This month marks the 4th time the Pharmacy hasnt had my monthly script in stock, and this is after having conversations with the pharmacist as to how to avoid this happening. I have called 5 days in advance, 3 days in advance and the day before and each time they say they will fill and that I can pick it up, then day to pickup script, theyre short or out. It is not a script that can be transferred nor short filled, I do not recommend this pharmacy at all

The employees at atWalgreens, 9450 SW Wilsonville Rd, Wilsonville, OR 97070know literally nothing about their job. This was evident due having to ask about every single aspect of this transaction and certainly not in training. Surprisingly, the manager was just as ignorant.They refused to provide me an envelope for a document that was accompanied by a label that specifically* included an envelope. They tried to force me to buy an entire pack of envelopes, not from FedEx but from Walgreens. They then acted as if I was lying about the nature of said document and label.In short, every employee of that fedex was very much ignorant to the duties of their jobs. I then went to a different location, where I had literally* the exact opposite experience. I would 100% never* trust this location with any* parcel no matter how trivial it may be.

I am very disappointed to find out that the personnel at this Walgreens are slacking. It seems that leaving the customers waiting at the front door waiting for the manager to unlock the doors is ok! Wow what great service.

My first experience picking up my prescription here was not good. I gave it a second chance and that was a mistake. The pharmacy staff is either rude and impatient or they’re just absent from the counter altogether and don’t bother communicating when they’ll be ready to help you. I don’t post reviews hardly ever but my experience today was awful. Was asked to wait 20 minutes before my medicine would be ready - no big deal, I’ve had to wait before! I was understanding but the pharmacist was so rude in how she said it, then she rolled her eyes and walked off. I don’t understand why I was met with such aggression. I’ll be picking my medicine up somewhere else now.

The people are nice and helpful. But as soon as you walk in the front door it smells like urine. It was like that a month ago and still when I went today.

Walked up at 3:40pm on a Monday and they said they were closed.

This is the store that started my love for Walgreens. (Thats all gone now)The pharmacy has several nice features that when I started using them most pharmacies didnt have.

Helpful employees. Clean and I always find great clearance after holidays. Awesome makeup deals as well for those who buy drugstore thats the place to go.

This store is a joke. It smells like old mop water and the service is terrible. I recently went in to get a passport photo and the clerk didnt know how to work the computer, to the point that I had to leave and come back 3 hours later to pick up the photo. They didnt have any prices posted for the passport photos and the clerk didnt say that they charge 3 times more then everyone else for a stupid picture. The photo is off center, which is against the guidlines for a passport photo. They better accept this photo or Im going to loose it!

I come here a lot to get small things and take advantage of my walgreens card always respectful always stocked no complaints

Whomever work yesterday afternoon on 03/27/2020 has no customer service and should not answered the phone.

Was racially profiled and then when I called to talk to the manager it was the lady that acted like I was trying to rob or steal from them. Was trying to get me off the phone and I was like do you want my name and number to file the complaint. No cause she wasnt planning on any way.

Waited on hold for 30 min for the pharmacy no one ever answered.extremely poor process they have

After they sent me a confirmation say that my prescription was done, I wait in line for 30mins for them to tell me that I have to wait another 30mins for them to fill it? Why did they send me a text saying it was done. So I sat infront of Walgreens for over an hour.And keep inmind, I dropped my prescription off 3 hours before that and told them I needed it asap! Some service!

Nothing against this particular location, but I just cant justify the prices at Walgreens. Things that are $5 at Walmart are $10 at Walgreens. Doesnt seem right.

I dont even know where to start. Every time I have visited this pharmacy since switching from the one in Lake Oswego it has been nothing but trouble and a hassle. One mistake after the other and several RUDE employees. So we will just start with the latest incident. I had ordered a prescription and asked for a 90 day supply online. The prescription was filled for a 30 days supply, then my doctor was contacted to see if a 90 day supply would be ok. He approved it and when the 90 day supply was ordered my insurance rejected it as a refill too soon. Ok at this point I would think someone would have figured out, wait there is a 30 day supply here. Why was it even filled as a 30 day when I REQUESTED the 90 day to begin with? So I call the pharmacy. The person who answered was short with me and couldnt seem to comprehend what I was talking about. I later found out this person was Deborah. She finally figured it out and was very short with me. Had a tone in her voice that didnt make me feel like a valued customer, but more of a bother. I have had this same issue with someone in the past at this pharmacy.Then I go to pick up my prescriptions, Deborah is the person that helps me and this is how I found out she was the one I spoke with on the phone. And she is the Pharmacist. One of which I have transferred. My primary insurance doesnt cover the transferred prescription, so I ask that they bill my secondary. It comes back as I have primary insurance. REALLY? Costco had NO problem filling this with my secondary insurance? Deborah doesnt offer any solutions. When I mention that I have had problem after problem with this pharmacy she just says, I dont know anything about that. No sympathy no apology. Just I dont know anything about that in a snippy tone of voice. Yes, I got snippy back. There comes a time when you finally have had enough. Problem after problem, rude employee after rude employee. I mentioned that to her and she interrupts me in the middle of saying it to ask for the 2nd time for my address.Again I NEVER had these issues at the Lake Oswego Walgreens. But ever since I have transferred here it appears my business is not appreciated and not welcomed. Considering there are many other pharmacy options available in my area I am surprised by this. With Fred Meyer opening soon with a drive thru pharmacy right across the street. I would think Walgreens would want my business. So I told Deborah to forget the prescription that I would take my business elsewhere. Her response? Well if you have somewhere else to take them that is fine. Was that appreciative or wanting my business? Not in my eyes! Never an apology for the issues, just a what do you want me to do about it. Nope, not feeling valued or validated. I apologize for getting snippy back with her, but I did not appreciate the lack of understanding I was receiving. I did not appreciate yet another problem having my prescriptions done right the first time. I thought the pharmacy was suppose to make my life easier, not harder. I appreciated that Walgreens had a drive thru as I am disabled and have difficulties walking. This time I had gone inside to get my prescriptions. But since there will be another drive thru option opening soon my business will go there. Until then another pharmacy in the area will get my business.Never have I dealt with a pharmacy like this. Never again will I deal with this pharmacy, nor will I bring my business to Walgreens in general. Instead I will let people know how I was treated. They can make their own decisions on if they want to give you their business. But wouldnt it have been so much easier to apologize for the inconvenience instead of get snippy and defensive with a lack of understanding of how frustrating it must be? I would think so.

I ordered 35 4 by 6 prints and was given 33.... annoying!

Every one can shut up go to Cosco and print something I go to Walgreens because Im not shopping for soda thats 4$ also I just want a few things it said that in the commercial !!
