February 19, 2016 --- I suggest everyone AVOID THIS STORE. Here is why : Recently I met a guy from Craigslist ( who was selling me a vintage amp ) at this Redphish Music store in Wilson, NC ( the seller and I met halfway between his home and mine for our mutual convenience ). . I politely asked the store manager to let me plug the amp in for just one minute so I could verify that it worked. Incredibly, the manager refused ( as though it was going to somehow hurt his business to let me do this ). What a rude jerk this manager was, he not only said no but acted like I had asked him for something illegal. The managers behavior was a good example of a person who should never have been allowed to be in a management position, and I predict that Redphish Music will go out of business if it has such questionable staffing practices.*********************************************************************************************************** After such rude treatment, Ill never do business with Redphish Music in ANY way, shape, or form, period. My local music store in Raleigh NC laughed when I told them this story and they said Of course we would have allowed you to plug the amp in, because we know if we are nice to you that you will come back and spend money. Well, of course thats true, because who wants to buy stuff at a store which employs a rude manager or sales person ?******************************************************************************************************** The manager of a laundromat a few doors from the Redphish Music store did let me plug theamp into a 120V outlet inside the laundromat, a few minutes after the Redphish manager refused, and I gave that laundromat manager ten dollars for his kindness. I believe kindness should be rewarded and rudeness should never be rewarded and should be avoided. Shame on Redphish Music and its rude petty manager, Ill never go there again.

No customer service, at least three on staff and didn’t ask if I needed help. Guess I’ll order online...
