Terrific Service! After breaking down on Interstate 81 and a tow, they were able to fit me in and repair my car the same day. I was in a jam. They were very helpful and very professional. I was on a business/vacation trip and really got lucky by choosing these guys. Also, terrific communication and follow-up.

Scheduled to have my fog lights installed in my 2013 Subaru Impreza. They did a wonderful job and everything looks great. I’d highly recommend getting any work done here, they were very quick and pricing was not bad. My boyfriend also got some work on his Subaru here on the past, we’ve had no issues.

My daughter is away out of state attending college in Winchester. I was looking for a local repair shop I could trust and ran across these folks. My entire experience met and exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about the staff working not only with me over the phone, but also helping my daughter at the shop. They made a recommendation on the repair after listening to my diagnosis (long story) and also checked the car over while they had it in the shop. Great crew to work with!

I was worried that getting auto work done during the pandemic would be difficult but the Import Garage made it simple. I dropped off my car and picked it up the same day both times I took it to them. They told me straight forward what the issue was (and the price) and offered an honest assessment of work that would need to be done in the future. I’ve been to Jiffy Lube, Pep Boys, and a couple other small shops but the Import Garage is by far the best. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have taken my twenty year-old Lexus here: once for a rather loud, mysterious noise that I and another garage couldnt determine the origin. It turned out to be stone rattling around the brake housing. Service team at Import Garage figured out what the noise was quickly and removed the stone.Ive also had my vehicle in for maintenance: timing belt replacement. During this service appointment, one of the techs noticed the accessory pulley was worn and in need of replacement soon. Wes called and let me know and asked for permission to replace the pulley before proceeding. I appreciated that because I hadnt brought my vehicle in for that work specifically.Communication between shop and customer is great at Import Garage, prices are appropriate, work is done promptly and techs are sharp. I will be taking my vehicle here for future service and state inspection.

I have been taking my 2010 Subaru to Bill and Glenn’s Import Garage for 3 years. These guys are honest, reliable and fairly priced. The garage is managed well and they never fail to provide exceptional customer service. I would drive a hundred miles out of my way to ensure that my car was serviced by these guys and I highly recommend them.

This garage is right down the street from my house and Ill be going back when ever I need any work done to my Subaru WRX(or future cars). These guys have a clean shop thats always filled with awesome cars. The work they did was great and they communicated every step of the process so I knew exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Ive never had issues with the dealer but now Im happy to say Ive got a local shop to go to instead. 10/10

Honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair priced.Ive used this shop several times. Usually been for some routine maintenance. However, I did recently have an emergency pop up and though their schedule was tight they were able to work me in between appointments.They do value their clientele and their customer service is excellent. Ive yet to have them try to upsell me on anything not needed to keep my vehicle running in top condition.Additionally, they listen to and explain things well to the customer.If you need a shop for routine or major maintenance this is a great place to consider.

I took my car to a different garage before and got a run around on the issue. I brought it to Import Garage and within an hour they told me what the issue was and got the part ordered. My car was fixed quickly and communication throughout the whole process was awesome. I always knew the status of my car and felt like a valued customer. I would highly recommend going here. I have had a few parts installed for me on my subaru wrx by them and each time has been a great experience. They get things done on time and Ive had zero issues with any of the work they have done. Tommy takes the time to make sure you understand everything that he did and is willing to answer any questions you have. Tommy and Wes both seem like great guys who just love cars which makes it great place for other car enthusiast. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all futures parts that Im too stupid to install myself.

Great first experience. Tommy took care of me at the front desk and called me for work approvals and quotes before proceeding. Wes contacted me a couple of days later to see how my experience went and how the car was running. I was driving to see my son for Fathers Day weekend when my BMW car broke down near the Virginia/West Virginia border. I lost complete power in the car on the accelerator. The gas station where I pulled in was of no help. So I went on Google and miraculously found Bill and Glenns Import Garage. They secured a tow truck for me around 1 pm. They got my car immediately into the shop and discovered that the accelerator failed because of a worn out rubber grommet - a $2 part! So, on a Friday afternoon, these guys tracked down a bushing from a BMW dealer 45 miles away and had a friend deliver the part! The shop normally closes at 5 pm, but they kept it open til my part came, they fixed my car, and I was on my way by 7:30. Tommy, you are the best mechanic in the world! Thanks so much.
