Great place to shop, with a Starbucks and pharmacy located inside. Always a great place to shop and never has any bare shelves. 5/5 great place to shop!

Very disappointed. I have shopped at the Wilsonville location since the store has open. Service has been great until today. Customers shopping with no mask. I was caught off guard. When I approached an associate I was told there was nothing they could do. I stated its a state mandate and the law for indoors. Again I was told nothing they could do. I ask to speak to the store manager who had ne time for me what so ever. She stated that could not follow the law. There was nothing they could do and customers did not have to wear a mask. I stated its a mandate from the state. Mamaget said nothing they could do and would not make customers wear mask.

This is a nice store in a nice shopping center right next to Costco. While they’re a little busy at times, I’ve never noticed that the store was dirty or had bare shelves in any of their departments.The place is usually well staffed and doesn’t have long lines, outside of maybe the afternoon rush, and is never a bad place to shop, regardless of the time of day or the day of the week. While it’s located slightly off of the interstate, it’s still close enough to be an easy store to drop by while on a long drive.

Appreciate the step stool at the bathroom sink for kids. I always have to check the expiration dates on food at any Target. It doesnt seem like anyone is on top of this. Its only a convenience sometimes when I dont want to drive to the grocery store for one thing.

We like this store because it has good variety, reasonable home n clothes range. It is big and nice.

Super quick with online orders. Had to order online and have my dad pick up for me. Everything was ready for him at pick up.

Target always has everything that you need on need on a light scale from grocery to camping to clothing and other non essential itessential items. However at this target in particular it seems that the employees are a little sassy. Yeah losassy. As me and my wife entered the store at 9:45 to get an air mattress so we wouldnt have to sleep on the floor, because target is a good store that is open at a late hour for situations like this yeah for situations like this period as we entered and employee wearing highwasted jeans, yelled to her coworker that she wished she could yell at customers coming in. This made us feel very uncomfortable. And was very unprofessional. We were only purchasing one thing, and were gone by 9:50. Usually we love target, but in particular this location was not the greatest.

Targets drive-in pick up service is amazing. It is so convenient, safe and easy, I love it. It is quick (pick up within an hour in many cases) and so helpful. I saw people lined up around the building to get in to the store .. I drove up and left before any of them even got in to shop. Prices are reasonable and I save an extra 5% with red card, so it is my favorite way to shop.

The Wilsonville Target is a gem. Its always clean and well kept, and always well stocked. In addition to being able to take care of prescriptions at the CVS located inside, its so fast and easy to pick up all the items that Id intended to have delivered but forgot. With such a wide variety of products, including grocery, its a simple thing to complete most of your shopping right here.

I love the convenience of pickup orders! I go out of my way to find things at Target because of this option. I love that you dont have to schedule it a day in advance. I can place an order on my lunch break, then leave work and swing by to pick it up. Theyre usually outside waiting for me when I get there. I LOVE THIS OPTION and hope it sticks around.Also, their app is super easy to use-one of the best around right now, in my opinion.

I pre purchased an item on their website. When said item was released, we got the expected email that said your order is ready for pick up. we drove over to pick it up. When we get there, we are told that we won’t be able to receive the item we paid for. I ask why. They said “due to the number of people ordering this item, we will sometimes get a duplicate for the same order.” I told the clerk that the $500 is still out of my account. Also, I drove an hour because you sent me an email saying my order is ready for pickup. I’m told sorry, there is nothing I can do for you. When we ask about our other ordered item, we are told that they are all out of this item as well. I like to tell myself that they had been asked this before because they didn’t bother to look. I called their corporate office and was just short off blown off. The person on the other line told me I would get my money back in 1-3 days. They ask if there is anything else, so I told them that it would be helpful if Target would notify their customers if their order is canceled. They told me it was noted, they then said if there isn’t anything else to have a nice day.... would have been nice to get a genuine apology at some point along the chain.

This Target needs a new GM. Shelves are always half-stocked, especially the dollar spot- its always bare!! I drive out of the way to go to a better Target (Sherwood) and I live in Wilsonville.

STOLE my money!! Didn’t give me all items in my drive up order and wouldn’t refund me with out making me drive back all the way…. Ridiculous after spending so much time on the phone. They give me another number only for the call to keep getting disconnected from Target’s end.

Store very clean and organized. Large food area. Room temperature too high especially with a mask on. My family sweaty and uncomfortable to shop. Will not return.

The employees dont wear their masks. The CVS pharmacy is bad and went for 3 days without phones. No counseling even when you ask for help. They text you with inaccurate inaccurate information and I am done with them!

Beautifully updated and stylish stores, great selections and nice, friendly and helpful staff. Well laid out inventory and easy returns. Stores are clean and bright and extra cleaning for the virus. Feels so much more upscale than Walmart - yet similar prices. With the great selection of products I really enjoy shopping there.

I was able to pick up my online order easily and quickly without having to enter the store.

I had a quick stop on my way to a 3 year olds bday party, I dont live in the area but from my experiences with other targets I knew Id find something. Its great to see the consistencies with other branches, Wilsonville Target totally came through with quickly helping me find what I needed.

I was looking for a baseball hat but couldnt find it, so I decided to ask one of the employees at self checkout. She was so kind and helpful and I was able to get my hands on it. I would also like to mention how on top they were with keeping each self checkout clean before another customer used it.

It is time to give this target store the thumbs up! The self checkout at is disinfected after each client is done using it. These guys should be recognized and copy exact by other stores and by the rest of retail industry... open the economy and follow them!!

Im not a super fan of Target. But as a chain they seem to be dealing with Covid better than many places. This location was nice.

Lots of helpful associates as you enter the store and masks for sale were front and center. I also really like the layout of the particular store.

I have loved target for years and will always go back.

Nearly every time I go there I find expired food on the shelf. I have to read all the expiration dates to make sure I am buying fresh food and not out of date. The amount of expired food I have found makes me not want to shop there at all. Also some people there are not friendly and very snobby.

Unfortunately they’re not enforcing mask policy that strongly. Saw a handful of people walk in without them and no one said anything. Went to a team member and they didn’t really care.

The store was clean and felt safe mostly everyone was wearing masks.

I think Target carries a lot of good products, the prices are competitive or better than other stores, and the in-store and cart discounts are great. The store that I go to is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great store with friendly staff. During the Black Friday sale this past Thanksgiving there was a line out the door in the pouring rain. Staff came out in the rain and handed out vouchers for certain items to guarantee we received them. Inside the store was very organized and lines were clear. I was impressed.

I guess the manager kicked me out because some kid just slapped me, and I did not hit him back. The police does not like me, so refused to take my report twice... I think its racism guys

This is the only store I feel comfortable shopping in at the moment. Mostly everyone wear masks, usually not a lot of people are there when I shop, and the store is always clean.

Got the item I needed. It didnt cost me shipping. It was fast and easy to pick up. Super happy with this option and experience.

Target is one stop shop. I find most of the items available. All the items have good quality. There are many things including toys for clearance. Definitely, good customer service which makes Target likable.

Easy to get to. Parking always available. Friendly employees. Compared to other stores with the same products, not the cheapest, but can count on them to always have what I want/need so they are the most reliable one stop shopping.

It worked well, but they only had one person at the counter for both returns and pickups, and there was a long line.

The cashier who helped me with my purchases I think her name is Angelica is the nicest person in your store in my opinion. Always with a smile on her face and I just love her!

Went shopping for Christmas gifts and couldnt find a gift I was looking for. A gentleman Keegan helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then saw me later on and made sure I was still doing good!! Best customer service Ive there in years!!

Purchased item online for store pick-up using PayPal as payment. Cancelled order prior to pick-up. Instead of refunding payment, Target issued an e-gift card. Contacted Customer Service via Chat TWICE, two days apart, in order to resolve. Both times, agent told me they would forward concern to Order Research unit and someone would contact me within two days. Waited over a week - NO REPLY.

I highly recommend that Target re-evaluates their price match philosophy or instruct stores like Wilsonville to be more customer focused. Walked in to buy a product I found cheaper on Walmart’s website. Per Targets price match guarantee, you find a lower price on an ad, website or in-store they will match it. Found the exact same product for cheaper and instead of honoring it they used their scanner to look for prices. Told me Walmart wasn’t cheaper and wouldn’t match it. Went to the website to show them the item they were looking at wasn’t even sold by Walmart only fulfilled by and the one I was looking at was shipped and sold by Walmart. Still wouldn’t honor it. When I bought from Walmart it was literally the exact same item, model number, and same packaging. A manager and employee both told me to go buy this item from Walmart because they wouldn’t match it. Great customer service Target!

Although I hate this mall, this is a big beautiful super Target. We are from out of town and had out of country guests with wanting to shop. This is not the mall to not be familiar with. It might be great for locals, but its horrible for strangers. I tried stopping at the gas station to ask where Target was since you cannot see it from anywhere, but they had no idea. Any road sigbs are covered by overgrown trees.You cannot see the store from anywhere, you have to drive around and search for it. The trees are very overgrown, so, you cannot see any store while parked at any other store.This is a nice Target, in a very poor location, so we went to other places to shop.

I havent been in a Target store for almost a year because there isnt one close to where I live but I used to always be there . One was close to me. The employees are so nice always and the store is so very very clean. It makes you want to visit often.

Wilsonville target is a fine Target. There are a few self-checkouts which is always nice. The place is clean and not too large. Meets all my expectations for a non-Super Target. Good parking that Ive never seen be full.

Customer service is poor - I ordered online for pick up and got a notification saying 2 of the 4 items I ordered was not available. Those 2 items were actually in the store, right there on the shelves, but I had stand in line to pay all over again! So much for saving time! There was no apology whatsoever. Terrible service.

When I went to pick up my web order the box had been damaged so badly that it had been wrapped in tape on top, the tape on the bottom was completely missing and there were holes all the way through the box to the point you could see product. The box was also crushed. They told me to take it to another store that they said had stock and exchange it. They said they could not help me. I went to the other store and they did not have the product. The new store did finally help me rectify the situation but I will not go back to the Wilsonville location.

Large Target location just off of the I5. Parking, while plenty of room, is a pain to navigate. The store has the standard layout, if you’ve been to a Target outlet before, you’ll be able to find your way around. Plenty of staff at this location, when I was there they were mostly standing around the cash registers talking, while only two registers were open.

I love target. Its always busy but never crowded. I save a ton with the red card since I shop here so often.

The main reason im giving 1 star is their use of single use plastics. Target should be concered about lowering their carbon footprint, as most plastics end up in our oceans killing sea life. The worst part is the alternitives to single plastic are availible, target just chooses to try and save quick buck with no regaurds for wildlife
