Giving 4 stars because the workers are very helpful. But the prices are not that fair even on sale things they seem to be a bit higher than other places. I bought 1 simple spool of thread that I couldnt find anywhere else and it was over 9$. Thats a bit much, dont you agree?,

Decent variety of fabrics. Pricy but we found one on sale. The store was Crowded with 2 employees i could see. 1 on register and 1 cutting. The cutting line ran all the way back to the register. She was fast but still when customers had 6 or 7 fabrics to cut its alot. I would ded recommend more employees on a Saturday.

The customer service was great. If you have a problem they will help youThe cashier was able to get me a coupon with no problem. No cell service. In dead zone . Save savings on phone or order ahead.

The store had a good 50 percent off sale. The only thing they need to improve on is more register help. Line was long, only 1 person doing all the work. 2 employees total in whole entire store😨

JOANN has a good selection of craft supplies in addition to fabrics. This week was the annual fabric sale with most bulk fabrics 40% - 50% off. Both cotton and flannel. The staff are cheerful and helpful. Easy check out and lots of free parking.

Finally got elastic to make masks for myself and husband. Good sales on fabric but was unable to find what I liked for valance design. I will try again in a few weeks.

What has happened to this store? If you are a crafter seems great. I’m a seamstress and this is the worse place to find materials for dress making. It’s a real joke and waste of time.

Large variety of fabric and other notions. Store was a mess which is to be expected. Prices are too high for me to shop there regularly.

My wife drags me in to help her get the yarn and other supplies. I find the store near prices are what is to be expected. They have a very decent selection. I always find some new to look at while she shops.

Great store as usual. But stock had changed and I was not able to get what I was looking for. Too bad for me. Did better elsewhere

I enjoy their Black Friday sales on fabric. General prices though are rather high, but they usually have good coupons to help with that.

Overwhelmed with crafting ideas!

Great prices and sales. Lots in stock. The only thing I dont like is all the staff seem annoyed or just not happy to be there maybe. Makes me wonder if the management is not great and thats why they are unhappy? This is from multiple trips not just one day with a grumpy associate. A smile or cheerful good morning! would go a long way.

I love going to JoAnn Fabrics in Winchester, Va Really like the ladies that work, especially, Pat and Jane. Always willing to help. I wrote this a month or so ago n forgot to hit post. I understand that Jane has retired n Pat is taking a couple months off right now.

The manager went out of his way to try and locate a licensed patterned materal for me and was unable to! I thought that was pretty special and remarkable! This is the second time I have been in this store and both times the experience was extremely helpful and beneficial! I enjoyed my shopping experience, very much!

The aisles are too close together, and I agree with the other reviewers that some of the employees seem to be annoyed when you ask for help. It doesnt look like a friendly place to work. I have had one person tell me i could use more than one coupon and another tell me no i cannot. Many coupons but they are so limited I rarely get to use them, and it was most annoying when I didnt notice the fine print of exclusions or the coupon is only for online sales. The last one annoys me most. I dont know why I didnt just put the stuff back and go home to order online if necessary. They seem to have a sale price on most things (except anything cricut, of course and thats in the exclusion list), rendering the coupons absolutely useless. Ive recently been burned. My fault for not paying close enough attention, but its annoying to find out you cant use any of the six+ coupon choices. Even the $5 off $35 (and so forth) that i didnt realize wouldnt apply to cricut accessories anyway. Do [i] want to add more, so i can use the coupon? No thank you Im going back to Michaels.

Friendly service from cutting table to checkout. The store layout is very similar to most other Joann floor plans so finding items was painless. Fabrics and store were also well maintained.

For sewing and crafts stuff, they got it or help you find it. In the past they sent me to another store, not them, to get what i needed.

Great fabric selection. But very narrow isles. Almost not stroller friendly.

Help? They may have been short handed, but, found it rather difficult to find help and help that was non-diffident. Plenty of variety of goods for different crafts and such...as you would expect. Prices were better than expected.

I love the store but I always feel discriminated against a little bit because Im a guy. I feel like the staff dont take me seriously which is kind of a sexist way of thinking. The selection is very good even though the prices are slightly higher than other options in the area.

Workers are helpful if you can find a free one. Cutting counter can sometimes take a while, but thats understandable. LOVE that they accept multiple coupons from multiple competitors.

Its a very small store so it doesnt carry much but if youre only going for fabric, yarn or ribbon, you are good to go!

Asked for notion I couldnt find. Manager said they always run out this time of year. Hint - order more this time next year. Otherwise a pleasant place to shop. Winchester needs a Super JoAnns to organize their merchandise. The store is loaded with fabric and craft supplies, but no room to display properly. If you dont see what you want, ask. It is probably tucked away someplace.

Lines were long and service personnel seemed overworked. It made me feel guilty for making more work for them. Not how a customer should leave feeling. Nice staff though.

Small store for a Joanns. Still pretty good selection. I have not been to Joanns in a couple years and the prices have really gone up. Will maybe keep looking around elsewhere for fabric.
