I had a 2:15 appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. They did not start to work on them until I asked about them at 3:45 and it was still 5:30 before they had them done. 3 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires, really? I wont be back.

Great place to get good prices on good tires. Staff is awesome and a great group. Been here multiple times and will continue to come as needed. I have my rims painted and they did an amazing job with keeping the paint intact as well. Very satisfied with their work.

TERRIBLE TIRE SHOP!!!We purchased our tires new from this shop with the understanding we had lifetime rotation and balancing. My wife setup an appointment to have this done to her car, which the employee recommended in regards to faster service compared to just walking in. Upon arrival, she waited over 20 minutes for the car to be serviced. Upon entering the service bay they informed my wife that they would not proceed with the rotation and balance. The companys excuse is one tire had 2/32 tread left and so they would not touch the car. She brought the car in because the front tires vibrated at higher speeds, which we thought was a safety issue. Also the front tire with the 2/32 tread would make more sense to move to the back and place a better tread tire in its place for better stopping and traction. In my opinion this shop is all about selling tires and has no regard for driver safety. Simply put I will never buy from this establishment again being a Wilsonville resident. I thought they would honor their warranty, which is not the case. I will now give all my business to Costco, where they do honor their warranty.

Best service! These people just saved my day. I got a flat tire from a huge nail through my tire. It was close to closing time, yet they cheerfully took me in and got my tire serviced right away. They just saved my day. On top of that, the bill was $0.00! I want to join a Siscount Tire fan club.

Went in with a nail in my tire. Knowing that I would have to wait. Plus they do by appointment only. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. What choice did I had but wait do to losing air in my tire I had no choice. They had a break in between appointment and was able to get me in and out less then 30 minutes.. great customer service today and also in the pass Ive been at the wilsonville store..👍

When you catch a flat tire on I-5, put on the spare and hobble to discount tire just in time before they close, you may be desperate for a safe replacement to get you home. I was concerned I would have to settle for a mismatched replacement and pay an exorbitant cost. This was not the case. They had my tire in stock and replaced in 30 minutes at an incredibly affordable price. I hate spending money but discount tire makes this service incredible easy and affordable. Highly recommended. Thanks to patrick for his service and help getting me home safe. Highly recommended.Edit: Andres was the mechanic who handed off my keys, got to give him and his crew props!

Ive been going to Discount Tire (or their former version) for a decade now. So, of course it was my first stop when I had a slow leak in my tire. They didnt have a replacement in stock and there was a mistake in ordering the replacement so I was going to be without a tire for a week with just my little spare while I waited for the right one to come in. They ended up giving me a full size spare to use in the mean time so I could safely get to work. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and to make up for their minor error. Wonderful customer service which is what keeps me coming back for all my tire needs!

They are on a their own level of special.Can not find a leak in a tire with a nail sticking into it and witj me pointing it out. Took them 3 times to find it.On my 5th visit in the last 3 weeks. Still have no confidence in this place.These guys could not find sand in a desert.

It probably helped that I had already done my research and knew what tire I anted to put on my truck. I called and discussed with an associate and he said he could get me the tires in a few days, had to order them. He called me back and let me know the size I wanted were not load rated for my vehicle.He helped educate me about load rating and the dynamics involved. I retreated and did a bit more research. I found the same tire in a slightly different size that was load rated for my truck, and fit my wheel size etc.I called back and we ordered these tires, believing it would be a week or more as they had to come from Texas.On the 3rd day i was called and told the tires were here. I set up a time to come by that afternoon and have them installed.I was already thinking about new wheels and while they were installing my tires, a nice young man showed me some wheels he could make a deal on, and we worked it out.I left with an awesome tire, mounted on a great wheel, truck looks great, and even got my old wheels back to mount my snow tires on.Everyone was nice, professional, attentive, and took good care of me and my truck.Way better service than I have received from LS in recent years.

Let me tell you about Discount Tire. I was parked over in the adjacent parking lot when my car died. I thought, Surely, my car cannot be dead. Surely, it was. I wandered over to Discount Tire an explained my predicament to the first employee I saw and he came right over with a box made for jump starting cars that irresponsible car owners let die in parking lots. The Discount Tire employee did this all for free and with a good attitude. Thanks Discount Tire!

Came to these guys seeking out a specific tire. Turns out they didnt have it in stock, but recommend an alternative with higher ratings and lower price! They have done a great accomodating current times, let me drive my vehicle into the bay, wait in my vehicle while they installed new tires and let me drive it out! From check in to check out, less than 30min.

These guys are awesome man! I went in there low on funds and air in my tire with a chunk of glass stuck in it. They attempted to plug the hole but the tire was beyond repair and they showed me why and explained. Then once it came time for them to stick me with a $120 price tag for a new tire because they didn’t have any used in my size, they gave me a tire and installed it for a IOU of $53 and I promised to come back for the whole set. Above and beyond customer service and hospitality! Shout out to Tristan, give that man a raise and promotion!

Went in to have a flat repaired. Was told screw was in the sidewall and could not be repaired, screw was in outside tread 1/2 inch from sidewall.. told could order me a new tire my cost of course . upon further inspection by them the other tire should be replaced to pair it up. Even gauged the tires but did out of view and didnt show. Tires are 50%. Told no one would repair but could have 2 tires tomorrow to install. Went to another big store ( red white colors Les Schw) looked at tire and said no problem to patch not in sidewall no bulge showing. Screw made it just far enough to make it leak still had 30 pounds in it. fixed in 30 minutes and no charge. Really feel like i was going to get ripped off.. thats what you get with commission sales Where to get tires or service next time? NOT DISCOUNT TIRE!!!

Even though I always end up having to replace more tires than were damaged whenever I have to go, they are always friendly and professional. They dont try to sneak in extra work by mandatory engine component disassasemblies that were specifically denied and adamantly refused like some other repair companies (Sears). They have good prices and its my goto tire center.

I have been going to Discount Tire for years and recommending them to people.This store has me look for another tire shop.We had them put all 4 new tires on our Outback. I requested extra attention be paid to the balance.Tires were not balanced. I went back twice to that location and finally had the tires balanced at Discount Tire Salem where it was done properly.This also happened with my Lexus. After refusing to put my run flat tire back on I asked for all tires to be balanced. The tires were not balanced. All the other locations seem fine but this one just cant seem to balance tires. I dont have time to keep bringing cars back 3-4X for a proper balance.

We were able too pull right into the Tigard OR Discount Tires and get a new tire without waiting and since we had purchased the warranty with the tire. Jeff got is back on the road in a flash!

Ive been purchasing tires from the Wilsonville Discount Tire store and working with the different managers for years now. All of my past experience with this company has made it tough to consider going anywhere else. Im very particular so before I ever go into the store, I do a lot of research. The store manager Clint has helped me out with several sets of tires over the years and always addresses any concern I have.Most recently, Clint and his team worked me into the schedule without an appointment on a recent 90+ degree day, during C19 to install a set of tires on my custom 3 piece wheels I brought in. All these men were pros hustling in the heat. Months prior when I purchased the tires he assured me hed use one of his most skilled team members AND would replace the wearable part on the tire mounting machine that touches the wheel for my set. Where else are you going to find that? He kept his word and I kept low stress. Thank you Clint!

Do not go here! Went for a flat repair and they told me it was irreparable and I needed a new tire. Then told me my tires were not made anymore so would need four new tires so they match. I had them put on my spare and went to Les Schwab not only did they fix my tire and not charge me. They had my tires available. These guys at discount are trained to lie to you. Do not believe a word they say.

Not only was I replacing tires (then damaged a tire right after the replacement🙄), but I also had my wheel repaired. They coordinated the repair, educated me on my tires, and were absolutely fabulous. Clint, the manager, must treat his staff so incredibly well, because it is clear that they enjoy working here. As good as it gets!! These guys are great. Price for comparable tires was way lower than Les Schwab or Costco. Online ordering was super easy. 18 hours after placing my order I was notified my tires were at the store. I arrived at 4PM and was driving away at 4:25PM on new tires. The staff at the store were all super nice and efficient.

I gotta say the best service ever! story time, so i came in to get one tire changed out cause one got a flat and my other three tires were about to go flat but i couldn’t afford 4 new tires so just getting the one tire fixed. they start taking tires off and i guess start putting 4 new tires on so the manager comes up and says sorry they miss read the ticket and now you have 4 new tires but it’s not your fault so just pay what you can and we well call it good, so i check and give him my last 100 bucks and he kept asking are you sure you can afford if not it’s ok but i was so great full that i had to give it all! I went into to get new tires on my car today. The service was outstanding. The gentleman came to let me know my car was ready to go. When I got in my car to back out of the bay it wouldn’t start. The battery was completely dead. They put a charger on it but still wouldn’t turn over.I believe it was the manager parked his pickup up next to my car. He put the jumper cables on my battery and finally got it to turn over. However it immediately died again. He put the cables back on the battery and got it going again. He then called around to find the closest place for me to go, so I could get my battery replaced. He came back out to let me know O’Reillys could replace it for me.He then said he would follow me to make sure I got there safely.I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service the Wilsonville store gives. As far as I’m concerned they went above what customer service stands for! He didn’t have to call or make sure I made it to O’Reillys but he did. I can’t thank you enough for not leaving me stranded. I will definitely go back to this store and recommend it 100%.I’m a very happy customer and have great tires a new battery and home safely. Thank you again!

My experience with getting tires replaced have always been irritating experiences that I dread having to deal with. But these guys were very professional, energetic, and engaging. This shop has checked out my car twice. Once my tire was low. They inflated all my tires and rotated them all for free. The second time I had picked up a screw in one of my tires. They plugged the leak and inflated all of my tires to recommended levels. Again for free. These guys are nice and professional. They are also pretty fast for all they accomplished. This place is awesome! Went in to see if they could fix my flat, and unfortunately they werent able to because the tire wall was showing. They quoted me the price for a new tire and I wasnt able to pay until I got paid the next week. They were kind enough to let me have the tire and pay the bill when I got paid. Which was amazing of them! I will definitely be getting the rest of my tires there!

Nothing but good. These guys are quick to get you in and assess problems and offer excellent service. They found a major issue with my tire pressure sensors I was unaware of and probably saved me from a blowout. Have bought tires here and got a great price and service. Highly recommend!

My oh my.... After so many poor corporate experiences in life I must write about the few great ones. I called ahead to inquire about used tires or repair due to a slow leak. I gave my name and vehicle information and was told that a new tire is probably unnecessary. When I arrived (2 hours later), the gentleman came out to greet me just by remembering my car! He said theyd do everything to avoid a tire replacement and I requested a rotation service while they had the vehicle. After eating a brief lunch he came out to greet me in the lot as I walked up again, giving me the good news.... The tire was fine and they repaired it. The tread life is good. The tires are rotated......and all....free of charge. I am sold! Ill be buying my tires here.

Before possible snowfall for the weekend, I went to the Wilsonville location. I join the store before they open as on some occasions they receive a higher level of shoppers for the possibility of snow. Ace was the man of the hour. He was diligent in his work. And was able to assist as many people while keeping on task. The pit crew were kicking butt and getting drivers back on the road.

I had family visiting from out of town and got a flat tire on our way back to Portland, on Saturday of a holiday weekend. I stopped here without calling or checking hours, and it turned out they had closed an hour earlier. Since there were still people inside, I walked in and explained the situation and they agreed to help me anyway! They checked my tire and when it wasnt repairable they put on my spare. Saved me loads of time and effort from trying to hand change my spare with the dinky tools that come in the car. Discount tire is great to begin with, but I really appreciate how accommodating the staff at this store were when I needed it. Highly recommended!

Amazing store and staff!!! I went in to have a flat tire repaired, and they went above and beyond that my tires were very bald and needed to be replaced but I couldnt afford new tires just yet, the staff at wilsonville location put on four brand new tires for me and even replaced my spare which was flat too. They did this at no cost because they didnt want me driving unsafe . I almost cried what a wonderful place and caring staff Ill never buy tires anywhere else. I highly recommend using this store for your next tire purchase. Youll be happy you did .
