What a fabulous experience. I had family coming to visit, and needed a sofa bed that would be stylish, sturdy, well-proportioned, and above all, comfortable for two elderly people. And I needed it FAST. The customer service team stayed on top of the shipping so that it would arrive in plenty of time. (Thank you, Evan and Heather-Ann!). When it arrived, assembly was super easy and looks great. And the design is super clever! Highly recommend!

I just got the bed yesterday and set it up this morning. It was easy to put together because it is made so well. It is beautiful and I took a nap to test it out this afternoon. This is well built, comfortable and the perfect addition to our home.

Paid a lot for a piece of furniture (>$1k). One month later, it still hasnt shipped, and they cannot provide even an estimated time frame for shipping. Customer service is slow to respond, takes several days to answer emails, even though they had no problem responding quickly when it was time to pay my invoice. Now that they have my money, I guess all the urgency is gone. They claim the delay is due to shipping logistics from their supplier. Whether or not this is true, in the time that Ive been waiting for this piece Ive ordered from two other furniture companies without issue. Perhaps it is a problem with their supplier, but in the end thats something theyre responsible for, not me. The least they can do is reply promptly to my emails.

Quality product and superb customer service!! I have purchased a queen size Tatami Platform bed and loved it so much when I moved and upgraded to a king size I ordered it again. Solid construction, minimal design fits with many design styles. What sets them apart though is their amazing customer service. Highly recommend!!! Thanks will remain a loyal customer.
