We ordered our door package, and when they arrived, 8 of the 9 were perfect, with the 9th door having a couple of minor flaws. I guess I could have been upset, but a quick call to Andrew solved my problem. They came right out, picked up the door, fixed it, returned it very quickly, and it looks great!

I had a couple of questions and the person who helped me was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me, as I was waiting a few more staff members politely asked if I was being helped. This kind of service is priceless and created an instant customer.👍👍
