Word of advice don’t call these ppl I called asking about a few thing and was going to give them lots of business being as I rep a car club … how ever I asked 4 questions and the so called owner that answered the phone had no clue what I was asking or talking about I had to yell hello like 4 times… people go somewhere else that care to help there customers ! These guys are great!!! They changed my radio and installed a back up camera in under 4 hours with only 20 minutes of time between when I called to when they started installing! Alright, let me honestly rate this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I purchased a stero for 259$ the total came to 602$ that labor and brackets. The guy ask me if I have an android or apple to match the stereo cool.I get my car back they kept the box..(red flag 1) Now I get my car kia soul! Had steering wheel controls before get my car. They turn my soul ! into a base model. I had 2 inputs that came with the car, now I have 4 total the inputs are not place I got a microphone posted to the console. Now before I went here I had a mic in the headliner of the car now I have two but no steering controls. Now I find out through an employee that it will be an additional 200$ and something for the controls on the steering wheel controls to work.So I went back the next day because my android was not allowing me to sync android. Now that was my fault because I didnt download it properly,so the bluetooth is working. Than talked to the guy that sold the radio to me abt this problem. Im feeling some type of way 602$ no steering controls I got to touch the screen for volume and everything.. Told him that he should have stated the additional $200 and something at the beginning. He stated he didnt know I had the steering wheel controls. How can you sell something if you dont know. Go to the car for now on and look inside from now on. He type the s#$@ on the computer before we got to the installation. I was going to get speakers replaced that would have been 1200$ with the amp. I told him over and Im not looking for anything loud loud right Im getting older yall. (Profiling) pick all the big stuff. So I scratched the simple speakers. So, now Im telling them not to profile people, now they stated that yall Wilson folks complain, talking about yall pretty much accused them of hustling yall. They had me confused, so that why I started talking about profiling people and I pay for quality so Ill drop a bill for proper services.NOW BACK TO THE BOX. WHY WOULD THEY KEEP THE BOX?WELL LET ME TELL YALL.Im reading the manual to this radio Thank God they gave it to me. Started with, what in the box. Its stated rear cameras and front cameras and so why dont I have front cameras. They are truly charging extra 200 for something for stuff that in the box.So, what am I going to do buy the same stero when I get back north. Have them put it on or I may just get them to explain this foolishness. To get more proof for yall to keep this 100See, they profile me not they the guy that sold me the radio but whoever installed the radio took advantage. So now they got someone thats going to Yelp the mess out of them. Money hungry business. I like the one employee that was straight up Im thinking he seem to be.So Ill be back with another review when I get some more evidence as proof. Please sound of s$#@ dont reply back to me with B.S.. I have an incomplete criminal justice degree had to stop due to losing 90% vision in my right eye. Wilson I got yall, going back north, talk to some professors on what to do legally if I find out this box had front camera Rate, not even a 1star theyre -5 on stars. Ill be back to post pictures

Terrible they shorted my car out and wouldnt give me a refund i had to take my brand new car back to the dealership to get it re wired and couldnt use the subs because they disnt use proper wires i would NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE, the wiring job he did messed up my tcm module in my car had 6 different codes reading i ripped out the sub and amp and took out the fuse and my car works perfectly now

As someone who is always hesitant to let anyone work on my car, I was hard-pressed to let just anyone upgrade my sound system. The guys behind the counter made me feel very comfortable while going over the options. I was not under any pressure to chose one thing over another. And when it came time for the install, my fears were put to rest when I got my car back just as they had promised. It’s not very often I have a good experience with my car being worked on, but here it was a great experience. I laughed a lot too. Thanks guys!

Great prices but very poor installation. I had screws on my carpet and i hate screws. Amp was drilled to the side of my car with a piece of wood and it looked bad. There nice guyz for the prices but if you need wires ran thru i dont recommend them. Only simple installation

I went to Wilson Stereo and Sound in January of 2012 by June of 2012 I was having issues with my car. The techs wired my system wrong! the wires were sitting up against my engine and melted the wiring all over my starter! which shorted out my fuses! It cost me 165 and a lot of trouble to fix my car and now their are MORE electrical problems with it and they REFUSE to pay for ANY of it. Dont bother with them, their prices are great but the quality is horrible.
