Brian Pham rocks!My aunt has had her current mattress since 2009. She inherited it from my grandmother who passed away in 2009. Shes needed a new mattress for awhile but convincing her to spend money on herself is difficult.We first went to another mattress store (also with Mattress in the title) and the salesperson there reminded me of a typical used car salesman. This was her first foray into investigating mattresses and the first thing he did was take her to the most expensive mattress there was. When she told him the price she was aiming for he pretty much laughed in her face and made her feel ridiculous. The day ended in no mattress and a very irritated aunt.Today we went to Mattress World in Wilsonville and met Brian Pham. Brian had just the perfect sales technic for my aunt. He asked her some questions about what she was looking for and then took her to the inexpensive mattress first, getting her a covering for the pillow on the way there. Then we mentioned she wanted an adjustable base so he took her to the least expensive in that category. My mom had bought an Aireloom mattress from them, so she had Brian show my aunt that one, which he did. He also mentioned that the floor model was available for a steal since a new version was coming in. But my aunt still wasnt sold.He took her to another set of mattress mentioning that they were made locally in Tualatin. This seemed to be the one for my aunt. Brian had her evaluate two different firmness models and she found one that worked for her. He even went away for a bit so she could really try it out.Brian then gave her the best possible price and told her exactly what came with it. I really like that installation and removal of the old mattress wasnt an additional fee. Brian made the sale! Thank you Brian!

Customer service is great - people that work there are so friendly and not pushy. I would give five stars but the girl out front holding the sign was wearing a tiny belly shirt and tiny shorts, it was very unappealing and made it seem trashy.

Davis at Mattress World in Wilsonville was amazing, We stopped here after getting the run around at another mattress store and the difference was huge. Davis was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked pointed questions that helped pinpoint what we were really after and helped us narrow down our choices. We were able to purchase a mattress that we were told wasnt an option at the other store. We paid a very reasonable price and the whole experience was low key, no pressure. This will be our first, and most likely only, stop whenever we need a mattress. Highly recommend this company and Davis for great service.

My wife and I decided it was time to graduate from buying a bed in a box every year and Im sure glad we did. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There is nothing better than a salesman that is obsessed with their product, and he couldve told me he engineered them all personally and i wouldve believed him. The delivery team and process was also pleasant. Plenty of notice. On time. In and out of my house in 3 minutes, tops.

Great customer service! Selected and ordered 2 twin XL mattresses and frames. They were delivered promptly within a week with a mattress pad and a set of sheets each. The old smaller mattresses and beds were hauled away promptly. The movers were prompt, professional, courteous, and reliable. Great service all around!

I hate mattress shopping but I had a very good experience here. They were not pushy but knowledgeable. Ryan was a great help and got me the mattress I needed. It was well worth the drive.

We couldnt be more pleased with our buying experience at the Wilsonville Mattress World showroom. As a company, you should keep Emerald as long as possible - she truly is a gem. Your showroom was our first stop in what we planned to be many comparison stops, but Emerald was so professional, patient and knowledgeable, that the next day we returned to make our purchase. Delivery by Rudy and Morris went very smoothly and they were also very professional but friendly. If our adjustable base and mattress live up to the high standards of these employees, we will be very pleased indeed.

Emerald made the shopping experience easy. I was quickly overwhelmed by the vast selection but she she was able to ask me the right questions to narrow down my selection. Emerald was very knowledgeable and explained the differences of the mattresses in an easy to understand way. I never once felt pressure to buy or rushed. We got our new mattress the first of this year and ABSOLUTELY love it! We originally stopped in just to browse the stores selection, which Joe was there to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and some, that we ended up coming back 2 days later to purchase our mattress without looking around. My wife and I came in last week to the Wilsonville store where my wife ended up taking two hours to decide on what she wanted. Emerald had to much patience with us as my wife tried this mattress and that mattress and then this foundation and that foundation. We even moved mattress from foundation to foundation and through it all Emerald was a trooper and kept a helpful and pleasant demeanor. After the two hours my wife finally narrowed it down and we ordered the mattresses and foundations (split king). They have since been delivered and are awesome! Thanks Emerald for taking so much time with us to make sure we ended up with what was going to work for us...YOU ROCK!

I have to admit, mattress shopping is a daunting task. Luckily for us, Joe was awesome. He was knowledgeable and patient; he had no problems answering all the questions we threw at him. Really enjoyed shopping at Mattress World. Emerald and Joe were very friendly and knowledgeable in their products, and helped us along the way. We went to 4 other mattress stores and no one could match their prices. Would highly recommend checking this place out.

After visiting at least nine bed stores, some multiple times, and trying out several beds, we had quite the list of eligible candidates to choose from. It got to be overwhelming, but the store we liked the most was Mattress World. We visited so many times we probably met the entire staff, and really enjoyed how personable they were instead of the typical bed salespeople. I’m typically not one to recommend a store to anyone, but I am extremely satisfied with my great service from them and if I had to recommend a particular store it would be this one. I would consider buying from them in the future even without such an amazing deal as we got. Thank you, Mattress World.

Went in on a Sunday with my wife to look at the current sales. Super friendly salespeople, really nice selection, and quickly found the bed we liked. No hard sells, quoted a reasonable price, and promoted doing as much outside research as we could. Returned monday and worked on the quote until we were all happy with the price point. Overall great experience, great bed, great salesman. Fully recommend checking them out if your looking or even thinking about purchasing a mattress.

Since this was our first experience with an adjustable bed, we walked in with the intention of going to four or five stores. But, because Thai made our experience so pleasant, we never needed to look elsewhere. He was extremely knowledgeable. We were confident that we made the right decision.

Excellent experience with with store! Ryan spent so much time helping us articulate our sleeping needs. We went into discover our options for a split king adjustable set... we ended up leaving having purchased the set. Our set was delivered more than 6 weeks ago. We did find the mattress too firm. We returned to the store just yesterday, where Ryan was so incredibly helpful, He coordinated an exchange for us to try the next plush model, ensuring we are completely satisfied with our purhcase. I have dealt with Mattress World for years and the best salesperson to date is Joe. He never talked one Brand over another. He left me do the choosing. Even when I wanted his opinion, and was stuck, he wanted me to make the decision on my own. Buying a mattress is ultimately a personal and intimate purchase and he knows and recognizes this. I will continue to go to this location and work with Joe as I know I have more purchases in the future.

Emerald did a wonderful job explaining the difference between mattresses. She had exactly what we wanted and didnt treat us bad once we we told her we didnt want to spend a bunch of money. I went to sleep train first and the sales person treated us like we didnt matter once he found out we only wanted to spend a couple hundred for a mattress for our rv.

As I shared my personal pain, and what I hoped a proper mattress might do, my empathetic salesman listened. He even revealed his own story of physical, mental, and even emotional relief after acquiring the right mattress. Ryan picked out several for me to try. He kept my price point in mind while making sure I wasnt wasting my time on a mattress that couldnt achieve the nighttime pain relief that I was hoping...praying for.Ryan was kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the absolute most comfortable mattress Id ever experienced. He was patient, allowing me time to just lie there, feeling my body, feeling the comfort of the mattress, like a cloud, lifting me effortlessly, without pain!! Maybe I sound like a baby, but Im emotional writing this. Ive been so tired, because the pain keeps me awake at night. Ryan knew what I needed more than I did. I thought I needed one thing, but he led me to try something he knew would be better. The sales person was extremely rude from the moment I asked the first question. She treated me like it was a real bother to even help me. When I asked if their were any discounts or leway in the margin she said what kind of business do you think this is? I am not going to tell you my margin. When I stood there astonished at her reply I finally said I guess you dont want to make a sale today, she literally stated not to you. And I told her I was not going to come back there and her reply as I was leaving was Good! Will never return or spend my money there.

The people are super friendly and will give you a good deal BUT the manager told me I was paying for a specific matteress and then when I went to pick it up it was totally the low end of it and is not what I wanted at all but I was furious and didnt know what to do and explained to him about it and he tried telling me the other guy sold it to me and I didnt want to fight so I just figured Id take the one they gave me and try it out and its nothing like what I wanted so needless to say Im hella pissed because they wont do anything about it
