Terrible experience with customer service there. Seems this gal is angered by the going out of business rules. They close at 7pm and shut the doors at 6:30pm. Understandable, but this woman employee responded angrily with customers, including myself, as we approached the door prior to 7pm to be met with an overly stern raised voice, rude comments and commands, and obvious go away attitude. Otherwise, in coming back the following day the selection and liquidation process seems appeasing. Hopefully that person no longer works there! Definitely bad for business.

Went in looking for a specific fragrance and lucky for me not only was it there but it was on sale!! I bought 10 :-)

Pier one has some really pretty things but honestly there are very overpriced. I do like going in and looking around but unless its a really big sale I probably wouldnt purchase anything nor have I.

They didnt seem to interesting in helping me once i was at the counter. Whole time thru the store someone was asking if I needed help, then get to counter and theres no one to check me out. How do you do that?

You can always find something here you need or dont need. Just wish the service was better. I on average could be there for 45 min and not one sales person will say hi. Guess thats good for sales.....not!!

My wife & I have shopped here for years but recently had a horrible experience with the manager. Quite obvious she has no customer service skills and we wont be shopping here or at least at this location again.

Worst customer service ever!!! I had purchased some items using cash. A few days later, with my receipt, I went back to the Wilsonville store to return some of those items. My return totaled $80, but the manager said she did not have enough money in the register, so I was given a gift card and told to come back at another time when they were busier (such as the weekend) to cash in the gift card.So inconvenient!!!

Could not get any customer service from the ladies working on a Sunday afternoon. Though they could drop everything to help older customers. I put my stuff back and left without purchasing anything.

My wife was not impressed. She said 2 stars.
