cheaper and quicker than the other large store. The associate was wonderfully helpful, she didnt seem to be bothered. She was happy to help. I wish the other super was the same.

Best store in town where i can do a layaway. A place where its something you an cant get right now, lay it away than u kno you have it. They be getting new stuff in all the time, and furniture department man thats a 5 🌟 in my book.

This is a store I always went to with my mom and great aunt. Hadnt been in years...was sad to see it really has become a trashy, tacky store. I did find a few things but didnt enjoy it like I used to....please clean up your act before you turn into the next Kmart.

Called for assistance THREE times to the ladies dressing room, waited 15 minutes and no one showed up to open the door! I told one worker I called someone several times and she walked away from me while I was talking to her! Workers are rude and disrespectful!

Ive been coming to this Roses for a while now & the structure & store in its self is in desperate need of repairs & upgrading. The womens bathroom was disgusting! Poop on half the toliet seats, most of the stalls didnt have any lock whatsoever, & the dressing room was deplorable to say the least. You can tell the employees there arent happy. No one was smiling & Im sure theyre underpaid & unappreciated BC the manager at the front kept yelling over the intercom for help in a very angry tone. I work in customer service so I know what professional & clean work environments look like. But hey! I get it. Its easter, yall are busy & probably overworked & have to deal with irate customers. But you can tell management isnt on top of things & their store budget is really really low. Other than that, love the clothes & furniture & some of the friendly staff. Roses pay your employees more & watch them work harder for you. 😏

Good deals there and Senior discounts on Wednesday are a plus.
