Love this store!! I was looking for a clothes hamper for our bathroom that is getting updated..I didnt buy anything this day but I will be going back to purchase...there was SOO MANY people in the store so it was kind of hard to look and take ur time..but i get why it is a popular store! The employees are nice and helpful here if needed as well.😉

This is my go to place for gifts, designer bar soaps, pillows, or just the right Knickknack — wow! People working here are great. Prices are unbeatable!!!

This store is always clean and nicely organized. The workers are helpful, efficient and polite. You might not always find what you are looking for but they change the inventory pretty frequently so its worth stopping in from time to time.

This store is always clean, well organized, and stocked. Ive never had an issue with the staff. All of their items are cute and affordable, while some items are cheaply made you can find some real gems as well.

Just bought a few pieces of furniture and had a very weird and uncomfortable experience. I was on my lunch break and trying to leave so I wouldnt be late. I had just checked out and tried to take my stuff to my car, now I had been offered help loading three times at this point and had declined because it was small items I could do myself and I was in a hurry, but apparently it is not optional even when you say no multiple times their version of customer service is to push it on you regardless. I tried to take the cart out to my car but the girl told me I cant take the cart out, thats fine, I wasnt aware of that no one had said anything about that but it was fine, I honestly dont care, I just needed to leave. So I left the cart and pulled my car up. A woman came out with the cart, Im assuming is the manager, explaining to me about how customers cant take the carts out and offered again to help me explaining further that theyre required to help and going on about how this is the way they do things, but her tone and mannerisms were confrontational and she was acting as if I had some kind of problem with any of it. I really hadnt said anything until then and told her I had already declined help 3 times and I didnt want help, she tried to argue with me about the way they do things, so I just took my stuff off the cart so she could leave. It was weird, uncomfortable, unnecessarily confrontational and made me want to get my money back but I didnt have time because I was already a few minutes late. I wont be coming back to this store, its impressive that such a brief interaction can leave such a bad feeling.

Come on, its Home Goods, which means its hit or miss. Depending on what you want to get, etc., and if they have it, determines your happiness shopping here. Bottom line, theres always more things than what I am budgeting for each trip that I want, so I am a happy customer, and I always have a future trip to look forward to.

Not a very good store for disabled people to navigate. For example someone had the bright idea to place decals on the floor with certain traffic patterns up and down each isle. This causes a disabled person to walk the entire floor tiring people out. There need to stop making a maze and just use the covid-19 protocol guidelines without adding to them.

When I shop, I look for friendly staff and the best prices. HomeGoods in Winchester, VA, has both! I was looking for a few pieces of furniture for our church and they had a great selection with reasonable prices.. the manager on staff was so friendly, and offered me a way to save money as well. I very highly recommend shopping here!

Sales are always in fashion at this store. Everything is displayed in an attractive and pleasing eye candy. Sales personnel are friendly and kidos that you can always find someone to help you find what you are searching for. Easy parking, as well.

Super affordable home goods!!!!!!!! Very modern items, Designer items, children furnishings, pet beds treat etc. Bedding, rugs, lamps, dishes. They have a great clearance sections. Returns are easy within 30 days. I want the whole store every I go.

I really like Home Goods! I bought some beautiful serving platters there for a dinner party at Christmas, and they were so pretty on my table. The merchandise there is constantly changing, so that I find something almost every time I go there

Wonderful store! Always love my time spent there. Unique products with great quality.Today was first upsetting experience as another customer approached my wife and myself while we were looking at a product we had just decided to buy and says she is buying that and a store employee was coming to pick it up for her. We asked the employee about store policy as we were wanting the product as well and she had not purchased it yet. It unfortunately escalated when the other customer continued to interrupt us while we were speaking to the employee. As awful as all that was the staff was nothing short of purely professional.Charles and Rebekah were wonderful! Helped calm down the situation and took my information to hopefully find us another product such as that one.

Okay, I love this store. Great place to shop and find nice and unique items for your home and for gift shopping.

I must admit that I have an addiction to this place. I make it a point to go at least once a week to stroll the isles in hopes of finding that AHA item. Their ever revolving inventory makes this place a new surprise with every visit. Pretty sure my house is decorated with a healthy supply of items from this place. Let the search go on!!!

I know it may sound weird but I go here for dog toys. They are reduced and great quality. Better than what you can get at petsmart or anywhere else.

Sandwiched somewhere between TJ Maxx and Target, this store offers much of the same products one finds at discount stores. Some of it is unique to HomeGoods and is stylish and well made. Much of it is the same stuff, priced slightly higher. Ive shopped at the store since its opening and the prices have crept up more quickly than inflation. The staff are nice and the store is exceptionally clean. However, I cant give it five stars due to the price increases.

This is an awesome store although at 10 cigaret a little jumbled and disorganized. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend making a trip to home goods as often as possible.... Its bound to cheer up your day!

I love going to HomeGoods for the variety of changing merchandise and food items from other countries, specifically Italy and the UK.

Always able to spend $50.....well stocked, helpful staff, not too crowded with too much merchandise.

Everything you could ever need or want for your home at fair prices and great quality.
